A clean gym thats overpriced for the amenities you get. Let me begin with the positives. The gym is very clean and the equipment are all brand new so you dont have to worry about the equipments breaking while using them. There are 3 floors, first floor for the receptionists + free weights (power rack, dumbells, medicine ball, battle rope). Second floor is where most of the equipments are. Third floor are for the classes. And the sun roof are for outdoor classes. It’s quite complete for your basic gym needs. You also get locker rooms and a shower room thats quite clean. Now for the negatives. I am judging after comparing with other gyms with a similar price of IDR 500K/month (this was the price in the beginning of 2023). The equipment availability are good enough but the I often need to take turns using the bench, smith machine, etc. because there is only one of each equipment. More advanced equipments such as dip machine, delt machine, are missing. The layout of the place makes it very cramped so not many equipments can fit. During crowded times, it is hard to find a place to do any floor workouts such as planks, sit ups, etc. Even doing deadlifts are difficult because you might bump into someone by mistake. What surprises me is they dont provide dispensers that is standard across most gyms, even cheaper gyms. You end up having to buy their marked up Aqua botols lol. The employees are a bit unprofessional, they hang out, sleep, sit around in the locker rooms. Personally I’m not bothered but as a business that shouln’t be happening when you have paying customers. In conclusion, if you are looking to take zumba, muay thai classes or a beginner weight lifter that lives near this place and price is not an issue then you may find it sufficient. But if you want to focus on weight lifting, this place may not be the best. My suggestion for the managment: - optimize the layout such as using the sunroof for adding more free weights or for cross fit - lowering the monthly price for only the gym to maybe around IDR 300K/month - Help the employees be more professional - Add a dispenser!

For the first time doing gym is the right place, the equipment is complete and there are lots of programs including yoga, zumba, poundfit, etc.
