We
visited
over
60
restaurants
on
our
4
week
vacation
trip
across
the
States.
From
fast
food
to
upscale.
You
can
guess
which
was
the
uncrowned
#1:
Of
course
the
Barbacoa.
We
had
a
nice
table
practically
right
on
the
lake
with
a
(gas)
fire
pit
in
front
of
us.
So,
in
addition
to
food
and
drinks,
we
were
also
able
to
enjoy
the
romantic
sunset
with
the
geese
flying
in.
The
service
is
consistently
professional.
Everyone
has
their
job,
no
one
is
intrusive
and
you
aren't
hassled
with
the
bill
at
the
main
course.
On
the
contrary,
you
are
left
alone
and
are
implicitly
encouraged
to
enjoy
the
evening
in
this
great
environment
for
as
long
as
possible.
Nevertheless,
if
you
just
make
a
hint,
someone
will
be
there
immediately.
About
the
food:
Contrary
to
our
habits,
we
decided
not
to
eat
steaks
because
the
other
options
were
too
tempting.
After
the
excellent
guacamole,
which
was
freshly
prepared
according
to
our
own
wishes,
we
stuck
to
fish
and
paella.
We
have
rarely
eaten
so
well.
Yes,
it's
not
the
cheapest
restaurant
in
Boise.
But
the
overall
package
is
definitely
worth
it.
