This was our first time eating at the Longhorn Steakhouse. We went early and parking lot was completely filled. Put our names in and the wait was 1 hour. I walked into the bar and there were two seats open. I was told we could sit here if we had dinner. Mu hubby and I said fantastic. We got to eat without any wait. We order steak and Lobster. It was excellent. The service was fantastic and the food and drinks were great. Absolutely we will come back again. It was a great evening with a great dinner.

Very good food. Good service, had the parmesan mushroom for appetizer, was amazing and tasteful. Good to have bread for the extra parmesan. For the main course had the 6oz filet with lobster, and brussel sprouts. The steak was done great and the lobster was good. Had the chocolate lava with ice cream. This is were I was not greatly impressed. The cake came out not hot and there really was no molten lava in the middle. Just was on top. Was like having a chocolate cake, with ice cream and warm fudge on top. In all good place to eat and enjoy.

Best service and best food of any restaurant we have ever dined at. Unbelievably incredible in every single way. The food is to die for! Salmon was perfect. Steak was tender and cooked to perfection. Lobster tails delicious. Ribs super yummy and shrimp skewers devine! Also have never experienced better customer service anywhere else.

My husband, son and I were doing our Christmas shopping and we decided to stop here for dinner because we really wanted a good meal. My husband got the full rack of BBQ ribs, mashed potatoes and gravy, and Mac and cheese. I got the new york strip steak with mushrooms and rice. My son got the chicken tenders and fries. He's only 1 1/2 years old. The food was delicious and the staff was great. Everything was made perfect and exactly how we liked and it all came out nice and hot. We wound up having leftovers because you get amazing plating size here. The atmosphere is very cozy so you can sit back, relax and eat wearing something nice or you can wear your comfy clothes. Service was very fast even though it was a full house so that's definitely a huge plus. This was our 2nd time visiting and first time with our son. We are glad he got to have a Longhorn Steakhouse memory with us. We'll definitely be back soon! Keep up the amazing work that you all do here! We appreciate you all!

It's going downhill. Used to be the best place in town and now every time I order they screw something up. Tonight I asked for my hamburger to be well done and it was medium rare at best. Fries were supposed to be extra crispy and they were not, they were half soggy and I arrived early.

Waitress was great, very helpful with options and recommendations as was our first time dining there. She was also upbeat and easy to talk to and attentive. Although the food didn't look like big portions, it was very filling and we left with to go boxes. Everything was hot and had great flavor. We will be going back for future date nights.

We’ve been going to longhorn steakhouse since opening day. We instantly fell in love. We’ve been there at least twice every year and it’s always the best! My husband always gets the steak, any kind he’s not picky— and it’s steak! Cmon! I always get the ribs! I unfortunately didn’t get there appetizer a firecracker shrimp, but I got something new! It’s a very mild spicy chicken dish (pregnancy brain has made me forget the name I apologize) and it was only $6 for a bowl of it. Firstly, the chicken was grazed in a nice sauce, and topped with some very fresh green onion. And then they had a spicy sauce on the side that appeared to be the same sauce that it was glazed in, I could be wrong though. It wasn’t hot in the sense I needed a drink just a tad spicy! Which is what I love in my pregnancy! The most amazing thing that astounded me with this dish was that the chicken looked crispy on the outside but it was the most tender I have ever tasted. You CANNOT go wrong with this appetizer. I encourage everyone to try it! My ribs are always cooked perfectly. They’re very tender, they have a ton of meat on them, and it doesn’t take long. Every time me and my husband come to the restaurant and we order, the food gets our table then under 15 minutes. And that’s amazing considering they’re so popular and always booked. The staff there is ALWAYS polite, friendly and just truly wonderful people. We joke with them and have a good time! My husbands steak is ALWAYS cooked to perfection- rare. It’s tender, juicy and wonderful! The Mac and cheese dish on the side is extra cheesy with bacon, and I mean who doesn’t like bacon right? So try it! And I get there AMAZING Brussels sprouts! I don’t know what makes them so crispy and so juicy at the same time, but I’m loving it. I tried them for the first time a year ago, and I’m hooked. Ever since I got pregnant it’s all I can think about! The Brussels sprouts are truly superb. They’re crispy on the outside and a pop of flavor once you bite. And there’s crunchy skin that falls off as it cooks that they throw in the bowl and it’s covered in a special sauce— you CANNOT go wrong with these sprouts! Aside from food the place is very well maintained, they’re very good at sanitizing and the bathrooms are always clean! The staff again— truly efficient and wonderful. This place is truly amazing and a fine date for anyone! 💛

Nice atmosphere. Service was so & so, we felt rushed. They brought all our food at once. Only the filet was good. Salad, soup, & desert ( Lava Chocolate Cake) not good at all.

Best Steaks at reasonable prices. No gristle and the fat melts in your mouth! $27 Bone in Outlaw Ribeye 20oz...photo is all my wife could eat...I ate all of mine. Worth every penny! Update...she finished it for lunch... No steak sauce required. Best grilled flavor! Longhorn never has disappointed me. I have eaten there in ID, KS, TX, AZ and CA.

It was perfect in every way. Our steaks were tender and flavorful. Our lobster and grilled shrimp were perfection. We also enjoyed a Canyon Hill Chardonnay and a Margarita. Our server Conner was outstanding.

Went here for lunch and had no wait and excellent service. The ribeye is the way to go for sure. Cooked perfectly, very well seasoned, and very juicy. The Mac and cheese was excellent as well, 10/10 would order it again! All the desserts we tried were exceptional.

Longhorn Steakhouse in Boise is a casual dining restaurant that serves steak, chicken, and seafood. It is owned by Darden Restaurants, Inc., which owns and operates a number of other popular restaurants, including their recent acquisition, Ruth’s Chris Steak House. I have visited Longhorn Steakhouse four times. The first two visits were for lunch. The first time, I ordered a Burger with a side of French Onion soup. The second time, I ordered a Crispy Buttermilk Chicken sandwich with French fries. Both times, the food was very good and well priced. The service and ambience were excellent! The third time, I did a take out order of French Onion soup and a small Caesar salad. The soup tasted good, but I don’t recommend getting French onion to go. I didn’t care for their version of a Caesar salad. These photos are from my fourth visit, a dinner with KM: We started by sharing an appetizer of Texas Tonion ($8.99) - Crispy battered onion petals, served with zesty dip. It was excellent! We both French Onion soup ($5.49). KM’s French Onion soup was excellent, but mine wasn’t very flavorful. I brought this to our servers attention. She returned my soup to the kitchen and brought out another one. The second time around, it was great! We both ordered 20 oz. Outlaw Ribeye steaks ($30.29) with a side and salad. We both ordered Loaded Idaho Baked Potatoes as our side, and Mixed Green Salads with Blue Cheese dressing. Both of our steaks were cooked to perfection. They were delicious! We had to request a little extra butter and sour cream for our baked potatoes, which our server brought us at no extra charge. They were very good. The salads were good. As always, the service and ambience were excellent! Longhorn Steakhouse’s signature seasoning is a salt-based mix called “Prarie Dust”, which they use on a lot of menu items. It is what your server is referring to when he/she tells you “We are known for our bold flavors.” The first time I visited, my hamburger was very salty, as was my friend’s steak. That’s when I found out about Prarie Dust. Ever since then, I have requested that they use very little Prarie Dust and/or give it to me on the side. Since then, the food has been perfectly seasoned. That is what we requested when ordering our ribeye steaks. If you’re looking for a well priced steak house with nice ambience, great food and service, be sure to put Longhorn Steakhouse on your list. Recommended!!! — at LongHorn Steakhouse.

The new York steak here was very good! I recommend it with the mushrooms and onions. The baked potato was very good loaded but I say it needed more stuff on it. The French fries were delicious especially with their fry sauce or ranch. The bread was just bread nothing special. The sweet tea I was expecting it to be sweeter but it was good! All in all I would recommend trying their steaks here.

Stopped in for dinner after a busy day. Sangria and margarita were huge and tasted great. 6 oz Flo and lobster were perfect. Great flavor and portion size.

Great food, great price and the checked bites are the best. All the food was hot and came out quickly. The burger there is not the best but still really good.

The steak is perfectly cooked. It's very soft and delicious. The salad on the side is also excellent. However, personally I find it a little too salty. The amount of salt goes well with rice and bread.
