Had an absolutely awesome dinner here. Fork came recommended to me by the staff of Hotel 43. We sat at the bar. I started dinner with their take on an Old Fashioned that had muddled vanilla bean in it. We had an appetizer of brussel sprouts that were cooked perfectly. I had the Rainbow Trout because I was, well, I’m Idaho. It was excellent. The staff treated us great. All in all a fantastic restaurant and one I hope to come back to.

FORKing Fantastic! I was in Boise for a work trip and I needed a good dinner after a long day and stumbled across this place after walking around downtown. I could not have chosen a more delicious place! The drinks were fantastic and the Asparagus appetizer, recommended by a guest, was a perfect start to dinner! With a little crisp and a good crunch paired with a perfect dipping sauce. I ordered the chicken for dinner and I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was very moist and fresh, paired with some mashed potatoes and carrots. Next time I am in town…this is definitely a must!

Amazing food! I ate like I was on Man vs Food here…like an absolute pig! Mason was an awesome server! I got the asparagus fries…I conquered them all! There must have been between 20 and 30 spears there. I smelled it in my pee for two days. 😂 Seriously though, try them. Also get the Slow roasted brisket sandwich, the warm butter cake dessert, and the pour over coffee. It was the best coffee I have ever had. I’m going back just for that before I leave. ~ yours truly, from Michigan. Enjoy! Update…I went back, this time with two other people. Split those damn asparagus fries. Now I understand why there are crackheads in the world. I had the grownup grilled ham and cheese. It just needs more cheese…a lot more. Keep doing a great job though guys and gals!

Great meal with a nice variety of food for lunch. The grilled cheese fondu and asparagus fries were really well done and tasted amazing. Our server was friendly, and on a hot day outside on the patio, they always had cold water for us. Inside had a cool vibe too, with a large bar. Good people watching from the outside area. It can get pretty busy but we only had to wait 15 minutes or so. We plan to visit again and try out the dinner menu! Highly recommend when in Boise.

Very attentive and timely service. Very busy place with lots of people. Make a reservation. Asparagus fries were good but very oily. Grown Up Grilled Ham & Cheese was good. Ordered with a tomato bisque. Flavors were spot on. Bisque came out scalding hot.

The Fork is one of my all time favorite restaurants in Boise! It's perfect for brunch, date night, happy hours, you name it! The food is always delicious and I love that they change this menu seasonally. They also get a lot of their ingredients from local vendors which is seriously so amazing!

Definitely a good place to visit in Boise. It’s not completely a Italian or French it’s a mixture of cuisines. I tried the fries, asparagus fries, tomato bisque and ravioli. Great food limited options if your vegetarian would recommend checking out the menu before going. Love the butter cake it’s a little heavy after couple of bites but worth a try. Overall it’s a good place

The food here was delectable and unique. The service was quick and personable. The mashed potato side dish i had here was the best I've had in Boise. The drinks and the dessert were amazing. I'd happily eat here again.

Gorgeous restaurant. They told us all ingredients were local which we loved. Staff was very polite. We started with the fried asparagus which was definitely amazing. We then tried the duck and the prime rib for our meals. Both were delicious and would without a doubt recommend to anyone. We ended with the warm butter cake topped with ice cream and berries. Presentation was great, can't say enough good things.

Great place to grab Brunch, Lunch or Dinner! Food is always fresh and delicious! Portion sizes are plenty big enough. They offer both gluten free and vegetarian options on the menu. Service has always been friendly and quick every time I have eaten here! I love that their food is locally sourced! Definitely recommend if you are in the area!

The service is fantastic, our greeter was nice and friendly. Our waiter was patient and informative, he explained the selection and provided great service. The food is the star tough, we got brunch and the potato with sauce and jalapeno appetizer which was a meal all it's own. The chicken and waffles were really delicious and the pulled pork sandwich was a feast and delicious too. So juicy. Try the fries. I am glad we ate here for lunch.

Took my wife to Fork for a Valentines date. The food and atmosphere was exceptional. The hosts and wait staff we're friendly and happy, with attentive service to our table (not the case at some places these days). Food was unique, flavorful, and well prepared. Love the fact I can make reservations! Would be great if other restaurants would allow reservations too! Thanks Fork and our waiter Ryan!

We ordered kid's spaghetti, wild mushroom ravioli with short ribs, cubano, mashed potatoes, and tomato basil fondue with grilled cheese. The ravioli was good, nothing special about it and for the price it's not worth it, the sandwich was decent but on the saltier side, the spaghetti was great but the waiter never brought out the kids sides. Mashed potato needed more seasoning, and the fondue delicious. They did lose 2 stars because of how bad the service was, had to wave the waiter down just to get water refilled and the food came out VERY slow on a slow day

I haven't had a great brisket burger in a long time since I lived in Texas. But when I came to Fork and tried this brisket burger, which they call it as a Slow-Smoked Brisket Sammy, I was very impressed. The flavor was exquisite. I had it with their house salad, but you can get chips with it. I would recommend getting it with the Rosemary-Parmesan Idaho French Fries instead. One thing I would say is that if it had a little more brisket juice/sauce, it would put it on top of my list because it was a bit dry. Those that are 21+, I would recommend Jack and coke because you can taste the whiskey, which some locations are stingy with their alcohol.

Tried the Boise Chopped Salad or BCS with smoked salmon and boy oh boy was that a treat. The salmon was smoked perfectly with a delicate flavor which complimented the bed of arugula and white cheddar. Don’t let the look deceive you I’m a 6ft 2” man with an appetite and this salad left me stuffed. Decor was great and the waiter was friendly and not pushy. Will definitely go back again.

Love the farm to table concept and using local farmers and ranchers. Due to its architectural structure it is quite noisy. Wait staff could have been more attentive and meat needed more seasoning but overall an enjoyable experience

Oh Fork, what has happened?!? Salad: drenched in oil, cheese cold and gummy (supposed to be grilled), fries hard and salty… Lady at the bar was extremely nice and understanding. Would we go back? Nope.. the Warehouse is a few blocks away.

I love Fork! The outdoor patio area is nestled in the heart ❤️ of Downtown Boise. The ambiance is lovely! The patio has beautiful flowers in hanging baskets that add a whimsical feel to your outdoor dining experience. We had desserts and they were delicious 😋

Although it's a small restaurant we still waited 15 minutes before receiving drinks, but our server was the bartender and doing his best to multitask. He recommended some spot on ales for us to try, and the salmon and trout came out crispy skinned and delicious. Nice, intimate setting.

Really cool vibe. It's located in a historic bank. The food is fresh and farm-to-table. Most of the menu are signature to the restaurant. The cheeseboard was impressive. 🧀 You have to try the butter cake. Yum! 🤤 Our server was attentive, too! The restaurant sits in the middle of an entertainment area, which is convenient. There's a parking garage less than half a block away.

Great service! We had Ryan as our server and he was awesome. Very cool place in a historic building, beautiful decor. The food was delicious! We ordered the bacon and eggs chefs Benny and cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll is truly jumbo, but so good! All around great experience.

We had a great time catching up some local friends. Outdoor seating area is incredible. Indoor a l little more cozy, but wherever you get seated, get over there. The suggestion was to try the fried asparagus. I'd show a picture, but they were consumed as they touched the table. Absolutely recommended for y your next trip into downtown Boise.

Fork is great for a nice dinner in Boise! The rainbow trout was surprisingly delicious. The environment was really pleasant, both inside and outside. The bathroom has a really weird layout, but that’s truly the only complaint lol. The picture attached is the Beet Salad with grilled chicken added.

Looking for a dining experience in Boise? Look no further - Fork is exceptional! From the service to the menu to the food it's a top notch dining adventure into the farm to table experience. They put a premium on locally sourcing all their ingredients and showcasing the flavors exceptionally. We enjoyed the prime rib special (perfectly flavored and cooked just right), the huli huli chicken was succulent, moist and sauced exactly right. All the sides were fresh and seasoned well - and they made accommodations to what we asked. Service was also beyond expectations and really added to a great experience. Worth a visit if you're in the Boise area!

Went there for a dinner with coworkers. Place was busy on a Monday evening and reservations are highly recommended. It was noisy, so maybe a consideration if you plan to have productive discussions. Appetizers (clams, tomato soup fondue, asparagus etc) were amazing. Idaho Trout was delicious. My coworkers ordered Salmon and ravioli and had raved about it. Overall, great food and service but a bit noisy for what my coworkers were intending to accomplish (work during dinner 😊)

It’s kinda like an Applebee’s. Food is just okay. The urban burger seemed like it was previously frozen beef or low quality cuts as it was tough and rubbery even when cooked to medium rare. They are heavy on the dressing on their salmon salad— so it’s more of a dip that should be served on toast rather than a stand alone salad. Oh well… they tried their best I suppose!

What a great stop for lunch! We came in and ordered the Bam Sammy with house made chips. The sandwich was solid, great flavor. The chips were good, not great simply because they were REALLY crispy, some were definitely burnt but hey they were still good so that’s saying something! My husband ordered the Urban Birger and added the spiced maple bacon and cheese. I was basically drooling over his burger until he gave me a bite! Holy cow, it was amazing, and the fries were also tasty! I can’t wait to order that the next time we’re in! Service was great and we had an overall amazing meal!

We've heard so much about Fork, so we decided to have dinner before a concert. What a pleasant surprise. The dinner was better than expected. Our wait staff was amazing. Our waitress gave us excellent recommendations for dinner and dessert, and both were right on the mark. We made reservations, and I highly recommend it!

Founded on farm to table principles, Fork is good at that. The difficulty of getting a table speaks to that. Local sources, freshness, with routine. If that's all you need, it's great. What I was missing is the flavor. Fresh and good ingredients want to be cared for, so the diner can experience them right. Cut back on the sugar please. If I want dessert brussel sprouts, I'll order dessert; the ones we got were too sweet to offer any other flavor. Idaho rainbow trout was fresh but bland, sorry. Where were the herbs? And thank you for the flowers that line the patio.

They had a great gluten-free menu. The food tasted delicious and I had wonderful service. I asked about drinks and was given a cider and told more about the area and where it came from. The outdoor seating area had comfortable seats and a beautiful view. I can't wait to go back.

First time here at this place, everything was great! Service, food, decor, vibe. Great location as well. Not the greatest of pics of the food, sorry, but trust me servings sizes were good and taste amazing.

Get a reservation to save yourself a wait, but they accommodate walk-ins with a smile. We sat at the bar and had a full-on prime rib dinner. Delicious. The patio looks fun too. Nice place. Great menu and wine list.
