So impressed with Concentra. I visited for a pre-employment drug screen, was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and welcome, which is not usually the case in these types of environments. The lobby was super clean (also not always the case) and I felt very relaxed and comfortable. The technician who completed the drug screen was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was top notch. I have a lot of experience with other labs (specifically LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics) and have never been treated this professionally, and even commented this to the manager before I left. I asked the technician if Concentra was a great place to work and she said yes, especially this location because of the manager. Treat your people right and they will treat your customers right, it’s that simple! Great job, Concentra!

Waiting an hour to do a pre-employment drug screen is unacceptable. Most people arrive already able to give an adequate specimen, and then having to wait, especially for an hour, is just pure torture. And the worst part of it all is that there are only two people in the waiting room and at least 5-8 employees working. Poor management.

This Concetta location in east Boca Raton was the worst experience in a medical faculty I’ve ever had. Being there for a potential job to get a physical and drug screening. It took almost 2.5 hours to get out of there. The medical assistant Named Jill was so unfriendly and rude and seemed to have no control over the employees. All I could hear was the employees talking avoid personal experiences and their lives. No work was being done. Avoid this place at all costs!

They should have appts for patients who need physicals. I had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Then, for whatever reason, my mobile registration, which was extensive, didn't go thru. I had to redo it manually. They're was no reason why a simple postcard for a job took up most of my morning.

I was amazed at how efficient and nice they were. I didn't have to wait too long like in other clinics. The personnel were emphatic and helpful. I truly recommend this clinic.

From the minute I walked in this facility, I was treated with respect and professionalism. The staff members were very friendly and made my visit very comfortable. This by far was an awesome experience. Sabrina who helped me throughout the visit was great and shows great professionalism, respect and knowledge of her work making one feel at home.

Staff was nice and friendly. Waiting room seemed clean. Non DOT physical took 2-3 hrs mostly waiting. But for a walk-in clinic not bad.

I chose this location over the most local one to me as the manager at the boca location is by far the best in the company. She helped compile my visa medical and made sure I was aware of every cost and every step of the way. The manager running this location, is by far the most attentive and professional person I have every encountered.

The nurse I had made me very uptight and nervous when doing my blood pressure. She stated stuff to me to make my pressure go up and said to me she didn't like to do the manual pressure because it was hard to here. I don't believe she took it right. I took my own when got home and it was no where near the reading she had. Also when I asked her she wouldn't say what it was which was not right since I asked. When pa came in he never introduced himself with a name. Just cane in and stated things to me about my health which he is not a actual Dr he is a assistant . Also him and that nurse told me to my face my PCP doesn't know what he's doing. I trust my PCP then your to works together. Someone really needs to take into consideration that these nurses and PA are really messing with people jobs and income because they think there right when there not always right . I think Im going to contact the head person.

The staff was very friendly, kind, professional and efficient. I needed a preemployment physical and they got me in and out of there very quickly. Much appreciated. Britney, Sabrina, and the nice gentleman behind the desk and I’m sorry I did not get his name, were awesome.

Physical and Drug test for work. Everyone here are friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was advised it would take up to 3 hours but I was in and out within an hour. This Clinic/Facility is very clean from the waiting area, examination room, bathroom, and throughout. I would use this clinic again if I need to test again even though I work in West Palm Beach.

Concentra Urgent Care was extremely overcrowded and overbooked. I waited over an hour to finally be seen. Afterwards there was more extended waiting because they were overbooked. The whole process took well over 2 hours. it could have been done in half the time if you had either not overbooked or had sufficient help

Have been here twice and everytime it was a hustle. Walkins are the worst. Line moves in weird way and comming early doesn't mean you will be processed first. Frustraiting and ennoying. Not comming back.

I went there after a work-related injury. I am putting just 4 stars because the Nurse Practitioner sent me home with no pain medication!!!! Long story but took me 4 days to be able to have a prescription for pain medication, an absolutely unnecessary since I was crying in pain for 4 days:( Frank from Physical Therapy and the Physical Therapist are great, Front Desk personnel and nurses very kind and helpful, of course, I requested to see the Main Doctor for my next appointment and he is great.

The woman with the red hair in the front is so rude Consistently. The other workers are so diligent and professional. She needs to be replaced . She brings down the morale of this urgent care facility.

The team at Concentra was phenomenal. The clinic was very clean and organized. Sabrina was my daughters nurse and she’s an absolute rockstar! She was very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. She explained everything she was going to do thoroughly and made us feel at ease. The doctor was an astute physician as well. Overall great experience.

Great Customer service from start to finish. Thoro exams, the Dr's here listen to you and base your exams on your complaints. Quick and efficient service. Always in and out not sitting in the lobby or exam room for hours. They also provide some of your meds on-site.

I had a wonderful experience with Concentra Boca Raton office. The front desk representative was able to get in me In immediately after having a bad experience with Concentra West Palm Beach location. Definitely will be coming back.

There were two “oops” but it was how it was handled that gets the 5 stars. In business things occur and how you handle them sets you apart from your competition. I was treated with dignity and respect by the entire staff and a concern I had about a test I had completed was addressed promptly and thoroughly. I visited the Boca location three times. For wait times the first was 1 1/2 hrs, the second 20 minutes and the third 3 minutes but that is the nature of clinics. Some days clinics have long waits as the day progresses due to earlier patients needing extra care.

I paid for a rapid test. I had to pay in advance. And instead of a rapid test, the results needed to be sent to a lab for a four day wait they were not interested in giving me a refund even though I did not get a rapid test I would not go back to this clinic

I have recently relocated to Florida and chose the Boca Raton location. I could not be more impressed with the care and compassion provided by each member of the staff. As we are all aware, healthcare can be an overwhelming job, stressful for the staff as well as patients who are experiencing their own concerns. Even when faced with patients who were anxious, upset, or even confused; the staff was not only completely calm aprofessional, but compassionate. If more people understood that acknowledgment of another goes a long way. Great job.

Last week I brought my wife into this 5 star Concentra to complete a physical, vaccines, blood work & a drug screen for a new travel assignment as a nurse and would definitely come back to this location. The reception & nursing staff were both very professional and the doctor was very kind. My wife's nurse, Sabrina, was very compassionate, kind, and attentive to her needs and made her very comfortable during the visit while providing excellent service.

Check in was very quick, waiting room was full. Waited about 15-20 minutes for a walk-in work screen, so I believe it was fairly fast. Appreciate the professionalism of the lab techs.

I was at Concentra for a Fit Test. I only waited for my turn in less than 5 mins. When I did the procedure, the instructions given by the staff was clear and precise information about the test was also given and finished everything in promptly. The person in front who accommodated me was nice and friendly in a professional way. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you

I found the health care providers and physical therapists at Concentra to be professional and compassionate while helping clients/patients meet and obtain their health goals. Doa, my physical therapist for work conditioning, offers encouragement and makes it clear we are a team.. she welcomes my ideas and suggestions as well. I really like that!

The staff here at the Boca Raton location are wonderful! I found that the staff are very welcoming the moment you come in and out of the facility, compassionate, work fast to complete all the services, and have excellent patient care skills.
