Wonderful and huge American breakfast 🥞 Really tasty 😋 in a beautiful old style restaurant. Highly recommend 👍🏻

I have been to many cracker barrel restaurants over the years and for the most part they are all the same. The difference is in the execution. This specific location has their act together and delivers on three key aspects. Service, quality, and cost. Great service, the quality of the food is high and consistent. The cost is very reasonable especially compared with peer restaurants in the area . Worth the trip and great food. Good place to take young kids, crayons and , of course, the pyramid puzzle on every table. Make sure you try the biscuits, they are great.

While I typically enjoy Cracker Barrel, this restaurant was lacking on its classic charm. The waiter was new, but unaccompanied and left a lot to be desired. The restaurant suffered from shortages (chicken fried chicken and corn bread), which I understand happens. Another member of our party received food that was prepared not according to the menu description (fried catfish that was clearly grilled and unbreaded), the biscuits were lackluster, and we went nearly 20 minutes without sight of our waiter or refills on beverages. Many of my party had never been to Cracker Barrel before and it left a poor taste in their mouth. I will definitely go again, but not to this particular location. The country store was AMAZING, as it usually is.

Absolutely wow experience! From my first call about overnight parking to an outstanding meal at an excellent price. The team was wonderful! Thank you! We will definitely stay and eat again the next time we pass through town.

Like almost every other cracker barrel I loved the food and the staff were super pleasant. Typically I'd chase after breakfast but I had the pot roast and chicken pot pie.

Delicious southern comfort food. Good prices and good portions. Not your healthy choice option, but definitely a special comfort treat to enjoy time with family and friends.

Chicken Fried Steak with hash browns. The steak breading came off & it was tough. The hash browns were perfect. Omgosh the shopping in the store was amazing! You need an hour just to look around. Prices were very reasonable. They had all the candy you can never find! Service was 5 stars

Absolutely love this Cracker Barrel! The staff is always excellent, both waiters and store staff. The store staff is so helpful and friendly. I love the wide variety of items in the gift shop too. Great sales prices on several fabulous items. The food was wonderful too. It comes out fresh and hot, always made to order. We have never had anything that wasn’t delicious before! Highly recommend the chicken-n-dumplings (carrots and okra on the side!) and Southern fried chicken with mashed potatoes and country gravy. Dinner prices are affordable. Breakfast is amazing too!! We HIGHLY recommend this Cracker Barrel.

The southern fried chicken was cooked to perfection. Juicy and large portions. Apples were soft and sweet. Wanton was flavourful and had that homely taste. Waiter was friendly and was able to manage group orders. There was also that cracker barrel game which kept us entertained for quite a while. More then sufficient parking available in the area based on my time of visit on a weekend lunch. You have to pass through the shop area to head to the dining area so don’t be confused for first timers.

Always enjoy breakfast at the Cracker Barrel with the family. The food is delicious and the novelty items in the store never disappoint.

Call me basic but damn I love Cracker Barrel. This one in particular is always on point! Food is consistently delicious, service is great, and who doesn't like picking out a few treats in the store before you leave? I also enjoy the fact that I can still get a very filling meal for my husband and myself for a good price. Thanks everyone!

Wish they had more veggie meal options. The veggie platter was nice though that let's you choose 4 regular sides. Nice & attentive staff. Maria was great.

On a recent trip we stopped at Cracker Barrel in Boise. Jackson was our host and he gave us the table we really wanted. Tammy was a great server! Definitely enjoyed our time there with wonderful food and service!

This was my first time going here and I have to say, it was amazing! The atmosphere was so fun and exciting. The food was amazing with great portions and fair prices! The server we had was super nice and prompt. It was way busy during Saturday lunch but we got seated immediately and got our food in 10 minutes. We got tons of biscuits with our meal and had the fried chicken and momma's breakfast. Everything was delicious and we couldn't finish it all. We even got to take home a little bottle of leftover syrup. So good. The fried apples as a side is also a must-have! Would recommend to everyone!

It was a great experience. It was probably our fault going on a Sunday but was so busy. We had a bit of a miscommunication with our waiter, and she was very gracious to fix it and explain to us what had actually gone on. Our food was amazing, I got the chicken pot pie, so warm and creamy. The biscuits were divine. All in all, I enjoyed the dining experience but also loves the store attached, bought maybe things to bring home to the family.

Always great home style cooking at a very good affordable price. We can count on good food every time. Best burgers in Boise. Fun gift shop with some great sweatshirts and old fashioned treats. Most wait staff is great. Only downside is tables too close and background noise is a lot if you’re hard of hearing. We still enjoy it. Huge fireplace in main dining room, old country decor. Homey.

Most of the cracker barrel restaurants tend to be the same, with a few exceptions of course. The food in this one was up to standards, but the staff was above and beyond friendly. They made us feel welcome and genuinely cared that we were having a pleasant visit with our newborn being with us. Your attention was truly appreciated.

Always a fun place to stop with great budget conscious food prices. Hash brown casserole and fried apples are the best! Cool store with unique finds and souvenirs.

We've gone to Boise for a family reunion twice and both times we've eaten at Cracker Barrel and I LOVE it! The portion size is fantastic for the price! You can do a little bit of shopping before or after you eat in their little gift shop that has some really neat things! They have such a broad variety of things to buy and there is something for EVERYONE. The food is so so good. We had a party of 16 and every single person enjoyed their food and experience.

I love cracker barrel, it had been awhile and the last one I was at was in CO, the Boise restaurant was great, food was very good, the turnip greens could have been a little higher temp but tasted great, country fried steak, mashed potatoes were awesome! My girlfriend had country fried chicken, mac n cheese, and hashed brown casserole, all were very good! My only complaint would be the temp of the food, just could have been a little higher temp. Service was amazing, everyone was so nice, and the atmosphere inside any cracker barrel is very cool! I'll definitely go back next time I'm in boise, the 90 minute drive from Gooding would be worth it.

We did a catering order for 60 people, food was delicious and they had it ready right on time at 7am! This review would have been 5 stars but we did not receive 60 plates + sets of utensils. I called the day prior to ensure plates and plastic cutlery were included and was told they would be. Though they did include plates and plastic cutlery, there was only enough for 40 people.

Fried haddock with corn, carrots, biscuit, corn bread, and sweet tea - great American comfort food meal at a convenient location for a road trip! Great, friendly service and delicious food. Will definitely return next time I am driving through Boise.

I love Cracker Barrel‘s food and everything they stand for. I especially appreciate that they let RVs stay for free overnight if we eat there. I do think it would be a really good idea for the Cracker Barrel stores to require RV owners to come in and get a window hang tag. Just feels like it’ll keep everybody more ethical. This particular parking lot had a lot more RVs than most. I hope everybody is being great Cracker Barrel customers like we are.

Food here is so good as always as well as the service but I just wanted to take the time and recognize one of your waitresses. Her name was Maria. She was the best waitress I think we have ever had. She was kind, courteous, professional, talked with us so kindly and not at us, showed amazing hospitality, checked on us often, made sure we were well taken care of and we never had to ask for a refill. She made our dining experience here tonight enjoyable, even with an anxious toddler, she was so kind to our kids as well. So big kudos to her and I hope she will be there next time we come out. :)

Direct quotes from my 9 year old in regards to the cheesecake pancakes: "the best decision I've ever made", "this is what God eats for breakfast", "so delicious". He was also very impressed with the fried chicken I got with my breakfast. I enjoyed my mocha, and was pleased to see they had mimosa options. The eggs were a perfect over medium, and the white breakfast gravy was better than I was expecting. negatives: sons steak was a little over what he ordered, and the hashbrown casserole was undercooked. We all had a good time, came here because it was an hour wait for biscuit and hogs.

Greatfood and service got food fast too. Cracker barrel is the best . We are from Oregon. Every time we come to I'd we try to eat there. We have Cracker barrel in oregon but in wrong town. We live close to Eugene oregon.

My husband and I eat takeout from here at least twice a month. He always gets the grandmas pancake sampler which has a little of everything and he loves it. It’s always good and consistently correct. However, last night everything was fantastic. The cook did an awesome job on everything. The food actually looked nice enough to be in a picture. The person who packaged it did a great job, putting everything in that I asked for. Usually I’m short some thing. It was just one of the best experiences we’ve ever had and their cook and server from last night should be commended. It was above and beyond.
