My 5 year old broke his collar bone and received the care of Dr. Grimm. He was so kind and gentle with my little guy and very engaging. He explained everything in depth and in an understandable way. The front desk staff was also very kind and helpful.

From arrival time to discharge every member of the team was professional in their part of the visit, were knowledgeable, very kind and took time with me. I came in with pain and concern. Dr. Scheffle did his best to reduce the pain but also helped me and my family to better understand what my problem might be. My experience was very good and myself and family appreciate all of you. Dr Scheffel was extremely helpful, as usual, and does not take unnecessary measures. He was able to just inject my knee yesterday and it feels so much better today! His nurse, Lissa, was so wonderful too.

Great experience if you can have one at the DR. office. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. ISM is the best facility in the state, in my opinion. When you walk in the door and you see staff that have been there for decades and they remember you after 5 years, that is always a good sign. I would go nowhere else for my orthopedic needs. Dr. Sheffel and his staff treated me like a valued patient and assessed and treated me with care and expediently.

I went into my knee replacement surgery with some apprehension about timing and the results. Fortunately, my concerns were unwarranted.The entire process went very smoothly. I had minimal pain and I was walking the same day. The days and weeks following with physical therapy, icing, diet, exercise protocols made for a smooth recovery with limited pain and stiffness. Thank you Tandy, Dr. Andy Curran, and Jennifer Hoaglun my physical therapist.

My experience was excellent, probably the best doctor's office I've been to. The staff was competent and friendly, there was barely any wait time, and the Doctor I saw, Scott, was personal and explained everything to me. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole experience worth the visit. I highly recommend this ISMI.

ISMI has been my knee doctors since 1987. Having had both ACL’s replaced and a pending knee replacement, would not consider going anywhere else. The doctors and nurses, the PT staff - all excellent! As an adventure racer, my knees/legs are so important and ISMI has helped me put thousands of miles on foot, bike, climbing. Thank you all!

The doctors, surgeons, and staff at ISMI are great. I've had to undergo a surgery to repair my hip, a dislocated paroneal tendon, and most recently a torn rotator cuff. All of them have gone smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice.

Dr.Miller is the kindest most caring doctor. And she sided with me on my choice of shoes. If I could give more stars I would. The supporting staff is excellent.

Dr. Miller is very personable. I really like her a lot. She really listens to me and I appreciate that. Her staff is also very nice and her Nurse Nicole is outstanding.

I go to ismi because those are the guys that get the boys on the football team back to where they were back out on the field playing hard as they can. So for me they get me back where I can do as much as I can the best I can. They're always been amazing with each time I have had to do things as well as rehab push you on rehab. I think they're the best!

Everyone was very kind and attentive to my needs. Dr. Grimm was very straightforward about my procedure and what to expect. I regained mobility in my shoulder within a week of my surgical procedure just as Dr. Grimm said. I am very happy with the results!
