We were overcharged. The two men (Jose and Srgio)pretend to not speak English or Spanish. No ceiling fans and no extra fans. My room was over 85 degrees the entire 3 days. I asked for a clean sheet. It had mildew stains and smelled like a homeless shelter. Not enough water for a shower. I had to rent a a.$40 room in PV just so I could shower before my flight home. I've had better accommodations when I was homeless.

This will be a great hotel... in a few months. As of early APRIL, this ENTIRE hotel is under renovation. The staff were friendly and helped us relocate to another hotel in Puerto Vallarta. The available rooms were large and well kept but... the parking area has little space available for cars due to the construction that's going on. The elevator that goes down six floors to the swimming pool does not work. The jacuzzi has been emptied. The wifi only works when you're in the reception area. And worst if all ...the TV only gets the local channels.😭 But as I said ,this will be a great hotel...in a few months

It has a good view, but the hotel needs a lot more maimtenance. The rooms smell dirty, the bed sheets are super old with stains. The bathrooms had a foul smell of drainage that did not allow us to sleep. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was rusty. The hotel does not have a restaurant so you have to go somewhere else to get anything. I've stayed at better places for a smaller price.

Unbelievably beautiful views. Large clean rooms. Authentic feel. Feels like we are the only ones here.

Bad shape the whole "hotel". Poor looking lobby, poor looking stairs, poor looking room. Pool dirty and closed. You have to be really, really strong to spend 1 day in here. Balcony view was magnificent. But the hotel is a joke. I had to do a reservation somewhere else

A complete shame, it’s falling apart. I’m sure this isn’t allowed. Don’t make the mistake to stay there
