E-check in via MyChart makes things easy. Location is easy to find. Staff ar friendly and helpful. My doctor is marvelous, she believes in being a true partner with her patients.

The staff and was very friendly and professional but more importantly, I felt the Dr. truly cared and listened to me.

Dr. Roger Turcotte is an excellent general physician. He is attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Pelton is a great resource for evidence based treatment plans. He provides data for me to make my personal health care treatment decisions. He’s great!

First of all, I didn’t wait long, as it appears they stagger their appt. times generously, the lobby smelled & looked clean, and second of all…. Everyone was super friendly, and easy going. Now most important… Nurse Cindee was on top of her game, and Dr. Stubbs, this was my first visit with her, is maybe my new favorite of all time. She was very thorough, and at no time did I ever feel like we were on a time crunch. With St. Luke’s, Dr. Stubbs & Team, I know I’m in good hands. Thx, All. -TH

In a time where primary care is so often terrible, this office is an oasis of caring. I’ve seen Dr. Sorensen and PA Sorcha Cusack—both are thought, prompt and highly professional. I am so grateful for the excellent care that I’ve received here.

Dr. Sorensen is a great physician. Takes his time, listens, actually tries to figure out your problems/ help you, is easy to talk to, intelligent. If he doesn’t know something he isn’t afraid to look it up or reach out to a specialist and get back to you. I feel thankful to have him as my PCP and feel that I am in good hands.

I have had Dr Schell as my primary care provider for many years and have never known anyone better or more thorough. She and her staff are wonderful, timely and caring.

I was able to use MyChart to easily schedule an appointment. I needed lab work, which was done immediately on site after my appointment. The followup summary of both the visit and test results on MyChart is especially helpful. It was a positive visit in every way.

If medical care had been this easy years and years ago, I would have gotten the care I needed. That's just to say that you all are amazing. It's easy to schedule an appt, quick to check in and be seen, clear results and expectations, and care for me as a person despite my quirks.

DR. Brittany Mathews and the team of nurses are Absolutely Amazing!! The front desk ladies are very kind as well. The peeps in the lab are great! The waiting room out front is nice and roomy so you have no problem keeping social distance. Overall a wonderful experience every time we are here. Thank You for all you do !

Dr. Sorensen is the MVP!!!!!! Best doctor I’ve ever had and I have about 8 doctors I see regularly. Him and his entire staff are absolutely amazing and so sharp. They always listen to my concerns and hear me out (which is not always the case with doctors) Dr. Sorensen is also naturally curious and with a disease as rare as mine that comes in handy. Finally these doctors, nurses, and staff genuinely care about you as a person. Park place internal med is not the type of doctors office I feel anxious going to. Thank you!!!

I met Dr. Puccarelli after a year for an annual check up. Dr. P has been a great help as I have traversed through menopausal times and emotional set backs last year because of marital issues. She has a great memory and I appreciate her compassion still being professional.

Dr. Gallafent is the best MD in the Pacific N.W. hands down. I always receive outstanding care when I visit his office.

Everyone was awesome! From quick, friendly check in, nurse triage and doctor visit. We got everything taken care of & reviewed my meds & new diagnosis entered into my records. Everyone was professional and made me feel comfortable.

I love Dr. Nelson!! He listens patiently to my ramblings and then offers his insight! Which then allows us to work together to figure out a plan of action! I am privileged to have him as a member of my health care team!!!!

First, I've tried several other primary care doctors over the many years, and Dr. Gallafent is the best I've found in Idaho. His staff is always friendly and professional, and I look forward to seeing them when I come in. I've got some serious medical issues, and I've found no one I trust with my care like Dr. Gallafent. Please pay him more! I would be quite disappointed if he were picked up by a top hospital, like Mayo or Johns Hopkins, as he'd be a treasured resource there.

Dr. Nguyen is great, best doctor I've been to! He's so kind and easy to talk to. All of my health concerns are taken seriously. He listens patiently and answers all my questions. I've been impressed with how thorough the appointments have been. The nurses and staff are all amazing as well. I really appreciate the care I receive here.
