It’s true- this is one of the best Motel 6 locations! I have slept in Motel 6’s all across the west coast and this was a nice updated property with larger than average rooms. I rented the “premium” room with 2 queens. The pool was clean and the pool furniture was comfortable and in good shape. The rooms are updated with corner showers, chic faucet and sink etc. convenient charging locations, microwave and mini fridge. The interstate was loud with the window open, but we had no trouble having a great night of sleep. Beds are new! I agree with previous reviewers that the linens are scratchy and well bleached. Pro tip- pack a couple pillow cases! Will definitely be back!

I have stayed here before just a night, i was very pleased. I now have just moved up here from Texas to be with my husband who works out here. Through Booking.com Motel 6 had the best price, which is a very good deal due to being so close to the airport. We have been here a week, and have had no complaints all of the employees are very helpful. From our housekeeper, Kylie to all the front desk staff i bother with whatever i need help with. Sienna, Savanna and Serena those are some of the names I remember there are plenty more staff that help i just didn’t get names. They make sure the guest are satisfied with their stay. The general manager is also very nice and thoughtful, Robert Lee! I will be staying here again and again!

Accommodation is very basic but clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. So grateful we could keep our cat here! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had forgotten some medication in the room after checkout and they got it back to me quickly. The guy at check in was super nice, too.

Great rooms for a decent price. Awesome and organized front desk, very efficient and kind. Rooms were very clean and nice. Very convenient location because its less than 5 minutes from the airport. There are gas stations really close by and there is a dennys not even 2 minutes away. Property was very clean and the staff where all very helpful. Been staying at motel 6 my whole life and this by far has been nicest one I've ever stayed at. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick night stay at a nice, clean, and quiet motel. They are also pet friendly! 10/10 would Motel 6 again.

I love the people who work here the attitudes of everyone I've had interactions with has been amazing. I did have a change of plans and had to extend my stay and my room rate went up $42 for the one night. That was kind of shocking and I considered looking elsewhere. There is no microwave or fridge in my room either. But other than that, like I said great people working here. I'll plan better next time to Dave that money in the event I get held up again. There are tons of rooms with microwaves and fridges with soaking tubs for $145 out there. But thank you motel 6 for the accomodations.

Bed bugs! I inspected the room as soon as we arrived, and found bed bug droppings on the corners of the mattress. Look up pictures online if you don’t know what these look like. Then I checked other reviews and saw the same. Front desk lady was super sweet and gave us a refund, but I’m very glad I checked *before* sleeping and got my refund immediately and avoided bites!

We stayed at the Motel 6 Boise Airport location. The overall quality of this motel 6 wasn't good. The building is obviously run down with updated rooms. The room itself came with a plastic wrapped smoke detector. Entirely unacceptable. Bathroom door was difficult to close, and bathroom did not include any kind of shampoo or conditioner. Air conditioner sounded like it was on its last dying breaths. The television only had a couple of watchable channels as the rest were not accessible because of problems with the TV. Watching the sports channel, the TV was effectively reduced to a spotty radio. The window has a problem with the seal somewhere because I originally thought it was open with how well I could hear what was going on outside. This motel 6 also does not include any type of breakfast (at the time of this writing). Their website does not list a breakfast under their amenities. They only had a microwave with some coffee options and a couple of vending machines. I would not mind them not offering a breakfast if the cost of the room for two nights wasn't so high. The location of this motel 6 is very good. It is close to the airport and driving to other parts of Boise is quite doable. It was one of the cheapest options available in Boise at the time of booking. The cost of other hotels in Boise was much higher for the most part and the lower cost of this motel 6 should be factored into its evaluation. That being said, this hotel fails to meet some of the most basic of standards for hotels. Unless you need to be very close to the airport and you need a relatively cheap hotel option, I would advise staying at another hotel.

the hotel did have BED BUGS. Emmanuel at the front desk was very kind, but could not provide me a refund. I had to contact customer service. I was there for 8 hours since my friends AC was out I decided to get a hotel room since it’s the hottest week of the year. The AC barely worked in the room. The people in the room above me were also having a physical altercation for over an hour. I could hear them knocking each other down and yelling. When this settled I was finally able to fall asleep and woke up the next morning to a giant bed bug that was dead beside me then saw many others crawling around the extra bed. I hope they make this right and also do something about the bugs. Now I won’t be able to use my luggage for the rest of my trip because I have to make sure the bugs don’t end up coming home with me.

Decent room. Good rate but super noisy all night long! Sheets were rough like canvas. Sleepless night due to noise and sheets. Don’t know if I will stay there again. I liked the bathroom. Modern clean feel to it!

Ever wonder what nightmares you may find when trying to find a cheap hotel? Well, this isn't my first experience with bad hotels here in Boise. I was about to crawl into my bed and found this creepy little guy crawl out from under my pillow! I rushed down to the office here at Motel 6 and the lady had an attitude with not only me but also my family! Unfortunately, because it's one am here, there was no way to find a new hotel so we asked for a new room far away from the room we were just in. The lady then continued being rude and was instant she couldn't give us a refund over and over when we only asked one time what they can do about this. She acted like it was such a big deal to let us check out the new room to make sure it also didn't have bed bugs! She stated she only had two cases of bed bugs reported since she's been working here for 6 months! Finally, after fighting with her my family and I moved to the new room and the lady stated that she can't help us if we needed to change rooms again! So, do you want bed bugs? I sure don't! Stay far far away!! Not only do you risk being infested with bugs you also have to deal with the office people's attitude.

I checked in late, about 12:05am after being on the road for 9 hours. The late night clerk Sienna was very accommodating and helpful in pointing out some places I could get a hot meal. The room was very nice and very clean. I felt well taken care of and got a good night sleep after being on the road all day. It was easy to get to off the interstate and easy to navigate to getting back on the road. I encourage everyone who is looking for a comfortable, affordable and easy stay to stop over here on your travels. Thank you again Sienna for everything ✌️

We had a long trip behind and ahead of us. This was the perfect stop in-between. Such friendly staff and our rooms were clean. Thank you for the warm smiles and chilled rooms. 👍

This was a nicer Motel 6 that I've stayed in, and I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't hear any planes since it's close to the airport. I would stay here again! The front desk staff were friendly, and the rooms were very clean (I could walk around without needing to wear shoes like a previous Motel 6 I stayed in) and had towels and toiletries stocked. I also didn't feel unsafe when walking my dogs around outside and they had an area with poop bags. I will say the bed felt old, so I didn't get the best sleep, but great for the one night.

It's a older hotel I understand..But the service was great and the beds not terrible I've had worse the price was good especially having two little dogs! The coffee and hot water helped..If you're looking for fancy go ahead and spend 200+ a night..If you are wanting to sleep shower and explore this place works for the average person..

I was swx trafficked out of this hotel without my knowledge or my will in 2016 and 2021. I am giving you guys five stars because this is one of few motels I wasn't arrested at! Your not supposed to sleep in these types of places, if your not a druggie then pay for a nicer hotel or air BNB. This is about the nicest drug hotel in the called though Upper class trap.

Pros: very nice desk clerk, place is convenient to the interstate, very clean, a/c worked well, fairly quiet on top floor if I left a/c on as white noise (some parking lot noise via windows). Cons: Tight parking lot for my long bed pickup, no room to park a trailer (one guy was blocking parking lot traffic with his trailer). Very poor shower water pressure, no fridge or microwave or coffee, very firm but worn beds. Expected more for $95 ($111 with tax) but this was close to cheapest in Boise.

I’d probably rated the rooms and more @ 5’s if a few things have a smidge of improvement as the price point is very helpful especially for us traveling with pets as the other higher priced hotel chains in Boise want a unreasonable nonrefundable pet deposit per pet and then a high price per fee per pet and literally Motel 6 is a major blessings to us pet owners who travel. This hotel owner seemed a bit weary and I can understand why as he has a lot of business and a wide variety of actors/customers to accommodate and maintain order and quality services. My room was quite clean and it was a room for handicapped individuals but no pull bar near the toilet at all and the toilet seat was way too low for a handicapped person to get up and down, especially without the handle bar to pull oneself up with. And unless you’re experiencing this it might not fully comprehend the hardship it presents. Everything was in my room as it should be. The back of the remote was missing its cover and the batteries were taped in. There was one rolling luggage rack that I utilized and that was a nice extra to have there. My bed was on a platform and so was the other bed in the room. I found that the mattress moved a lot and migrated easily to other areas away from the proper place for the mattress. So all and all the platform was a less desirable bed surface and also because since my legs have issues it was hard to walk between the two beds in a way beyond semi side shuffling. My a/c & heater worked just fine. The room had no odors or stuffiness to the air. I’d definitely stay here again but I’d try to figure out how to make a reservation through the app and still get a room with the necessary things I need to make my stay more functional. I noted that other guests of the motel all seemed in a relative good way and felt fully safe on the property, even at a late hours and early morning hours while it was dark out.

The dude that my mom with was super rude and pressured my mom into almost paying 700$ when all she was trying to do is check out prices. Then I called to cancel the reservation he was super defensive when I asked him. They should not be so hostile towards people. I will never refer any one or stay at another hotel six

I always go to Motel 6 because it's the least expensive hotel and they keep the rooms as neat and clean as possible. Albert the manager aka "chief", always makes sure all the guests are well taken care of and are comfortable and they see to it that things are ran smoothly. If there are any complaints, those complaints are taken care of immediately. I couldn't see paying for a more expensive hotel when your getting the same basic thing at Motel 6 and paying much less and if your service connected, they'll give military discounts . I highly recommend Motel 6. Check it out and meet Albert "Chief" in person. He will be signing autographs Monday thru Friday 9am to 11Am.He will definately leave the light on for you.

They love pets, staff was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. And the price was in a great range. Albert is great at the front desk. If I'm in Boise again I'll be staying here.

Room was clean. Pillows were comfortable. The front desk team was absolutely fabulous. I forget the names of the 2 men, 1 had glasses and was from SoCal and the other had medium long hair. Mitzi was lovely as well. I had an upstairs neighbor who checked in late and woke me up. I will be using this Motel when I come back next spring and the fall.

I was unconscious most to the time I was there, which is s good thing. Not fancy but this one has been modernized with flat screen TV, new furniture and carpet in room and was clean. Shower was new and a bit of a phone booth, but it worked. Modern sink. HVAC was newer and kind what you expect but worked properly. TV channels had lost their programming but I found my way around. Hallways had a bit of an old motel smell but otherwise clean and had a courteous staff. I'd be unconscious there again.

Pros: -incredibly friendly & knowledgeable staff. -super fast, amazingly quick, and crazy easy check-in -great location -rooms, hotel, and property are all very quiet (which is hard being so close to the airport; I never heard even 1 plane) -clean, standard motel 6 room you expect from the chain. Cons: -tiny shower with equally tiny water pressure. *if I'm being extra picky, floors and shower could use a deep clean, but can't expect too much when it's snow season. 🤷🏼‍♀️ nothing some shower shoes and slippers won't fix.

The guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful. He was accommodating when I discovered that I had booked the wrong night and was able to make me a new reservation right then. I always appreciate that Motel 6 allows pets to stay with no extra fees. My only complaint is that the shower was gross, there was some mold in the crevice along the inside and around the drain. None of the lamps worked either but not a huge deal. Overall, not the cleanest place, but worked for a last minute stay due to issues with making a reservation at multiple surrounding hotels.

My week-long stay and motel 6 Boise on airport Way was very very comfortable. I am rehabbing from a back injury in the room was very clean the air was good and Jose leading the staff was exemplary. I highly recommend anybody who needs time just to relax this is a very nice spot Nd they have a pool out front. My daughter and grandson spent some time in the pool when it was 106 .I sat poolside, very enjoyable.

Front desk staff was very friendly. It’s your typical motel 6. Obviously nothing fancy. They need better lighting in their back parking lot. It’s looks a bit suspicious and looked like people were camping back there. Going up to the second floor felt like a 20 degree difference in temperature from the first floor. The room was tidy but THE SMELL was awful. We truly couldn’t believe how bad it was. We sprayed fragrance but it wasn’t covered. If you doll have poor smell, or can’t smell at all, then this is the place for you! Just a shame that it was $94 for one night.

Pet friendly room. The rooms were clean and the beds were nice. The bathrooms looked really nice like they were recently redone. My only complaint was the shower head was mounted way to low. Like seriously you had to duck to get under it to rinse off and I'm only 5'9".

Our room was very nice and clean. The staff was incredibly kind, especially Lee. He went above and behind to ensure our happiness and went out of his way more than once to do us a favor. We feel bad that we were unabated to return the kindness but are extraordinarily grateful for his help 😊 Would recommend and would come again!

When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and kind word. Sienna, was very professional and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. Sienna does her job well and makes you feel right at home. It is because of her costumer service and personality I will stay at this hotel again.

Have stayed here on several occasions. The staff are always helpful and courteous. A special shout out to Sienna for doing an amazing job at getting my room clean and ready and Lee for getting me in and out of the office super fast as I was a walking zombie making my most recent stay amazing. The location is great with quick access to the airport, highway, and good food. Great place to stay when passing through.

The staff was phenomenal. I had everything I needed for my stay and I slept extremely comfortability (the best night sleep I’ve had in a long time actually). Brittney and Lee were so kind and flexible with my requests; top notch customer service and professionalism! I’d highly recommend this location - it was also the most affordable in the area hotel wise. Rooms were renovated and I was impressed.
