Despite making reservations and being on time, we still waiting for 30mins to be seated. Ruined the surprise when you're trying to plan a surprise lunch and the guest of honor shows up before we all get seated. We all sat down and enjoyed our meal. Food was great. Our server was not very attentive but was he was polite the few times we did see him. I think I'll just order to go next time. Cheers 🍻

I love this location, they are always so accommodating! I’m a pescatarian (fish/seafood only) and they always let me sub things. I placed an order over the phone and misunderstood my order and accidentally charged me for 2 dishes when it should’ve been a combo. They fixed it promptly and gave me my cheesecake for free. They apologized and made it right even though it was no big deal. Thank you especially to the manager who was not only friendly to the customers but to his staff and nicely taught the girl how to correctly ring up something like that for next time.

Been here very recently and had a great time. Good ambience, great choice of menu and very good customer service. Had to wait for a while since they were understaffed but the quality of food as well as their customer service was top notch. Here’s what we ordered and how we liked them: Avocado egg rolls- 5/5 Cosmopolitan - 5/5 Virgin mojito- 5/5 Pasta Pomodoro - 4/5 Smokehouse bbq burger- 5/5 Pineapple upside down cheesecake (by far our most fav) - 5/5!!

Cassandra (our waitress for the night) was the KINDEST person in the world, we had a small conversation (when it slowed down) and I just fell in love with her, if you go to this restaurant ask for her! She will treat you so well, she is such a sweetheart I honestly could've talked to her all day. She made sure our food and drink were up to our standards, she truly was an angel. Please GIVE HER A RAISE! Also; food and cheesecake were 5 STARS!

We were seated at a table right by the bar. The sun was coming in the window and it was pretty uncomfortable. Our waitress was really nice. We finished out soup and she told us, "good job." My hubby said, what are we five year old? We both laughed at her. The food was good and the serve too. We will forsure come back again.

The food is AMAZING. Can’t come here without ordering the Avocado Egg-rolls, they are heavenly! The menu “book” is quite impressive, with over 250 menu items, needless to say - plan on spending a bit of time leafing through the pages… Pictured is the Mac & Cheese Burger, which was very delicious. The patty was perfectly cooked, Mac was creamy and flavorful, and the veggies were fresh and crisp. Their cheese cakes are also very unique and worth a try (Raspberry Truffle recommended). Only complaint was the slower-than-expected service.

Usually great food & service, aside of sometimes bit of waiting. Last time they brought just plain steak and no potatoes (see photo). And said they will bring potatoes in half hour. Then extended it. By the time they brought any side dish steak was cold and terrible. They could bring it later and it would be fine. But nobody wants cold steak. Totally destroyed my positive attitude towards Cheescake Factory.

This is the second Cheesecake Factory I've tried, and to be honest, I love it. The food and service were great. I normally stop to get a slice of cheesecake but decided to dine in for dinner. I'm well satisfied with the decision I've made.

Louisiana Chicken Pasta was amazing! Definitely worth the price. Enjoyable atmosphere for a nice lunch date with my husband.

Great place to go for a special occasion. The menu offers a dish for anyone's cravings. Although expensive, the food is of high quality and tastes great. Personally, I absolutely despised their fish tacos (dry tortilla and fish). Does get quite busy, so I'd recommend reserving a table ahead of time.

It's pretty quiet on a Thursday evening, but long waits on a Saturday. We've been coming to Boise Cheesecake for many years since they opened. Huge menu, which is a big hit with our family - everybody gets what they want! The food quality, service, and atmosphere is all great, but it seems to get more expensive each time we come (which is the case with most restaurants nowadays). The hostess at the front desk when checking in was super friendly, as was our waitress. The food was hot, presented well, and flavorful!

Ordered a slice of cheesecake to go. It was the lemon raspberry and it was very tasty, delicious and delighted the palate like a party in my mouth. Sign up for their rewards & you’ll get one free when you order one. The cheesecake will never disappoint. Will be coming for more flavors soon!

Ww stopped here to have lunch before going to airport. There was a 20 min wait so we decided to sit at bar. Great service. One didn't have to wait for drinks and he was amazing server as well.

We had the vegan cobb salad, the spicy chicken sandwich and the cookie dough cheesecake and everything was delicious!

Boyfriend and I went on a date here Monday night, our server was just incredible. Unfortunately I can't remember her name, but she told us she has been there for 12 years and it shows! She was so helpful, communicative, just above and beyond. Not only was she amazing but the rest of the staff were as well. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and it makes the entire atmosphere even better. Super impressed here. The food was also incredible, we both got the steak medallions off of the skinnylicious menu and that Madeira wine sauce was fantastic. Will definitely be back more often!

Very limited staff at lunchtime on a Thursday right before school started back up (lots of back to school shoppers). We arrived shortly after they opened and were sent away to wait 25 minutes for the waiter that was capable of taking a party of 5 (???) to arrive. After we ate, more than half the tables in the place were empty and there was a long wait to sit down. Our waiter was friendly enough, but seemed frazzled and was forgetful. (Had to ask 3 times for a Coke) Food took forever (25+ minutes after ordering) and the food was cold. My pasta was very oily! Overall, not a great experience. If you’re on any time crunch at all, don’t go! Also, to get petty, when is Cheesecake Factory going to redo their decor. It’s so dated and hideous.

Food was alright. Service was fine. The place just has a lot going on. The dessert was pretty good though. Overall not bad. Would be a good place to take a picky eater because the amount of different food options they have is insane.

Overall I like this restaurant a lot. We've always had good experiences there, but on our most recent visit my wife's chicken came out pink. They allowed her to replace it with a different item. She chose a salad and it took some time for it to come out. Having said all that, the waitress was very patient and helpful and the manager was right there making sure we were happy. They gave us free cheesecake and our evening ended well.

I order the same pasta every time and each time it gets worse and worse. From receiving half the size portion they used to give me to using only stems for the asparagus, you know the parts you're supposed to cut off at the bottom that are really hard when you bite into? I am not sure if the staff changed or what's going on but I wish I could eat this without having to stop and spit out hard end pieces of the asparagus.

Good food. Lunch prices are reasonable. Service is great. Restaurant atmosphere is warm and inviting. Has outdoor seating.

Always great service, drinks, and food. They have a happy hour with plenty of choices. I love to get the tamales. They weren’t what I expected.. they were even better! Gluten free and dairy free options. I had a gluten free pasta for my birthday and it was such a treat!

I can only speak to the cheesecake and the chocolate layer truffle cake or whatever it's called. First of all, the cheesecake is the best you'll find from almost anywhere you go. The chocolate cake is about as good as chocolate cake gets. My wife and I shared an enormous piece at home with fresh blackberries. It's so good!! Amazing cakes!! We will go back soon to try their food menu and get another piece of that chocolate cake. Update: We went back for a meal. The quality of the food was excellent and tasted great. The kitchen staff had gotten our order late because of a computer error, which prompted the manager to visit us and apologize for the inconvenience. She then offered us a free desert. COCONUT PIE CHEESECAKE!!! Unreal how good this was. Thanks, Cheesecake Factory! You all are awesome!

We were Celebrating our 25th anniversary and are glad we went to the cheesecake factory! The atmosphere was great! Our server was the best! The food was a little on the pricey side but we expected that when we went there!

Manager and waiter were an amazing duo in helping us have the best meal and experience. I realize for a chain, it's about the people and not the artisan food, so don't expect anything other than a huge menu and amazing service. Sourdough >rye. Seafood and Ck >their steak. Cheese cake of course #CaseyRocks

The variety is a lot in entrees. The cheesecake I ordered is snickers chocolate cheese cake which the chocolate flavor is too strong so I cannot taste the cheese cake flavor. I like the entrees with so many choices.
