2nd Review: This Starbucks was spotless today. Superior customer service by the Manager Angela and her staff. Excellent iced latte ! 1st Review: Angela, the Manager at this Deerfield Beach store, and her entire team deliver a top-notch Starbuck's experience EVERY SINGLE TIME. The store is always packed because it's near Hillsborough and the closest Starbucks to the beach. The store is always immaculate, the restrooms are clean, and the team members are friendly, fast and make fabulous iced lattes. Highly recommend this Starbucks ! Excellent Christmas latte !

My sister and I got to this Starbuck’s at 5:57 a.m. Online, this store said it was open. They did not open at 6 either. The 2 employees inside were completely rude. We had knocked on the door several times, because we had no idea when it was opening. Only on the 5th time did they bother to look up from what they were doing, and then the one girl proceeded to wave her hand across her neck, basically telling us to leave. You would think that they could quickly open the door and let us know when they were opening, right? But no, they couldn’t do that. They completely ignored my sister and I and another customer that was outside. The people in the drive-thru didn’t get any explanation either. I wish I could’ve gotten their name. Their customer service is awful. Thanks though! Great start to the morning!

This is my favorite Starbucks! The attendants are extremely friendly and are always in a good mood even when the store is full of customers. They are super attentive and kind to customers and make the BEST DRINKS I'VE EVER HAD. They make you feel like family! I love shopping in this store and whenever I can (even if walk a few more miles) I go there. <3

This is genuinely my favorite Starbucks location, I don’t even know how many times I’ve gone out of my way to come to this location specifically. I always enjoy watching the teamwork in any restaurant setting (fast food or sit-down) and this team knows how to communicate effectively and efficiently to get through their backed up lines quickly and correctly. Kudos to the whole team, y’all don’t know how many rough mornings of mine you’ve made exponentially better.

The place is nice and clean. There are many seats outside and insides. Also the atmosphere is good. But the taste of the Frappuccino is worse than the other Starbucks. The two drinks I ordered don’t taste as good as they do when I order them from other stores. I don’t know how it happened but that’s the reason why I don’t give them 5 stars.

I’m a traveler and I recently moved to FL from Boston(16 months ago) I like Starbucks coffee what can I say this particular location I stopped coming 6 months ago recently I was near by this location with a friend and went back again.. it was clean employees were Awsome polite again and I went to nice young lady manager I think her name was Angela ( I’m bad with names :-) anyway I thanked her… Good management and great employees. I’ll be back to this location now for good.

The employees were not happy. We went inside to order because the drive through line was too long. Someone ahead of me got her iced coffee in a way shd didnt order. The barista took it, dumped it and gave hef a new on without saying a word. Her motions were not nice. Then I got an iced when I ordered hot. Another worker asked if we wanted to keep it at least ( I didn’t) Then I got the hot item missing the whip. She wax clearly upset about that but was gracious when she returned my coffee. I have never been to a Starbucks with such unhappy baristas. 3 stars for good coffee.

Order a ice caramel Macchiato like I always do but this time it doesn’t even taste like it. There’s no caramel and it was just milk. I walked in mentioned to the lady she made me an extra shot instead of making another drink. Horrible I’m sorry but this is not caramel macchiato! Learning is a key barista.

Disappointed. Repeated my drink order twice and the lady still got it wrong, she even repeated back "venti" and proceeded to hand us 2 "grande" drinks. All we wanted were some hot chocolates! Not to mention our medium size cup that we didn't order were literally half full.

Great clean and courteous Starbucks that actually stocks there bathrooms as Well. Rate it among the top 10 percent in US and believe me I have been to Starbucks from Seattle To Florida and everywhere in between

Wow! What a great starbucks location! We got there at 7:28pm and they were closing at 7:30pm, even though we only had 2 minutes, they were super super nice and friendly. Even wished a good night for us. The drinks were still good, very good. And they also go through a rigorous cleaning session after closing! They were cleaning shelves, pouring out old coffee, and replaced the refreshers syrups! Overall a very great starbucks location to reccomend!!

Great location, great friendly staff, Wi-Fi is fast and drinks taste good. Sounds good right? Many of us use Starbucks to work, I know it’s not the primary use of this place but it is a reason I use them. The staff keeps the music up high and loud. You have to shout to talk to people.

Very nice and helpful people. I had a great experience shopping here.

the first point what is different in this Starbucks is that there wasn’t a-lot of options to choose from because they didn’t have many things. But I guess i get it was the afternoon so maybe that’s why. Then they took very long to make two coffees even though there was nobody there. But last is that we took two caramel fraps and one was good but the other one was VERY sweet and made me want to throw up. I asked my daughter to tell them it to sweet so they could change it but she came back telling that they didn’t want to change it. I came and asked but they still said no. After changing our tone she finally changed it. This is the first time a Starbucks person ever declined a redo. I am very disappointed Starbucks.😔

we live close by so 2 weeks we started going to this location everytime there are homeless people here sitting outside today we just left because he kept bothering us so horrible take care of that place jesus

When I tell you I haven’t had a pleasant Starbucks experience until I came to this Starbucks and was greeted with the NICEST staff! One lady in particular has been so kind and you can tell just the most lovely person ever. Yesterday I came in with my daughter and she was extremely outgoing with my daughter immediately and then today I went through the drive thru but my coffee didn’t have classic in it so I got my daughter out of the car and went in, the lady from the day before was there and right away asked me what was wrong with the drink and fixed it! She also gave my daughter a mini plastic cup which was so cute. Just the best service! Im from Nashville so this isn’t even my normal Starbucks but it felt so much like home!

My 1st time at this location and I will now be a regular.... Stark difference in customer service here they are pleasant friendly go above and beyond, They were out of my favorite flavor and instead of just saying sorry they offered an alternative that was delicious. Angela was outstanding!

I love this Starbucks and the customer service is always great. But today I ordered my drink with light ice and I got it full of ice, and barely any of the actual drink. I’m just disappointed because I feel like I payed for ice.

The worst Starbucks I have been to by far. Have come here several times for them to be out on nearly half of what they serve on the menu several times. I asked for a specific standard drink a Undertow no one knew what it was and it’s one of Starbucks’s advertised drinks when they looked it up and never heard of it instead of trying to make the drink I was told have a great day because they never heard of it what a joke.

In the drive through is pack, I ask for a small coffee w sugar and cream… when I got to the pickup window the lady gave me a cup with a weird name… I left trusting I got what I wanted… a very hot discolored coffee w nothing… to late to come back for my money back… I will never go back to Starbucks What’s up w those names… and the giving you what you order…

The girl with pink and green hair was very rude when telling her I ordered a large rather than a small. No wonder this place has low ratings. I came here for my birthday and instead left with a negative attitude because of her. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to another Starbucks instead.

This location is one of 2 near my office and I have been coming for years. Employees are always attentive and friendly even during morning rush when everyone is running to work they don't let the craziness affect them. Today especially I experienced awesome service, friendly and quick and the BEST iced cinnamon dolce latte of any Starbucks location I've been too. Definitely worth going back for.
