It's not gonna be my last visit cuz my cat is still in intensive care at home and in some days we need to do control again here. I have been here several times, bringing different cats, and the service is always awesome. The medicine they use are always top notch, as if the pets will get better soon enough after the treatment. I haven't tried their grooming facility, but soon enough after my cat recovered i will be booking for grooming and i wish this place all the best! Thank you!!

Terrible. The worst and strangest experience we ever had! I came around at 03.40 AM with condition of my cat is very sick. My right hand cat's is stump and dent, opened skin - showed veinnerves and flesh. Can you imagine how hurt and sick my cat? I as a human just instay think his hand must be cleaning, given antibiotik and covered with something to make his hand more safe, clean, and comfortable for his own. But, you guys know? When I just arrived in front of this terrible clinic, there's no respond from the staff and we waiting about 10 minutes from the staff showed and opened the door. From the outside I saw 2 person and one of them look sleepy, as a human I know maybe it's time of her sleep, but if we talking about a professional job and the title they proudly give "OPEN 24 HOURS" It's hilarious from the start. A long story short they just clean my cat hand with antibiotik and shooted him with antibiotik & anti-inflammatory and didnt do anything with his hand! When I asked why my cat hand not covered with something? She said it's okay if the hand opened but just make sure its in clean condition, and dont let my cat licking on it. But they not sale the neck collar due out of stock. Verry hillarious right? Oh ya btw, the Doctor name is Maria. The point is she can't do the operation due to she doesn't have experience of operation for front hand cat. Verry hillarious, and when I asked the solution. She just said to waiting until further notice because she just incharge with her assisant and the other Doctor not incharge still sleeping, and miris nya she said "Ibu mohon pengertian nya, karena ini masih subuh dan dokter lain belum bangun. Jadi saya juga masih belum bisa memutuskan bisa di operasi di sini atau tidak" Dude and then why your owner proudly titled this clinic open 24 hours without thinking any cases or the stock of your things?! So I asked if she have a reference clinic, she said "Saya juga tidak tahu pasti, karena harus buat appointment dan saya tahu itu Dr. D*d*ng - the other Doctor that handle and causes 2 of my Dad's cats died. Because I dont want have fight in this unprofessional and hillarious clinic, i just finish the admin, and go home with my cat's hand opened not cover with anything as Doctor Maria suggest it. Oh ya Doctor Maria also said my cat's hand will be okay if its not covered, and he can survive with good condition until the time of she will contact us if theres any doctor can operate my cat. But around 08.00 AM my cat bery sick, his got fever while I have made appointment with another Doctor with operation time at 10.00 AM. You know what? When I arrived in another clinic, they confused why the first Clinic aka this hillarious opened 24 hours Satwagia Doctor not covered my cat's hand, because its causes the rotting of the flesh and the new clinic give best action while waiting the Doctor came at noon, they cover my cat's hand and my cat get calm and more comfortable. So can you guys compare the very different action from this clinic? I really suggest you dont bring your sick cat to this clinic if you wont have a terrible service for your cat. They just wasting your time without do anything just argue and spend time. Please dont come to this hillarious and unprofessional clinic 24 hours or your anabul will get worse!

Very good services. Staff is friendly and welcoming our little shy pet nicely. Order made by apps prior to the visit. There is also a fast response hotline via WhatsApp if you have urgent needs.

I recommend the place for any general check up for your pet! This place helps me so much to figure out whats wrong with my cat. I just found out that my senior cat has PKD (polycystic kidney disease), dr Senja did a thorough check on my cat so we can found out early about the condition. She helped me to understand the health condition very detail. 😊

My dog was taking care here.. The doctors is very helpful, willing to give details information. Even my dog couldn't survive, but I thank this place for their kindness.

Malpractice by the doctor. One of our kittens who were here to have their placenta cut, got their stomach cut instead and their organs were literally spilling everywhere. Then they have the audacity to charge us extra to stitch and close the wound again.
