there are pluses and minuses that I got while staying here: (+) the housekeeping, the concierge, the security, and the chef, they worked very well. The variety of the breakfast menu is quite complete. The pool is also very clean. The playground is also quite a lot and can make your kiddos have fun. (-) the room service/operator named M**a didn't carry out her duties properly, when our family went out we asked him for help to clean the room. But when we came back, the room was still a mess. The fitness center only provides 2 treadmills and a stationary bike. The side of the window sill of my room was also dusty. Overall, my staycation was quite pleasant. But I'm not sure whether I would come back again.

I stayed here on a work related program for about 4 days. This resort & hotel got 3 tower of rooms and I got the 3rd one. It takes about 5 min to get to my room from the lobby. The room I got is a family one that got living room and pantry area in 1st floor. The lobby is at 3rd floor, so to get to my room is like walking to labyrinth at first time. The room is clean and the amenities is available, the AC cool fast, TV available in living room and the bed room, water pressure is nice and the hot water came fast.. The building kinda old and because Bogor always in rainy season, you need the AC to lower down the humidity. Restaurant located in the 3rd floor beside the lobby, in high season they will separate dining time to not overcrowd the area. The food is nice and changes everyday. Reception available 24hrs and you can drop your lugage for store it awhile. I enjoyed my experience there!

The facilities are superb. The buildings are well-built with quality materials, and the compound layout is well thought out. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy (I've stayed here more than 50 nights, I guess, for business and pleasure). Yet due to the large size of the compound, you have to take extra walks to reach your rooms, depending in which tower you're staying in. There's a bridge connecting the reception/lobby area and the towers with a river underneath. The location is quite remote and perfect for a family getaway or gathering. There is ample parking space for both cars and motorcycles. There are lots of food stalls near the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights, nothing special. The mattress was hard. The room was small for a condo. No proper gym facility. The breakfast was not so tasty although offered some varieties. The only good thing was the view. Won't come back here

We stay on the weekend, we stay at condotel 2 bedrooms. Dinner at Batu tulis was good. We’ve been served by Mba Desi who was very kind and friendly. The hotel pools is great. The room is cozy. But little bit noisy because we stay on the same floor as the lobby, so the traffic outside the room little bit noisy. But overall is great.

I have a great time staying here. The staffs are so friendly and informative. I like the dinner time here where I can choose various Indonesian food menus. Not only Indonesian food, there is also western-style menus. The room is good for its price. And the view is also not that bad.

Everything is good. It’s a decent hotel with a lot of open space and nice decorations. Rooms are spacious though it is unusually reserved for more bathroom area. If you are a kind of person who likes to spend more time in bathroom, then you’ll like this set up. It also has balcony which is good option to get some fresh air. There are 3 swimming pools, each 70cm, 120cm, and 140cm which is nice, because children can learn to swim and play around. They have a small waterfall set up to play around. And the hotel is split into 2 areas by a running river, there is a connecting bridge with panoramic view, so it will be a nice place to take pictures. I also tried the billiards pool table which located next to the huge kids club. Unfortunately when we were there the AC in the kids club isn’t working well so our children didn’t really enjoy it. Breakfast have good options and staffs are friendly and helpful.

Was great experience to stay cation in here, I booked condo room with pool view during high season - Eid Mubarak. The staffs also helpful and the all facilities good, but the fitness room so small. The swimming pool also good and have many options (adult and kid). The restaurant also have a yummy foods and beverages.

Almost every Eid Mubarak stay in Aston Hotel Bogor, the place was great, the service very awesome!! all staff very helpful specially mba Alia. Aston have many variants food for breakfast. For me, all staff on Aston have very good services, they always asking what the customer needs, and fast response for all the requests. This is my second time stay here. Overall I got nothing to complain. All the sevice are excellent. The facilities are very good. The pool are clean and beautiful. But the pool doesn't have warm water, so the water is pretty cold some people cannot resist the cold maybe choose not to swim. The breakfast are the best. They got best food. Having breakfast in aston is never disappointing.

Great hotel for family vacation, spacious room, good meeting room, delicious food. I was here during ramadhan, and since the room is located in nether side of the hotel, it takes a long way to walk to the restaurant for sahoor. But it pays off with other facility. They also have kids area and beautiful swimming pool

Desi Great stay experience. Suitable for holiday with the kids, the pool is kid friendly and there is kid play ground with lots of toys. However, need to add more mineral waters in the room.

Great place for traveller with EV. They have free EV Charging Port. And they are very helpful as well. Big swimming pools for adults and kids. They separated the pools into 3 categories: kids (70cm), teenagers (120cm) and adults (140cm).

Some time ago our family stayed at this Aston Hotel. The atmosphere is very nice, nice rooms, clean bathrooms. friendly service, delicious food, good views and the location is not too far from Jakarta. A good place to stay with family..

Cozy hotel. Happy to stay here. We stay in Condo Deluxe two bedroom, and there are 2 toilets. One toilet is suitable for elder parent or disable people. And there is another toilet in front of ballroom Batu Tulis restaurant. Food is also good taste. The staff also nice. There is small river with water sound. But there was 1 of 4 sofa pillows is a little bit stinky. And there were stain on my 2 of 3 glasses, and my kettle (on my room bar). However, we plan to stay here again if we visit Bogor. Thank you for your hospitality. We did very very enjoy to stay here.

Great family hotel. Rooms are well spaced and 2 TVs on the rooms are a great idea . Service was impeccable. Some of the best food on the holiday was found here. Breakfast was good. The bike hire was fun for families. Lots of space to move around and located next to tourist places. The swimming pool was an avoid. Just too many people. It is a family hotel so understand. Unconditional recommend and I'd definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for one night only. I purpose is to have a staycation. I reserved this hotel because it looks so green and calm. I booked through Archipelago Membership, so I got a special price, but I didnt know why the booking is not registered in the App. The check in process was smooth, but when I arrived I got a room near road and it was so noise. Luckily, the staff offer to change the room and I was happy that the room was so quite. The foods at the room service and also restaurant was good. And the surrounding area is fun! There is, an outbound area, a jogging track and some animals like birds, rabbits, so if you have a children it is a good place to stay.

Stayed here in the last week of Dec 2021. One of our booked rooms was not ready until 14.45 hrs (normal check in time 14.00 hrs). Staffs were running here and there in what looks like a chaotic manner. Found that the safe deposit box did not function at all (but was quickly solved, seemed like battery problem). The hotel consists of three towers standing on a vast green area, with a big river passing through the middle. Facilities looked well-maintained.

my family and i were staying in Aston Bogor Hotel & Resort for one night. we checked in at new years. when we first arrive here, they were checking our temperature with a machine and i knew from there that they have good health protocols on preventing from COVID-19. The room we checkd in was at tower. The room was very clean. The bed sheets cover also. The bathroom was clean and didn’t smell at all. They also provide us coupons free breakfeast and dinner. The food was delicious and lots of variety of food. The waitress and employees are very friendly (untuk pelayanan rika dan tim resto!) They also have swimming pools and a garden. Our stay was indeed a 5 stars. Thank you :)

Stayed there for three nights with my family, and I can tell that, it was a really good experience. Staff was all friendly, one of them even helped us out when we got probs with our car one night. Their rooms have balconies, where I can sit and enjoy my coffee. Breakfast was really good and they had many choices: Indonesian or western food. Had some talks with Chef Erick, and he generously gave us signature cake and it was delicious! Thanks chef! Our room had both bath tub and shower, and they even have three swimming pools! Will definitely come back again someday:)

The room is spacious and have living room, bedroom, fridge and microwave, with small balcony. There is a natural river inside the hotel area which create a nice nature look. They have a small jogging track with view to the jungle nearby. Small gym, they have spa which is not too expensive. The food is great as well.

Spacious room.. nice view from meeting room.. good sleep. Always fast response from hotel PIC. But there was a big miss by resto team: serving breakfast to our room 1-1,5 hour late from request time for my whole team :( not just it delayed the meeting session by 1 hour, this also impacts the mood of participants and also trainer during meeting..the energy was very different.very low. The schedule got messed up as well.. I hope next time this never happen to any customer, please note better

Aston Hotel service was excellent to say the least. As soon as we go inside the hotel there was an amazing bellman who greets us and very positive along the way. Room was also clean and tidy and the atmosphere was excellent. Overall the experience at ASTON was superb

This hotel has a good amount of facilities. The breeze is surprisingly fresh for a lower hill places. The room is good and spacious. The view is also good between two mountains, Mt. Salak and Mt. Pangrango. The hotel itself is so huge, that I was struggled to get into my room after attending an event. This can be improved by having clear sign on which one is Tower 1, 2, 3. About the restaurant, the foods are plenty and quite delicious. The service is also superb, especially Dwi that serves us well during the breakfast.

I had a pleasant stay here, room is so big and clean. It gives off homey feeling. The broadcast TV also offers various channel. The food is good, I had the Beef xo sauce and it was the best dish I’ve ever had in here. The yogurt is also so good! The french toast as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel had several towers, so the room number entails its towers at the firs digit then the rest is like usual hotel: floor number then room number. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and the breakfast are vary and great! From drinks and all kind of food from all around the world. You can definitely stay here for staycation for family or big groups. There’s a lot of activity to do also.

A very mesmerizing experience!! The hotel architecture all in all is immaculate and spatially precise design. All the facilities are aesthetically placed. The views in every corner of the hotels are as pleasant as it could be for professionals who are in need of fresh environment for meetings. The foods in Batutulis restaurant are delicious with east-west mix servings plus local dishes that will make you craving for more.. The staffs, ms. Everything was make us satisfied, the room, the landscape around hotel was stunning. i would love to return and enjoy my holiday in Aston Bogor. a bit confusing between Aston Bogor and Aston Sentul but everything was clearly different and each hotel has their own good things. the hotel is quite spacious, suitable for meeting activities. The condominium type rooms are quite spacious and suitable for families. the hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor children's games, chess games, jogging track, birds, and in front of the hotel there is a de voyage ride. Only one thing is a bit difficult, namely the distance from the lobby to the room is very far so it's a bit tired if the room is in tower 3 to reach a place to eat.

The food at this hotel refers to international standards, very delicous, so many variant and complemented by the taste of local Indonesian food. The service and friendliness of the staff here is very good. I was treated well. but my room was not comfortable, It was close to a busy street and the bed sheet has litte bit dirty :-(

Best deal about this establishment is the room. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 master and 1 double beds. It has 2 bathrooms and great living room. But the one I was in had a problem with the TV in the master bedroom it wouldn't turn on. AC was excellent very cold and you have the convenience to use a microwave and a cold storage. I love the fact that it stands between a running natural river but other than that it only has a decent sceneric view to offer. Had a good breakfast with a good choices of food from breads to traditional Indonesian cuisines, the fruit and salad was fresh with tasty youghurt.

Although the hotel vibe was vey nice, my room was not comfortable. It was close to a busy street. In addition, some loud maintenance work started in morning. Therefore, I did not sleep well for a week. I asked the receptionist to change my room but I have been told that the hotel is fully booked. The breakfast was average except for Monday it was great. One more thing, the TV channels were analog not digital which is really weird. Something worth to mention is the hotel is obviously old and needs some renovations specifically the window glass it should be double glazed not single. The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel has a nice vibe and it is good for relaxation. In general, I would recommend staying in this place.

For the overall service at this hotel is the best. The food at this hotel refers to international standards, complemented by the taste of local Indonesian food. The service and friendliness of the staff here is very good. I was treated well by Mr. Mulyadi, with a welcome and direction at the restaurant for breakfast. Staying here is the right choice for two with a partner or family.

I'm enjoying my family vacation here. We stay for 2 nights. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. We try the room dining. Their breakfast also have a lot of variety. Arrived here for a family gathering event on Saturday night 17 Nov 2023. Access to the hotel is quite easy and good, followed the google map on a rainy night, and arrived easily. Good place and service. Staffs are polite, responsive and helpful. My son vomited and the staff helped us to get initial medication. Rooms and the surroundings are quite well maintained. #anina

Understood that Aston Bogor rated as kids friendly due to its facilities, and from our experience, we could add that this hotel is apparently elderly people friendly too. Wheelchairs were available all the time and awesome accessibility, even to the swimming pool. F&B was great, for both room service & buffet breakfast / dinner. Must Try Menu: Mushroom / Corn Cream Soup - Chef's Kiss! Big thanks also to the staffs for their impeccable hospitality. Everyone, from the Security, FO , Housekeeping, Resto, were all super nice & helpful. Thank you Aston Bogor Team for a wonderful experience!
