Nice and cozy hotel, clean bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately the reception man is not have a good attitude. I came at 1.34 pm and he said my room is not ready yet. Then i wait and i came to him again at 1.54 pm and he said "the check in room is 2 pm and you have to wait until 2 pm. 5 minute more" It so ridiculous its only 5 min snd he don't want to gave my room key..i really need to take a rest after drive from other town. Well i will not come back that hotel again even i like the room because they are not flexible at all!!

Just recently I went there with my family. It's hard to compliment the room quality and such because it's quite the same with others. However, the food there is the tastiest amongst other hotels we've ever been! Got a lot of bathroom supplies as well so we could have a pleasant bath! The staff are super friendly and helpful as well. Only downside is the narrowest parking lot but that's understandable, due to its location. What a great stay!

the room is okay, only the floor, several spot kind of sinking.. I think it needs repair. And maybe cover the floor with carpet it would be elegant. And also the parking space, i guess is a bit narrow, so for big cars with length is much longer than standard car, kind of hard to park in and park out.. Especially, i saw that some of cars are parked not in suggested spot.. Or should i say, didnt want any cars parked around his car. Although.. The breakfast is so good..

It's a nice place to stay in the center of Bogor, with a lot of culinary around it. The room is tidy and clean, with complete amenities. And this is the first time I know that a hotel provides an iron complete with an ironing board 😬 All the dishes are delicious, the chef is very friendly and open to criticism. I recommend this place and will come back to stay here 😍

I might be mistaken, but is this really a 4-star hotel??? Surprising that they claim themselves so. I’m usually easily satisfied (see my other reviews, most of them I gave 5 stars), but this time I’m about to rant. First, water temperature in the shower was very veeery unstable. It never stayed warm even for one second. It fluctuates from very cold to very hot within 10 seconds so you have to shower with that fluctuating temperature. Imagine having to deal with your kids’ tantrums every shower time because of this. Second, they made everything commercial. No free breakfast for kids above 6 years old (which I never experienced in other FOUR STAR HOTEL. I don’t really mind this one cause every hotel has their own policy, but again, just surprising for a so called 4-star?). OK then I let my husband & kid ate breakfast at the resto, I made some instant foods back at the room instead. But guess what, you CAN NOT borrow any cutleries. I tried to borrow A SPOON, A SINGLE SPOON and they said guests have to purchase certain amount of f&b in their restaurant in order to get A SPOON. What a very considerate 4-star hotel, aren’t they? Next, you cannot get additional towel, even for ONE PIECE. Not even a hand towel. They only provide 2 standard towels in the room. No hand towel, no small towel. So if you bring your kid, then you either bring your own towel or share. Not to mention the lack of lighting inside the room. My forehead collided with the SDB inside the wardrobe when I packed my luggage cause it was too dark, I didn’t notice the SDB. Moral of the story: either bring everything you need by your own, especially for your kids (yes, including cutleries, maybe even bowls and plates, towels, a torchlight, even a bucket so you can take a bath with stable water temperature if necessary) or simply avoid staying here as long as you breathe.

All the facilities in the room worked well. The most fun part, lots of variety on the menu at breakfast and I can borrow a mukena and a prayer mat. Advices, don't forget to close the coffee bean pouch that was placed next to the coffee machine at breakfast, and it looked like you need a shelf to organize the dumbbells in the fitness room so they don't spread every where on the floor.

It was perfect & best choice to have short staycation 😆 The room is big, clean, the food is amazing & i got welcome snack which was very sweet of them. And the last but not least, the staff Agnes & Imam are very good to do their job in hospitality. Thank you ❤❤❤ luv luv.

Room need renovation as some part of the carpet floor is pealed, creating dust when stepped. Can still hear sounds from outside the hotel. Good location, friendly and polite staff, variety of food at the restaurant and tasted good

Favourite hotel to stay. Been here two times last year on December and this year on November. What I love for staying about 3D2N: - the very calming and nice smell in every room - nice foods, desert etc. - nice ballroom for meeting - friendly staffs and services Anyway, in front of the hotel there is super yummy soto.

I think this is a nice hotel, perfect for travelers and tourists on budget. The rooms are clean and comfy. It has almost every facilities & services that you'd expect from a conventional four star hotel. Unfortunately, in terms of food, we don't know much since we didn't take the breakfast because we ate our breakfast with some relatives in some restaurant near the hotel. It wasn't a spectacular experience, but if we take the room price into consideration, this absolutely deserves a 5 star.

The worst experience in my holiday history. The room was dirty, especially the floor and furniture, full of dusk. No maximum warning on elevator, no health protocol. The aisle to my rooms was not cleaned properly, it was like a bad abandoned old hotel. My kids didn't want to shower coz it wasn't clean. The food was okay but 8th floor restaurant was also unclean and the service was poor. I don't think I'll be staying there in the future.

Such a nice hotel, here at meeting. Locatian near main road, but the parking lot so narrow hardly hard turn for suv.

My first experience staying at this hotel room 1606.. pleasant, comfortable and get excellent service.. I usually go to Bogor and usually stay at hotels that have been in Bogor for a long time but the experience of staying here will make me come back again.. nice and comfortable room according to my order.. complete facilities.. friendly service ... as long as I try to stay at several hotels in Bogor Swiss-Belhotel is the best so far with prices that are almost not much different.. maybe I forgot about my welcome drink because when I checked in I was informed to be a special guest even until I was photographed in the hotel lobby.. but it doesn't matter because I didn't really expect something like that.. congratulations to the staff and management.. hopefully it will continue to maintain and be even better in the future...

From FO to check out they serve with the heart I've stay on high floor and see the city of bogor, and salak mountain & gede panrango mountain. The located in heart of city, can make me to access everywhere. From alun-alun till Bogor Botanical Garden & Bogor Palace The room is spacious space with good amenities of standart hotel. The breakfast is wide variant of food and drink. The taste is good. The pool is more than enough for excersice in the morning Room: 4.5/5 Breakfast: 4.5/5 Pool: 4/5 Clean: 4/5

The hotel is nice and clean, hospitality is good, but at night is very noisy from motorcycles outside, bed mattress a bit too soft. Breakfast good.

One room had problem with AC and kettle. But the services was good and fast. Swimming pool was small but nice with good quality of water. Overall, the hotel was nice for short trip.

Overall good breakfast buffet. Good amenities and close to hangout places around Padjajajran St. My feet was bleeding by the door stopper, they put no safety measure and the position wasn't very comfortable. The work table position was not comfortable either.

Stayed at floor 19th, the hotel provided an amazing and beautiful landscape of urbanized area, botanical garden and salak mountain at the same vista. It has tremendeous landscape services in term of aesthetic value of natural and uraban landscape. The places are cozy and dark vibes. The culinaries are standards and sweet. Nice, cool, comfortable rooms, complete facilities, fast and friendly service, varied and delicious food menu. The location of the hotel is in the center of the city, so to go anywhere is close.

Hotel appearance is not brand new but it was well maintained and clean. Air con in the room functioned well and very cold, but the blanket was comfortable to kept us warm. Amenities were sufficient. We ordered hot latte in the morning and it tasted good. Breakfast room was crowded, took some time for them to refill the food. Food tasted good, not superb but good enough to start your day. Overall pleasant stay though not exceptional.

Room and staff very good however, as a frequent traveller, I choose my hotels based on the full package of amenities and yours had all I was looking for. Your advertised gymnasium looked wonderful online - spacious and well equipped. On visiting I was very disappointed to find most of the machines were either totally unserviceable or missing vital parts to enable them to be used to their potential (seat adjustments, handlebar adjustments etc) - without any signage to indicate their lack of (or limited) serviceability. Also, for such a large space, the addition of some gym appropriate floor mats to allow for stretching and floor exercises would be a great addition. The addition of a treadmill (as shown on your website, and a rowing machine) would also help. Securing the existing machines to the floor (or placing them on non-slip matting) would also eliminate the risk of them moving under load, as I found they did when doing dead lifts on the press machine when it moved towards me at every lift - potentially very dangerous.

Everything was satisfying here but the slow elevator. Overall, we love staying here and absolutely will return next visit to Bogor. Thank you Pak Farhan for welcoming us so warm ❤️❤️

My check-in experience was actually very good. It was quick and straightforward. Parking was plentiful. I was parked at P4. At first, I was a bit sceptical that parking might be an issue, but fortunately it was not. Wifi internet access was okay. The bathroom was quite clean and neat. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Verdict - All good. I might stay in this hotel again whenever I visit Bogor.

such an amazing stay! i had a pleasant stay in here. starting from the lobby, it has a great lounge area, mini bar and welcome drinks. the staff are super nice and very helpful, ms. tasha help me with everything here. the rooms are beyond my expectation, for a affordable price range, they had super comfy room. very spacious and the bed are quite big. other plus point is the food, their in dining room are amazing, very fast and they had varieties of asian + western cuisine. located in heart of bogor, you could find basically everything around you. Thankyou so much ms. tasha and swissbel hotel bogor. 😉

Great location in centre of Bogor. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Few things to note: 1. Rooms could do with a change in pillows. They were not great at all. 2. If you have a big car it is extremely hard to park in the provided parking building because of the very small turning spaces. There are only very limited spaces out the front but staff are willing to assist. 3. Breakfast is VERY average on taste. 4. The pool is very cold in the morning for children.

I wish i can give 5 stars but i was disappointed with room 1101. It was heavy rain in the evening and our room was in the end of the alley. When we came back to the room, there was leaking in the wall that caused the floor wet. When i asked for extra mattress from the reception, seems that he was aware with the problem. Swiss-Bel is an international hotel. How come that they did not fix the room and still sell it to customer? If you guys want to sell the room, please give more discounts for the specific leaking room!!! In regards to breakfast, fabulous!

It was an okay experience. When I first entered the lobby, oddly, it was too warm as if air conditioners didn't exist there - unlike 4-star hotels in general. Plus, the hangers in my room were mostly broken and only one was in a good shape for use (please replace them with new ones so the future guests could have proper hangers for their clothes). However, in the morning I was served with gorgeous sunrise view and the choices of food for breakfast were excellent.

Unfortunately very full during my stay because there were many events. The water pressure was excellent! Their swimming pool was very shallow (0.5 and 1.2m). The changing rooms were dark, no lights on and no water. Breakfast spread was good. Overall OK.

My experience in this hotel is not good. It is unfortunate that facility-wise, they are pretty good. Their restaurant is also good and they serve a lot of variation of food that you can try, but nothing is special from them. View-wise, it is pretty damn awesome. If you get/opt the odd number, you will get Salak Mountain view. The view is also heading towards Botanical Garden and most northwestern part of Bogor City. If you get/opt the even number, you will get a view of hills of South Sentul, Pangrango Mountain, and Puncak. Hold on, this is gonna be downhill. The room itself, is a major letdown. 👎👎👎👎 I got super dirty floor. Even after I requested for cleaning (by activating the cleaning request button), the floor was still super dirty. Bathroom, while nice, also suffer the same dirty floor, but less prominent compared to the bedroom. Extra note: just be sure not to request anything at night. They might respond, but nothing happens. I ask for sandals but no sandals has ever come. Fortunately, when I ask them for praying mats and sarong, they borrow me one, but the request was made in the afternoon.

Januay 16th 2022, was my first experienced at this Hotel. I'm here due to conduct training about Hypnosis from Indonesian Hypnosis Center (IHC). When I arrived at the hotel lobby, the banquet and security team was very helpful and kindly help me to carrying my stuffs, which are very heavy and a lot, until 6th floor. All the banquet team were also very helpful due to my needs. As for the location is very easy to get and near the main street one of Bogor's road. Great Job DSD

Hotel in the middle of Bogor city that surrounds with many cafes and clothes stores. The room quite clean but limited light exposure. The swimming pool quite enough in width and length perspective for kids but limited chair and desk to put anything there. I did not eat anything here so can not share my culinary experience here.

I have a nice experience stayed in this hotel. The room was clean and has all amenities. The food was tasty. And the access to the recreation area is easy and reach able. one of the most favourite hotel in bogor area

i stayed last night w/ my mom , since they were claim the tallest hotel at Bogor so i took the highest floor and guess what ? it's worth the rate coz the view was so gorgeus ,i was in love with the view of mountain and u won't be regret to stay here ,Breakfast so much variant and all taste good .

I stayed for 2 nights in Swissbel Bogor: at Deluxe Double and Suite rooms. Overall a wonderful experience; breakfast is superb with a lot of variety- typical Swissbel everywhere, very friendly and helpful staff. One thing to improve is to install noise reduction for the window....to make a more comfortable stay....otherwise overall a nice experience.,,,

The place is cozy and nice. I got a room with a window with a nice view of Bogor City. Overall a remarkable experience and recommended for anybody to stay. Breakfast foods are also delicious 😋

The Best hotel room in town! You can see all of the beauties of city lights up. The environment is clean also. And, the safety system of the room is excellent, not everyone can visit your room unless they have a card, and it's almost never. They should call you instead. Nice!

The hotel is not new, some furnitures looks old. We stay in the suite room in the highest level. The room is spacious and the view is good. The location is great. Near some Cafe and restaurants but since we only stay for one night we haven't got time to explore more. The breakfast is good enough.

Good location closed to anywhere you wanna go in town include botanical garden,variety of breakfast very good. The only need to improve is the room cleaning. Will come back here again defently.
