Our
stay
was
very
nice
up
until
the
last
day.
Check-in
was
easy,
our
room
was
clean
and
not
stuffy.
I
would
say
the
pool
area
needs
to
be
updated
though.
The
pool
and
hot
tub
are
very
outdated.
Our
stay
was
very
nice
until
we
got
a
knock
on
the
door
on
our
last
day
at
9am
from
housekeeping
asking
us
when
we
are
going
to
be
checking
out.
I
told
the
housekeeper
we'd
be
leaving
around
10am.
At
9:30am,
we
decided
to
take
some
of
our
things
down
to
the
car
that
was
in
the
garage
and
we
past
the
housekeeper
on
our
floor
as
we
were
heading
to
the
elevator.
We
went
back
up
to
our
room
and
that
housekeeper
was
in
our
room
already
making
the
bed,
collecting
the
rest
of
our
things
and
putting
it
in
his
cart.
I
spoke
up
and
got
after
him
and
said
"We
are
not
gone
yet!"
He
seemed
confused
and
said
"Oh
I
thought
since
I
saw
you
walking
with
your
luggage,
you
were
checking
out."
I
told
him
that
he
should
not
have
assumed
and
we
actually
have
until
11am
to
check-out
if
we
wanted
to
leave
and
come
back.
He
threw
away
some
of
our
snacks
that
we
were
keeping
for
our
road
trip
home,
and
our
belongings
were
in
his
cart.
So
unprofessional
and
unhospitable.
Never
in
my
life
have
we
received
a
knock
on
the
door
at
9am
from
housekeeping
asking
us
when
we
were
going
to
leave.
We
felt
pushed
out.
Doesn't
matter
if
we
want
to
go
to
breakfast,
come
back
and
nap
before
checkout.
I
paid
for
the
room.
The
fact
that
our
belongings
were
still
in
the
room!
What
if
we
put
stuff
in
our
car,
left
for
breakfast,
and
came
back
to
find
our
things
gone!
At
checkout,
I
spoke
with
the
manager
on
duty.
She
was
very
nice
and
obviously
mortified
that
this
happened
to
us.
She
did
say
that
this
was
not
the
first
time
THAT
DAY
that
she
had
heard
that
complaint
from
guests.
She
comped
our
parking
and
breakfast
which
was
very
nice
of
her.
She
was
very
apologetic
and
I
told
her
other
than
this
incident,
we'd
be
happy
to
stay
at
the
Grove
again
as
we
really
enjoyed
our
stay.
If
you
get
a
knock
at
the
door
the
morning
you're
supposed
to
leave,
tell
them
you
have
until
check-out
to
leave
the
room.
Just
baffles
me
that
a
hotel
would
do
this.
I
hope
they
train
their
staff
on
hospitality
and
what
not
to
do.
