Stayed at newly built Panda Executive room, the room was spacious, well designed, but unfortunately, dusty. The provided Wifi was useless, very poor signal. But the most disappointment is at room service. We need to wait for 2 hour to have our dinner delivered. As expected, everything was COLD. You can imagine when we have to eat cold satay and rice. Another fried meals already become cold 'steamed' meal, soaked with oil. I guess the meals were actually quickly ready but they were leaved to wait another meals from different room orders to be delivered at the same time. And this is wrong in my opinion. Location and attraction inside the area was actually good, but they urgently need to improve the quality of their services

Never been bored stay at this place, this resort offering different experienced we can call it small Taman Safari,offering animal attraction (bird, elephant, zebra etc), You can do fishing in the small lake and asked them to cook the fish.. I guarantea your kids gonna love it, One thing for sure the traffic was crowded all of the time during weekend (in front of Cisarua Market).. In the past 10 years alot of renovation here and there to satisfied their loyal customer. Recommended place to stay.

I read most of the reviews are quite good. But my experience is opposite when By check-in late around 7pm, a bit confused to find the building: 1. Only find 3 sign board, no sign board about the building 2. No officer available in the building lobby, even the reception officer told me the officer was going to front office but till checkout on next day, still no body stay in the leopard lobby. 3. The room was not really comfort: - AC remote is not working - smell a bit stinky inside bathroom/toilet. If the toilet door is open, we can feel the smell in bedroom. - bathroom/toilet is dirty. The shower glass separator is not clear and dirty - black algae in the toilet - mirror frame is dirty - some dirty spot on the toilet floor - some point in connecting door frame is broken 4. Food taste is so so 5. Staff: not really friendly 6. Positif points: - variate food in breakfast - has some places for attractions (even I didn't utilize it)

Stayed in zebra bungalow. It's quite an old building which I don't mind, but it's not very clean either. The floor will make your white socks black. There's mold on bathroom window. And spider webs on bathroom ceiling. Food is so-so. I actually expect better quality and taste for the price.

So i have to call your OB to clean up this room. I already inform to your reservation staff that I will bring my son here, so need to clean up the room. Breakfast are so crowd, we are having hard time to search for spoons and fork. Let me give you business advice for this matter: there are lots of intern that you can hire from lots of tourism school in Indonesia that you can pay to support your service on giving spoon and fork to the customers. 4 stars hotel should reflected from your service

Nice place with complete facilities for family vacation kids can play and interact with some animals, It looks great after being renovated. Huge place inside with many animals. If you are staying in the place, the reptile and bird viewing area is free. Huge bird viewing areas and many varieties. many other shows like the animal show, animal parade need to check on the timing with them.

Its thematic room was great, we took girraffe cottage that is very nice. The shows were awesome especially birds show and animal feeding. The food was good. Recommended for family vacation.

I’m confused why this hotel claimed itself 4 stars out of all 4 stars hotel that I have ever stayed and not worthy of the price (above 1 mil) with this condition : 1. Lack of staff, nobody came to pickup our luggage from check in to check out even though we’re asking for it 2. Stayed at Giraffe Room, room was m not really clean and the toilet was STINKY. I didnt know why. 3. There were mini zoo but lack of maintenance and didnt look attractive 4. Food taste was so so So many attraction like mini amusement park, but I didnt enjoy my time here so I want to check out asap.

We booked the Dolphin bungalow and I can honestly say it was the most disgusting room I have ever seen. Rat droppings on the floor, mold in the rooms on the windows and in the bathrooms. Very dated room. The balcony door would not open, scuffs on all the walls, the bathroom taps exploded and needed to be fixed all within 10 minutes of arriving. Very dirty bathrooms with threadbare towels. We asked to move. We checked out the lion suites and they were equally as bad. Eventually we ended up in the Panda rooms which were better. The facilities of the hotel are good but there is a lack or service. I find it hard to understand how a hotel can spend so much on the renovations to common areas but completely forget the rooms. The hotel itself is decent. Good enough room for me for the price, warm attitude staff as well. Just the food felt so so. Probably can do a bit better for food. One thing that I complain is that, whilst car is allowed to be brought into the building - I stayed in Suite Giraffe, bikes could not. We have to walk every time we want to use the bike for meals and stuff. Despite bringing a big bike (big CC bike, not regular, daily use bike), it must be parked on the basement near the lobby and no one is really watching over it.

Royal Safari is a wonderful resort to spend your vacation in, in Puncak, Indonesia! It has lots of activities that you don’t even need to go outside to have fun. The staff are very kind and respectful to their guests. The water park is a decent size but is addictive and very entertaining. You can also dine in with the giraffes and feed them. The food in the dine in was very good and was not bad. However, the breakfast was excellent. There are local food options and international food options which are both really delicious! Amazingly, there is also a bird park which has all kinds of birds. Ducks, Parrots, Peacocks and more. On the other page, there is also an animal show which is insanely impressing. You can also rent a bike. In conclusion, this resort is perfect and I absolutely recommend it.

So, the resort itself is pretty impressive. There's a lot to do, from activities like paddle boats and elephant riding to having lunch with a giraffe. We did all of that and more, and even extended by a day so we could experience more of the resort. The rooms are also pretty nice and clean, albeit not very soundproof. Most of the experience is good. But the food... it's bad. Food at a resort should be, at least, decent. I tried the main restaurants of the resort and was disappointed every time. The Korean restaurant was very inauthentic and the food was awful. Worst Korean food I've ever had. Ordered the kbbq set and received stinky fish, slimy chicken, and beef that was clearly not fresh. I ordered room service twice and both times the food tasted off. Everything is either bland or doesn't taste right. I tried the pizza and pasta - the pizza was sad and the pasta was overcooked and tasteless. The lamb satay tasted fine but was stinky. We paid for the dine with giraffe experience, and there was so little food we were disappointed. Each person got 1 slice of bread, 1 tiny croissant, 1 tiny pudding and 1 cookie. Some fruits. They served some sort of fruit cocktail but did not even have water. Water! But out of all of these, the worst part of the experience is the breakfast buffet. It's extremely disorganized, there is no staff to help people out, lines are very long and it takes forever to get your food. Bowls and plates are missing, and food runs out without getting restocked. It is very crowded and every single morning we were there, we had to eat in some dark corner of the restaurant because all the tables were full. The food is also not great, not fresh, everything is tasteless and disappointing. The pasta is somehow cold every time. The sauce is not heated but left in large bowls that you spoon over your cold pasta. The napolitana sauce is sugary and the carbonara sauce is bland. They have a rotating selection of Indonesian food and somehow, it is also bland. The only nice thing are the waffles, but due to poor organization you'll have to queue 15-20 minutes just to get some. For drinks they only have disposable cups which is not eco-friendly. I want to recommend this resort because of how much there is to do, but in all honesty I cannot because of the food situation. I get that it's supposed to be cheap food but you honestly can't call yourself a 4-star hotel if the dining facilities are this poor. At least offer something better at a higher price point, so guests who want to pay more for good food can. Right now at the state it is in, I won't be coming back.

No need to go outside of the hotel, you already can have a feeding animal experiences. Water play, birds show, horse riding, even elephant riding. Nice place for staycation with family. Staff is helpful, many attraction that will keep your kids happy, and the new hotel section (Panda) is very comfortable. Its only seems that the water heater is not really hot if you take a shower in the afternoon.

Spent a night at Executive Panda the newly built. The room is spacious but found lots of bugs & it is very dusty/not well maintenance. They serve buffet breakfast however due to peak season lots of food are run out and not fast enough to be refilled. The hotel location is great and it is only 15mins driving to Taman Safari entrance. Highly recommend to spend a night after your Safari tour and you can visit hotel facilities in the next day. Smaller area which is great for younger kids. You can enjoy the bird shows, riding the pony/elephant/camel, water-play, & feeding zebra/wallaby/lamma/nyala etc. The staff is friendly. I hope they can provide better amenities at the hotel room and maintain the cleanliness.

Literally staying here for the sake of child due to animal attraction. Rooms was below average. Receptionist communication not align with security in lobby in regards to luggage drop off. Infrastructure not maintained well (potholes inside hotel area). Booking one of the most premium room but disappointed when saw the room and the wow factor only the size of the room. With same budget, better look another hotel with a lot nicer amenities and facility. One of my biggest disappointment was the korean restaurant inside hotel. We order like the bbq, but the fish looks like been long in the freezer, because when we cooked it, the meat didn't hold (teared easily, one of the sign the fish has been too long in freezer ergo not fresh). Bibimbap taste awful, chewy meat and strange sauce.

Very very nice place for family.. we stayed here for 2 nights. The first night we stayed at Giraffe room but I could hear the noise from other rooms (people talking and kids crying) then we moved to Panda the next day. It is the newest hotel and the room was sooo clean and comfortable…we slept well and wanted to extend more but the room was fully booked already. definitely will come back oneday ❤️

Restaurant - OK Room service - Fine Cleanliness - Poor Network Connection - Very Poor We were staying at the PANDA Hotel , the building that so called the new hotel of this RSG during 1 to 3 Sept 2021. The surrounding view was good, the air was very fresh. But we felt disappointed when we just arrived at the room, we found out that the room was not clean and dusty, we even found ciggarete butts on the balcony which not cleaned. But anw, we complained to the hotel and then they clean it. The other problem was the network connection. In our room, Tsel network was not working, the WiFi was also low connection. Cannot open anything. Not a good choice for WFH staycation. Hope the hotel management can fix this. Anothet thing, Room Phone service also not working. The other facilities were good, bird park was amazing, food taste was fine.

Yesterday was the first time of me and my family decided to stay in this hotel. We booked for deluxe room at giraffe. Soon as we arrived at the hotel, my husband went to the lobby for checked in. The queue was very long. There are only 2 staffs on the check in desks at that time. When it turned to my husband, the staff said we have to wait for at least 1 hour for the room availability. One hour has passed. We went back again to the check in desk. And again, the queue was very long. My husband had to stand up on the line at least for 40 mins and the room wasn’t ready yet. The staff was trying to be helpful and he gave us a suite instead of our deluxe. The room was nice. Big and clean. But unfortunately I have 2 points. The first one is the water heater isn’t working at all. Only on the sink. How could this kind of thing happened? Since the location of this hotel is in highland, this should be fixed anytime soon. The last point is, for 4 stars hotel the room wasn’t that soundproof. We had a family on the next door and it was so noisy. And the last thing which is important to me is breakfast. Too many guests had their breakfast and a few staffs to do the clean up. So it’s a lil bit dirty on some tables. I suggest to the management to arrange the breakfast time and add more staff on the breakfast (restaurant) section. So there wont be a lot of guests had their breakfast at once. We are still fighting for the pandemic I guess.

stayed in Leopard for 3 days and that was a mixed feeling experience. pros: ✓ the theme. it's safari, very suitable for family, especially whose kids to enjoy animals, parks, waterpark, and shows. enjoyed the view from restaurant where we could see meerkats and wallaby ✓ warm and friendly staffs ✓ amenities were okay. there's a hairdryer so we don't have to call receptionist or house keeping just to borrow it cons: ✗ the food. justㅡ sigh. either they were bland or too salty. even warteg near my house has better food than what i've had here. if you come to get culinary experience, here's not the place ✗ the toilet was smelly. i guess it was from the pipe under the sink. even the smell could be smelled all over the room. that was a bit stressful for me because i HATE smelly toilet ✗ the room management was the worst thing ever. how could you assign different visitor to one room in the same time??? this occurred to my friends. suddenly a stranger came into the room and acclaimed they were assigned to the same room as my friends'. imagine if that happened to me, a hijabi, just chillin' on my bed when suddenly a completely stranger, worse- a man, opened the door and came in. nope. nope nope nope. for me, that was a fatal mistake that could happen for a hotel/resort. please keep up the maintenance, increase the attention to cleanliness, and don't mix up the room arrangement.

This hotel offer lot of facility/activity to spend the day, it is open to the public also but you need to pay entry fee if you are not the hotel guest. Many kinds of room and bungalows in the hotel, I stayed on a new building the Panda hotel. A minimalist style and very comfort room. If you stay here tou can get special discount for Taman Safari ticket, but you can also consider fully spend your time in the hotel, because there are mini zoo with many activities like animal-feeding, animal riding, animal show, and there are plenty playground/theme park you can enjoy.

Staying at Panda's room with no complain. The wifi, water heater, AC and bed are good. Panda hotel was counted far away from the lobby, but we are enjoying it as we can walking around and sightseeing the entire hotel area. For kiddos, there are so many animal booth to see. Such a big aviary dome, giraffe feeding, rabbit land, elephants, reptile island and more. Also we experience a fire dance show as holiday event from the hotel, very exciting! Swimming pool also great for kids, there are kind of waterplay beside of waterslide. Our minus might come from the breakfast, they have some various standard menus but it was very standart like white/fried rice, chicken porridge, breads, pudding and others. But it was all just tasted standard, no surprise. But you can take a little walk out of hotel to find another kind of meals like traditional satay, chicken porridge etc.

I went here for a short vacation with group of friends and we decided to get a 2 Bedroom one. It's a really good place! However since the building kinda old so it's a bit dusty. I love the fact there are many great facilities in here, since it's under Taman Safari you can see many animals here. Make sure you go to Bird Park! It feels like going to Jurassic Park hahaha because you can interact closely to the animals.

This is our first family trip to Royal Safari Garden, we had a very pleasant experience during the trip. The variety of animal and attraction is beyond expectation, and the kids loved it so much! The resort is really good and very big. One of the best things are the waterpark and the dine in with giraffes.I really recommend having a dine in with the giraffes.They also have good and cheap stuff in the reception for example gelato.The breakfast is excellent and it not only local food. There is also international options.They have an amazing bird park and animal show for free.They also have a bike rent and golf car. They also have other stuff like bumper cars. I really recommend you coming to this fantastic resort.

We stayed giraffe grand room which was clean and relaxing space. Enjoyed dinner at savanna restaurant chose a meal set for 4 people but was okay with 2 people. We’ve walked around all the zoo area found giraffe, elephant(tried riding it was so fan activity!), camel, birds and bunnies. Just one thing I completely disappointed was about the bunnies. They were in a small cage locked away from other area, under the rain. (But Guinea pigs were glass cased under the roof!)I asked to see them and a crew opened the area but there were lots of bugs flying around and I don’t know about the reason but somehow they don’t provide rabbit feeding activity anymore. I was excited to see bunny hopping around ended up to see 3 small bunnies feared with the environment asked us to get out. I felt so sorry. Last moment front manager cared us while we were waiting for Grab, so I’ve told about that hoping they will care the bunnies properly as well as they do for other animals there!

The whole hotels is showing signs of aging here and there, although they are running renovation on various parts of the hotel, and they have some new rooms too. The breakfast buffet was pretty ok. they have the usual like, eggs, cereals, sausage, but if you're into local indonesian food, they have nasi uduk/ nasi kuning, bubur ayam, and get this, Indomie for breakfast! cool! I end up eating nasi uduk/ nasi kuning for 4 days straight. I didn't get the chance to try any of their attraction, but I've heard pretty good stories about the aviary, although as with the other parts of the hotel, it also looked pretty old. the crew is super helpful and friendly, service is fast. the room rate is somewhat pricey, but if you're here for vacation with your family, you'll get access to some of its attraction. all in all great hotel, if you don't mind the somewhat old building, which is not too bad.

Tolong diperbaiki kamar hotelnya. Kayu tempat TDR hancur. Sprei kotor, bantalnya sudah lapuk. handuknya seperti kain pel tidak layak pakai. Dan udara kamar TDK wangi. Pengap. Breakfast nya juga kurang enak. Karcis parkingnya juga ribet bgt. Banyak hal yg perlu diperbaiki. Krn harga hotel TDK sesuai dgn fasilitas yang kita terima.

Hotelnya B aja banget tapi kalau ingin anak2 happy tanpa harus ke taman safari,hotel ini bisa jadi pilihan,karena hotel ini ketolong sama fasilitas outdoorny yang bikin anak2 happy.... nginep di D06, kamar mandi d bawahnya ga ada tempat taro sabun dll, ada kecoa di meja makan,wifinya ga sampe ke kamar atas,kasur di kamar bawah bunyi bunyi

Anak anak sangat suka sekali dengan fasilitas yang tersedia di Royal Safari Garden . Ada sensasi baru saat makan dengan pemandangan meerkat dan hewan lainnya ada aquarium besar dan reptil di de savana resto . Hiburan di bird park sangat disukai anak ..ada pertunjukan hewan.

Saya ambil kamar di Type Executive Suite, cuma rasanya seperti kamar Deluxe. Untuk pintu Geser arah Balkon, sudah seperti tidak terawat. Untuk air mandinya, seperti bau.. Atau bisa dibilang filternya sudah kotor atau kurang terawat. Tingkat kebersihan sangat kurang.

puassss banget nginep 2 malam disini.. proses check in cepat, fasilitas oke semua bisa diakses, staf ramah2, sarapan enak meskipun kurang variatif,, tp overall sangat puas, anak senang sampai ga mau pulang.. kapan2 pengen nginep lagi disini

Utk staycation cukup memuaskan dengan berbagai fasilitas dan hiburannya.

Dengan harga bungalow yang ditawarkan, kurang sebanding dengan menu sarapan yang disajikan. Harus ditingkatkan lagi kualitas dan variasi menu sarapannya. Untuk staycation sama anak-anak lumayan lah, walau sedikit agak mahal. Waferparknya lumayan, hanya kurang luas :)
