    If you really need help, you'll be here in the wrong address. Very Long time to wait. For a hospital it's not really clean. Doctors who can't even diagnose the real problems. Who gave them the certificate to be a doctor? Very expensive. And they also gave the wrong medicaments. It would be better to burn this place, or just even close. And annulate the doctors certificate. Someone should go there to check this place to close it. The only thing that the staff can make, is to using make up.......not even that really. It's embarrassing to call this place a hospital. My advice for people, better go to the 24h doctors. They're much better, and everytime available for you and know their job well.

For "rawat inap", you will be a force to "rawat inap" longer, if you using BPJS. and you can get go home as soon as possible if you're using "umum/pribadi". The employee does not use their 3S motto.

    One time I had to pay for something I didn't ask for. Even I already complaint and sent an email but they don't care. Honestly, those banner was so annoyed. If they have great services for their customer/patient, they will not put banner like this. Those banner just told to us they have problems with their services quality, isn't it? Hopefully they raise professionalism and better services quality.

Dan masa suster aja gabisa nge infus sampe 5 kali gagal, sakit bos ditusuk tusuk terus akhirnya ganti orang yg sekali infus langsung bisa. lalu cs nya dateng siang, sekalinya ditanya buat minta tolong cara daftar online cuma ngasih brosur ga ngejelasin, pdhl ibu saya sudah berkali kali kontrol tp buat daftar gagal trsss beda sama daftar online ke RS SEBELAH. Nyoba chat cs di read doang. Jadi cs tuh ngapain kerjanya?????? GG
