Vegans! The Garden sandwich is a must! This sandwich was thiccc and delicious. Homemade bread & smoked tomato confit is out of this world. I'll definitely come back if ever in Bocas. The owner (I'm assuming?) Was very helpful with all of my questions. Great cafe!

The food and drink are amazing. I had the eggplant sandwich and golden milk, very tasty. And the staff couldn’t be friendlier. Perfect lunch!

The best breakfast spot in Bocas, wish we’d found it sooner! We had a delicious garden sandwich which was fresh and tasty, their red glow smoothie was an excellent refreshing pairing recommendation from the staff. This spot had an incredible ambience, it was extremely peaceful and we’d love to come again!

Delightful little cafe on near the beach. Built into the owners’s house, it is great food, great coffee and great vibes. Don’t miss this cute little spot.

I loved everything about this quaint, breezy, and chill cafe! Quality coffee, delicious healthy smoothies, and inventive sandwiches with freshly baked bread on site. My kids inhaled the spongy, gluten-free pancakes and wanted them every single morning that we were in Bocas. To top it all off, the owners are absolutely lovely! A true beachy gem!

This is a cute cafe with great selection. I absolutely LOVED the Golden Milk Smoothie.❤️ You can also rent a room if available and I definitely recommend staying there too. Such a nice and clean room with en-suite bath, awesome shared kitchen and super nice and helpful people. If ever again in the area, I would most definitely try to stay there again!

Super cute organic cafe! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lattes and food were delicious. The bread on the garden sandwich was seriously some of the best bread I’ve had in a long time. They have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. Would definitely check it out for breakfast while you’re in Bocas!
