First time at the Sovereign, they had many great options to choose from. I liked the food and drinks. The girl at the front is new, but she's very sweet, and trying. The built your own* spicy tuna/salmon bowl was super delicious, also had the beef Ramen, and the noodles were so fresh. They can work on the noodles a little bit tho, there's room for growth. The beef wasn't the best quality, and they can have more options on the vegetables as well. We also tried the lychee drink with lychee jelly, as well as the Taro w/ boba. The drinks both met my expectations, and overall it was a great experience.

Delicious, fresh food with a big variety for build your own poke bowls. They have tuna, salmon, spicy fish options, tofu, eel, and more. Love the zucchini noodles base! It’s a large indoor space with plenty of seating, they offer counter service dine in or takeout. Employees are very nice and can help you build your poke bowl. There are also combo bowls available that have preset ingredients if you don’t want to build your own bowl. Menu also includes some desserts such as boba tea.

This place is so good! Everything we got was worth it. The pork bao bun had great flavor, the poke bowls were super filling and the dragon fruit green tea was great. I was skeptical to try the red bean bao buns but they were good. Employees are nice and keep the place clean.

cute place, easy parking, not busy, and they have food as well as drinks. the employees are very helpful. we had red bean bao buns, a tempura shrimp soup, egg drop soup, and miso soup. all good. nothing crazy. the butterfly lychee tea was hands down the best drink here.

The best poke in Boca. They are generous with their bowls and their vegetables are fresh and plentiful. The fish is fresh as well. Easy to get to and comfortable if eating in.

I've been to many places that serve poke and MAN!!!! This is definitely my number 1 spot! The restaurant is clean, the employees are kind and respectful and, the food only took a couple of minutes to come out.

This place continues to impress and go beyond every time I come. I recently got into boba and poke bowls in advance to widen my range of foods eaten and this is the third place I tried for such cuisine, and it is now the only place I attend. Every time the food is fresh and the boba is delicious without fail. As recent circumstances in my life retain that I cannot be in public for long periods of time I have never eaten in at the establishment, however the food is just as good. Once the circumstances change I will definitely eat in and then I am sure my review would be 6 stars out of five. If you are in want of boba and or Poke come to this place over any other establishment in town.

I got the taro milk boba less sweet and a pork bag bun as a little road snack... And now I'm sad I don't live nearby! I haven't had boba and bao this good... Maybe ever??? Please do yourself a favorite and try it out.

Enjoyed this place on Saturday with some family and friends. I rated them 4 stars because I wasn’t absolutely wowed with the food but it was still good and looked clean and the staff was super friendly with all of us. We’re always looking for yummy boba places to try. My green tea passion fruit boba tea was ok and I ordered the pork bao and the glass noodles with beef and shrimp, loved the boba and the bao bun but the beef and shrimp were kind of bland I had too add a lot of Sriracha and soy to eat the noodles but it was all and all a good trip. I was really jealous I didn’t order a poke bowl bc everyone was super satisfied with their poke bowls. If I’m there again I will surely order one!

Wow, this place is so good!! Really fast service, great food, and good prices! I got the taro milk tea with tapioca and it was so delicious, the tapioca was perfect. I also did the "build your own" poke bowl. This is definitely my favorite poke place because they have sooooo many options for proteins and toppings that a lot of other places don't have. The teriyaki tofu was really good and I usually don't like tofu! Everything was really good, I would definitely come back.

Ordered delivery and came on time. All tasted great. The yakisoba was not oily. Takoyaki was okay. Also the bao buns were so cute!

I’ve only ever ordered the boba and a few apps from there for work. The boba itself is my new favorite spot. My coworkers and I order through ubereats and we like that you can choose how much sugar to put in. The flavors have been so good. Food wise I got their spring rolls and a pork bun both were really good. I need to try the poke next.

I can only speak for the poke bowls- I’ve now had half a dozen or so and they’ve been fantastic each time!! The tuna and all veggies are fresh and delicious!

BEST IN SOFLO! As someone raised in a family of fishermen- this place has very high quality, affordable poke. Restaurant is very cleanly, staff is nice and ingredients are great. These people know what they’re doing-finally- someone taking advantage of the quality fish we have access to here in South Florida.

Delicious food! Friendly and helpful staff. It was my first time visiting this restaurant and it was a great experience. The staff members explained the concept and made recommendations. It was easy to make the order and see them preparing it. The food was fresh and delicious. I liked that they offer a wide selection of items to choose from in every category: base, protein, and vegetables. They gave me a chance to try some of the sauces before I made my selection. I made my own bowl with teriyaki beef and shrimps and a bunch of different ingredients that made it mouthwatering. Yummy! It was also my first time trying boba tea and they gave me samples of the different boba options. My Jasmine tea with a combination of tapioca and strawberry boba was delicious. The food was tasty and nicely cooked with plenty of options. The teas were delicious, and the service was great. Definitely, I will come back when in town. If you are looking for fast food, but fresh and healthy option, this is a place you must try.

I absolutely adore this place. Words cannot describe how exquisite and succulent there food is. And the boba… do not even get me started. It is just absolutely ethereal. When I drink it I feel like I am floating in space and have become a celestial being. The pork bao buns in the picture are the most flavorful yet delicate appetizer, hence why u got three of them. I have also had there poke bowls which are also amazing. I would recommend it to anyone. And all of the staff are so polite and really nice.

Best Poke in town! I've been to many poke shops around Boca but none compare to Sovereign; they've got a large variety of toppings, and the protein choices are great as they've got both raw fish, cooked meat like beef or chicken, and vegetarian options. I also love their Boba tea, especially the green teas as they're very fresh. The workers are super helpful, and the food comes out very fast. It's also a great place for on-the-go orders, and I often pick up food here on my lunch break.
