Almost a perfect staycation. The room is quiet and the view is stunning. For breakfast, the variety of its menu is limited. However there is a big concern for me. When I spent the night, I could not visit the hotel rooftop cafe - which is the most interesting spot here. The cafe was closed a whole night coz a group of company already booked it. Even the guess of hotel itself cant enjoy the cafe. What a pity. But at the end, the hotel gave an appologize by giving a discount price for next stay till this year. Thank you but that is enough for me staying at this hotel just one time.

Low quality, broken items, had a moment our door key broken and we were locked outside for more than 1 hour. Slow services, misguide information, phones not work, unreachable worker. So many disapointment in one day. Overrated as a 4 star hotel.

Good hotel, but not really good sonorisation, we were stay at 21 floor, we could hear live music from cafe & bar at rooftop till late night, also heard noise " tables & chairs" moved when they clean up cafe & bar afterwards. Breakfast so so and very crowded special in week end.

I stayed in the last room available, which is the standard room. They called it the apartment style. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The only surprised was there was no divider between the shower and the toilet. So it's more of a wet bathroom setting. Since you will have to dry the toilet after using the shower. But it's not a big deal. The staffs were friendly and professional. I didn't try the breakfast. There are 2 hotel lobby entrances, one has a very awkward setting. So depending on where you enter, you may have to lug your suitcases down the staircase. Overall, a pleasant stay. I will stay there again.

spent one night on june 1, 2023 before having another night at another hotel.. just being curious about this hotel. nice suite room. it's ridiculous to know that we need to pay idr 100 thousand to have the balcony door opened when i already paid a "suite room with balcony".. i didn't need it anyway. we also paid the room included 3 pax of breakfast but we only got 2 pax coupon so i had to pay more for my 15 yo daughter.. we lost idr 200 thousand already for unopened balcony and the unincluded extra breakfast. inside the room, both ac were good.. water flow was good.. bed was big.. everything in the room was excellent unless the sofa.. i could feel the wooden frame under the sofa since it's only upholstered with a very thin sponge and fabric. breakfast needs to be advanced. most main dishes tasted almost plain.. overall.. still worth the money to get a suite room with that price.
