I would say the location is good to get to major attractions in the area, nice little animal sections for kids with some rabbits, birds , ducks, chickens, ok play area and swimming pool with a nice area to walk around and some beautiful surrounding views. Though what let this place down was the villa which I stayed in. It was mouldy, ants around the door and inside one of the rooms, look like there was no maintenance really being done on this property, initially had no hot water which was fixed quickly. No air conditioning, no screens on windows to keep away bugs, and beds were uncomfortable with thin pillow to the point where they might as well not have had pillows. Customer service was good and staff were friendly. Good cheap budget place to stay but nothing fancy.

It's a quite beautiful place, but the street to reach it is quite narrow, only enough for a one way 50 seat bus. No double lanes. Quite pricey for an extra meal, but the package (room + 3 time meal) is quite affordable.

Very family friendly. They have mini zoo to entertain the kids, the pools, ponds, rice field, strawberry field, and the house also very earthy feels. For gathering with big family or just vacation for small family, this place is recommended.

A nice place for family/organizational gathering. They have a play ground, swimming pool, lobby for hang around, and also a paddy field that is super nice view for refreshing. The prices are friendly and the rooms are spacy. But maybe this hotel needs an improval for the cleanliness. Other than that, it’s a good stay.

Good staff most of all. Almost all needs are being attend to. The property is really nice, affordable with great natural views. Stays once...and hoping to be back in near future.

staying 1 night at one of the executive rooms, the staff allowed me to see the ground floor room and the upstair's. the upstair one is fresher. the room has AC, water boiler, clean sheet and towels, room sandals, and water heater. unfortunately I couldn't find any feet towel so I needed to be very careful walking out of the bathroom. aside from the outlook of the property that needs to be renewed, repainted and improved, I enjoy my stay in this resort.

The standard room is cheap, but I've been to a cheaper hotel with a lot better, cleaner, and newer facilities. The whole room and the bedcover has a damp smell. There's a small tv but the channels are still analog. Overall, it's not bad, but I wouldn't come back.

I stayed for 2 days here, nice place with delicious food. They have pool, hot water, basketball and futsal yard. The building is old but homey, so don't expect for fancy modern building, just like we're stay at grandma's house.

room are small, beds are dirty, the servant is not polite, overpriced also, view good, cool weather. servant is opening the room's door when we still sleep without any apologies,very bad attitude services.

comfortable enough if you guys stay a day or two, the rest will be bored imo..

Nice place and good views

Everything was decent and clean but the noise and loud music (Karaoke) at the executive area was inappropriate. Thats the reason I checked out early because they started around 6pm and they did not finish their so called party or whatever until 3 in morning.
