My
experiences
at
this
location
have
historically
been
positive.
My
experience
in
the
drive
through
today
was
absolutely
horrendous.
Chick-fil-A
is
known
for
trying
to
"Rube
Goldberg"
their
drive-throughs
but
never
has
it
been
more
pronounced
than
today
at
the
Franklin
store.
I
understand
that
it
is
all
an
attempt
to
speed
up
the
process,
but
there
is
a
critical
point
where
the
complexity
of
the
drive-through
process
becomes
too
much
and
the
process
and
experience
begins
to
deteriorate.
Today
the
drive-through
process
was
in
excess
of
30
minutes
from
start
to
end.
They
lost
my
order
between
the
6
people
trying
to
take
orders
and
the
point
where
I
was
supposed
to
pay.
Cars
in
two
lanes
were
being
directed
through
at
an
unequal
rate
(i.e.
cars
that
were
far
behind
me
in
the
beginning
were
getting
through
and
getting
their
food
quicker
than
us
in
the
other
line).
I
was
asked
to
park
out
front
after
they
"lost"
my
order
despite
having
been
charged,
where
I
reordered
and
waited
again
for
my
food
to
be
brought
outside.
Also,
you
have
to
stop
with
the
names!
One
time
is
cute,
twice
is
acceptable,
but
five
times
is
not
okay.
I'm
not
here
to
make
friends.
It
is
not
more
personal.
It
is
annoying.
Please
stop.
