    Horrible. Please don’t come here. It’s a 3-star hotel even though google shows 4. Booked 3 nights but left the next day even if cannot refund everything because it was too horrible. First night, we came into the room allocated - dirt on bedsheets, pillowcases, gross stains on chair. Flip open the blanket and you see multiple hair strands inside. Room floor is dirty and toilet was much worse. Toilet door was not maintained well, broken, and grout lines make me want to puke. Toilet seat is so old, stained, gross. It was so bad that we asked to change room. They showed us another superior room available and the family suite. The family suite had a mirror that’s half covered in some sort of rust/brown thing. The couch was broken. I mean, if I’m the hotel I would feel so embarrassed to accept providing this to the guest. The other superior room that we changed to also had dirty sheets and stains and the floor was also dirty. The walls are obviously old and bumpy and the paint is coming off. Felt itchy going to bed because I think it was not very hygienic. Woke up in the morning with my back aching and back pain. After they made up the room, the sheets were not changed because the stains are at the exact same spots. The blanket still had hair strands on it after they make up the tool so to be honest idk what they even did. The room is dark and the sheets are yellowish and not even white already. I don’t understand why this has such good reviews, it is definitively not worth. Even if it was half the price I wouldn’t come back.

    Hai I'm stay with my family for a while for 1 night .June 10.2023 my room number 330 and 332 swiss belcourt bogor cimanggu ..and the service at restaurants extremely terrible.. attitude was Soo annoying.. no one take responsibility even they're ignore me maybe because I'm local costumer.. Food serve late for 45 minutes and for 50 minutes for the drinks that I ordered.. imagine drinks come after I complained.. The service without attitude.. even the manager that I saw talk to the waiter that I complained..he ran away.. even no supervisor response from restaurant. Please 🙏 as an advice for better service. who ever the costumer .

    Had pleasant stay here, got free upgraded for my room, clean and tidy, tasty breakfast😊 But I’m a bit upset, because I booked on the website requested “honeymoon set up” and the reception said there is “charged” for honeymoon set up. Actually I already stayed at Swiss Belinn Bogor and SwissBel Resort Dago Heritage, I also requested the same thing and it’s FREE got slice cake and simple decorations 😊 so sorry for the comparison, and maybe different hotel different rules 😇 thank you sm 🙏🏻

    Room was clean, but a lil bit lack of amenities. Surely could ask for more. Hospitality was so fine though, i was assisted late at night (around 1 am) and this morning Mbak Ratu assisted me while i was in breakfast. Thank you, keep up the good job 🙌🏽

    Worst experience ever. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. From the very moment I arrived at this place, I already felt I would have a bad experience. Just for check-in, we waited like 30 minutes (coz there was a long queue). Ok, fine, maybe cause its high season (but still, that means the hotel doesn't have enough man power). Secondly, the next day, I left my room at 11.30 am and returned at 4 pm, the room was not cleaned yet (Coz of this, I need to go out again and experienced bogor traffic jam). I think 4 hours is enough time, right? I need to call housekeeping like 3 times till they arrived, and they dont even clean or replace the mug. I know because I just used the mug to drink soybean milk, and there's an ant in there (which means it's not properly cleaned) Thirdly, the parking lot. They need more space. If the parking lot is full, they ask us to park across the hotel, which is dark and it's not proper. On the 2nd night, even the security guard has no desire to help us park. I choose this hotel for a staycation to ease my mind, but I think I choose the wrong hotel 😄

    Bad as the salesperson says 'just cancel the room' in the time we're checking in. What the heck!!!. 1. The smoking room that I order is not available eventhough we have agreement/CL. 2. That salesperson also lack of coordination to the reservation person. She didn't hand it over to the other officer in FO. What is the purpose of CL then?????? One other thing: it's very frustrating to park your own car since the hotel shares parking lot with the apartment's residents. They tend to ask us to use their vallet service eventually. Horrible.

    Date : Nov 10, 2023. Staycation for 1 night. 1 superior pool view with breakfast. 1. Front office : - the receptionist officer was friendly. - fast action. - huge reception area. - enough seating for guests coming while waiting for the check -in process. 2. Swimming pool - GF (behind the reception area) - during my stay, the receptionist said the pool was under maintenance" & I saw the water was green (both kids & adult pools). - on the check-out day, the swimming pool was NOT Under Maintenance (many guests swam there - both kids & adult pools) Meaning??????? The receptionist was lying or not coordinating well with the engineering team? Or does the swimming pool open on the weekend only? - the location of the swimming pool is near the restaurant and the children's playground. - it's an outdoor swimming pool area. - the depth of the kids pool is 0,5Mtr & the adult's is 1,4Mtr. 3. Room 632. - It was quite far from the guests lift. But it was no problem for me (just want to describe the room location) - It has a connecting door to the room of 630. - even though I chose a Superior Pool View but what I could see from the room's window was the apartment building next to the hotel itself. - the big standing mirror on the aisle of the room has big scattered brown spots. - no mini refrigerator. - It has only an electric water kettle and the coffee &tea sets, 2 plastic spoons, 2 drinking glasses. - there are 2 sets of slippers. - the wooden floor is for all over the room. - the locked door & windows - no access to go outside of the balcony and luckily it saved guests from the falling because of the rustic balcony railing. - the bed's cover had almost 40% stains (like the other review - does it mean "no improvement from the 4* hotel management? - the pillow cover was brownish and the material looked like "old cotton" - not fluffy enough. - the television had ONLY local's channels (not fully accessible either). - Also, the TV had some lights inside it (looked the picture). - the toilet still had stains on the disposal area. - the rolled tissue was not a new roll but "re-conditioned" (not sure the hygiene of that rolled tissue) - the bathroom towels (2 PCs) had stains (looked like they were not washed) even though there was no smell. The towels color were brownish. - the refilled shower gel & shampoo were placed on the hanging bottles under the shower. - the room decoration (hanging painting) had cobwebs. 4. Restaurant. - at the front door, there is 1 standby officer who took notes of each guest who would enter the restaurant. - it has a variety of Indonesian & Western foods. - the coffee was washy (only liked drinking brown water). - the pastry had a limited variety. Some displayed bread were dummy ( you have to cross check with the waiters, before consuming those pastry & breads). - there was a stall of the Indonesian's traditional herbs drinks. The woman who wore Batik & standing behind this stall was cheerful & helpful. - the chef who stood by the egg-corner, should be more focused on listening to the guest order (no repeatable order should be done). He looked like had a lack of sleeping the night before. - The waiters who wore black uniforms were agile enough. - the restaurant space was divided into : outdoor near the swimming pool which is a smoking area & 2 indoor rooms (near to the food stalls and another room) - there were stalls of pastry & bread corner, pancake corner, egg corner, main course table, traditional herbs drink, coffee tea and fresh milk corner (including the cereal), sweet porridge with coconut cream corner, soup & chicken porridge corner. - it opens at 6AM to 10AM (normal). 5. The car parking area. - The basement was shared with other residences cars. - During my stay, I was lucky to park my car near the door access to the hotel lift. - On the weekend (when I checked out) - Saturday, there were more events and it might look like less of a parking area. - the hotel location is near the market shops (foods, clothing,Circle K, laundry outlets, )

    we are in bogor right now for the first time with friends from brunei we love this place and the waitress is so nice, sariah she so nice and helpful. i'm so happy here definitely will go here again. the food is good, the hotel is nice, the place is comfortable.

    recommend hotel in Bogor, when we stay at swissbell court very comfortable, spacious room and warm ambience. In the morning when we go to the restaurant, honestly we meet one of them her name is ms wina I ask about facilities and her tell me with nicely and details, all the staff also have a good manners, till we back again swissbell court thankyou for all the hospitality

    HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!! Don't even think to stay here.. Literally the worst 3-star hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't know why Google put it as 4-star hotel, but if it really is a 4-star hotel, it's even worse!!!! Luckily I only stayed here for 1 night. The room was very dirty, it's disgusting. They listed in Agoda and they say they have fridge in the room, turned out there was no fridge. The room is nothing compared to the pictures they put on Agoda. The bathroom also has mold, it's beyond disgusting. The staffs communication is also so poor. It's hard to explain my complain between staffs because they seem not to talk to each other. The car parking space is soooo poor. They don't have enough parking slot so I had to park my car outside on road side, so did many other hotel visitors. Logically, they have to have enough parking slot, at least with the same number of the room they have. Such a waste of money!!

    I stayed here for one night, just for a stop by after a long driving, room was booked by my sister through online app so i have no idea about it at first, but honestly it was much more than i expected. The staffs were so friendly, esp the receptionist. I went around the hotel and I’d say its a good hotel, with such a good price too. Thank you, Definitely will be coming here again next time for a longer stay😊

    Value for money hotel. I go last April2023 during idul fitri holidays.the hotel is easy to find. But the reception area is hot. The reception staff are helpful we get 2 rooms with connecting doors. When come in to the swimming pool area I thought I arrive in the appartment not a hotel. The hotel at right building, while appartment is the left building. The corridor seems like appartment floor n wall than hotel. To reach our room, after go out from lift, we need to across outdoor narrow ramp to reach the room building...hmmmhh The room quite clean, but no mini refrigerator/ snack. Only gave complimentary minimum such as 2 bottle mineral water, coffee, teabag, kettle. My room only get 1 pair of sandal. No face towel. Only big towel. The toilet is clean. But closet position is not good because when we open the toilet door, will hit the closet. Many furniture with sharp edges not kids friendly furni. The headboard made from wood panel. My kids and even my husband hit the head to wood on the headboard. The swimming pool is ok, my kids love to play there. The restaurant for breakfast is good. Offer us variety of food. Good service n staff. I suggest the fried Dori fish not added with chilli because for kids and they listen it. Second breakfast provide not spicy fried for buffet menu. The indoor dining area also quite big. At the first day of idul fitri the serve beef rendang, also have gudeg stall, indomie stall and many food. For fried rice is still spicy for kids. But at the first night when we order room service menu 1 fried rice it takes more than 1 hour waiting n 2 call to follow up the order. I think it's a very bad service for the pantry. Overall this hotel is good. Suitable for young traveler, but not for family with kids under 5years. But they provide a indoor play matt at the ballroom, maybe seasonal. I think that a good start. Thanks & go better for the team.

    I want to share my experience when I had breakfast. From the start, I was greeted kindly and enthusiastically by Ms. Anggun, then Ms. Grace also provided extraordinary service until I finished breakfast. the food is delicious, the restaurant is nice and beautiful. Initially I only wanted to have breakfast at this hotel but I will invite friends and family to vacation here for a long time. Thank you, Miss Anggun

    Love the hotel so much! We came in weekdays so it was pretty chill, not crowded and we really enjoyed our stay. My sister loves the pool😂 breakfast was good, hotel room is clean and cozy. Inside the lift was a bit hot tho. But after all it was a great experience, thank you for having me🙏🏻

    The place is awesome, the price is so worth it with the quality of the rooms and service. The bedroom was very clean and tidy, the housekeeping staff was very kind and did a good job thank you Mr. Arif who cleaned my room. love this place and will certainly come back here if we have business in the area, keep up the good service😊.
