We had a great experience tonight getting a treat at Chick-fil-A. Our server was Ashlyn and she was quick to get us our food, then came back to check on us, making sure we were good to go. The food was hot and fresh and it was great to have the added benefit of customer service too. The place was spotless, as the staff was always wiping tables down and sweeping!

We went through drive thru for lunch. They got our order wrong and I went inside no apology but they were quick to fix the mistake. I ate the grilled chicken bites with BBQ sauce and some waffle fries. Food was fresh and hot. Drive thru was crowded and moved semi-slow.

Service isn't great, food is ok, not a good idea of what Chick-fil-a is.

Always a good place to eat. Polite service. Love their chicken. And the play ground is a hit for both my 5 year old and my 1.5 year old. We get the Grilled Nuggets kids meal for my daughter because she is gluten-free. Love it.

It was a lovely experience, food was delicious after a long day of traveling. I loved the fresh fruit choice, it was a delicious side. Staff was exceptional and friendly I was finishing up my meal and they offered me a complimentary peach shake it was so good. An unexpected surprise.

The chicken is always crispy and full of flavor without needing sauce to add flavor. The dining area is always being cleaned so it is clean when you sit down, which to me is a big deal after being to other restaurants and having them be messy before I get there and messy after I leave. The play area is open after so long being closed and it is always a welcome place for my children to play. My children love the food and love to go play. In short, this restaurant, at this location, has become a favorite go to for my family.

We came with a huge group and they were so nice. Never seemed annoyed but gave us extra treatment even. Offered us a whole platter of sauces and went around asking to clean up and offered mints 🥹🥹🥹 gotta love them

Came here with a friend during lunch time and I have to say it is definitely one of the busiest fast food locations at least near the Boise mall. Drive-thru's are completely full but they were very on top of things that it ran smoothly where it was slow but almost never stopped. Multiple workers outside ready to hand off food or take your order. Very impressed.

Dined in for lunch, you guys absolutely "NAILED IT". EVERYTHING was perfect. I ate at a different location recently which has always been #1 but last trip fries were not cooked to standard. You guys did a fabulous job today and you were crazy busy. Thank You

Yesterday was a quiet and clam day. The staff was good and helpful. There was a trainee and she did very well. She old me she's been there for about four weeks. For her to be on point and had a very good positive attitude. She had a great smile and was vey pleasurable. Then i went up to get a refill another employee was right there with a smile. So thank you for all your service and keep up the awsome work everyone.

This place is good and the quality is great. It is very busy tho a lot of times, both drive through and inside.

Food is great here. Facilities are always clean The price is actually not bad when you consider the inflation. The folks are always super friendly and helpful. Everything I have to come to expect out of a Chick-fil-A.

Went to the drive-thru today Thurs 2/2/2023 at around 6pm. I don’t remember the nuggets looking this pathetically small. They basically gave me scraps of leftover chicken and deep fried it

Let's get the bad out of the way. We went for breakfast and it wasn't at all busy. We ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits, one in a combo. We had to wait some time and when it finally arrived it was a Chicken burrito and hash browns. When I told them they discovered that the order was correct, not sure what happened in the back. It still took some time to get the corrected order and there were only three other tables and one had their food. They did make it up to us with a free brownie and two gift cards for free sandwiches. They had someone cleaning the floors the whole time we were there and everything else looked nice and clean. They also had fresh flowers everywhere.

As you pull up into the drive-thru there's two lines and it's fairly easy to navigate but you've got employees out there trying to tell you to follow one car and another employee tells you to follow another car and some customers don't listen so that's kind of fiasco. I got my food and had to wait for three cars in front of me to leave because they were all out of order. I hope at once the new employees gets trained this will all be back to normal

This place more than amazes me. The efficiency should be the standard (unfortunately its not). Their drive through could have 20+ cars in line and it's still faster than any other with super friendly staff that speak to you by name. The food is always fresh and delicious. Always the same quality. I can't say this about any other establishment I frequent "I have never had anything but a 5☆ experience @ Chic-fil-a Thank you so much to their amazing 👏 staff

This company does it right. Reminds me of McDonald's in it's prime. Customer service training for these kids is top notch. This location is no exception to the high level of quality and service we have come to expect. Even in difficult staffing times, they still manage to run everything with amazing streamlined efficiency. The food has always been awesome.

I was served by Kyler. 11/6. He took my order and was very cordial with us being there 30 minutes before they closed. Kyler has changed my life and he will move on to do great things. I wish that I could be best friends with this man. It will be my goal in life to meet him again and start a business with him. I want to be a better man. This guy is a man of the Lord. He encourages me to be a better disciple and pay a full tithe.

I love that I can go to this restaurant and have great service. Served by clean cut well dressed servers. Always told "it's a pleasure". Good is always good. They have a great business model.

I arrived to the window to be told that I had to go park out front and wait for my food. Very inconvenient! I had just gotten off a very long shift at work and needed to get home quickly I go to Chick-fil-A for their quick service and did not get that today. I asked the team lead for a chicken sandwich for the inconvenience and she refused. I asked her for a lemonade, and she refused. Super terrible customer service!

Literally some of the best service i'd ever gotten. the people working there seemed very happy and the atmosphere was amazing. I didn't like my peppermint shake and didn't even hesitate to get me something I actually liked , and with a smile too :) love the employees 10/10

Came for a quick bite around 2:00 pm. Saw the new honey pimento chicken sandwich and this was bomb in flavor town! Sweet and spicy with the cheese and jalapeño peppers . It needs to be placed on the menu permanently! Great job with this chicken sandwich chik-fil-a ! Service was quick and the fries were hot and fresh along with the lemonade. I will def be back for this tasty morsel of a chicken sandwich.

Really disappointed today; went during lunch and expected to have to wait a bit but after the wait I ended up getting what was very obviously some “medium rare” chicken and I could not eat my sandwich. Probably won’t be visiting this location again for awhile as the one on Eagle never seems to have any issues.

This is the only Chick-fil-a I've ever had an issue with. Employee at drive through was not very police and seemed annoyed at taking order in drive through. He was difficult to understand as he spoke in mumbled tones, ultimately after repeating the order 3 times, it still was given to me wrong. Nothing special was ordered, just combo meals. So sadly enough we had to throw away part of the order because we could not go back. I love Chick-fil-a, but I will not be stopping by that particular store again. Poor service.

My wife and I love being able to get a chicken sandwich "protein style" with no bun. Just chicken and lettuce. It has helped us so many times find something quick and healthy. The drive through staff are the best in the industry!

If you Google "above and beyond", this Chick Fil A location should show up. I've never had a bad experience here. You never feel more valued than being a customer at this location. Food was hot, steamy, and fresh. My fries were crispy and perfectly sprinkled with light salt. The attitude and servitude by their employees is a welcome presence in a bustling world of indifference. Even when I was being difficult for them with a mobile app issue, the manager quickly resolved it, and they remained abundantly cordial throughout the situation. And a clean dining room and restroom always. A+ across the board.

The food was good. However we ordered a cold brew coffee. They didn’t have any regular coffee ready but said they had cold brew. All we wanted was coffee poured on ice so we figured cold brew would do. We said we just want it on ice. Nothing added. We get it and there is syrup and milk/creamer in it. The lady comes to our table and gets another one. We say nothing added. Only want coffee over ice. We get it and they added syrup this time, no creamer. So we walk to the counter and have to, for the third time, explain what we want is just black coffee over ice. Other food and service was good though.

We arrived 15 min before closing. Food was great and the restaurant was clean. The problem was service as it was brought to our attention that the lobby closes at 9 PM, not 10 PM like the drive thru, and that we need to leave or eat outside. We were rushed while eating. We’re paying customers and we were not slowing them down or trying to insist on making orders after nine. Being rushed out was absolutely and utterly rude. Ridiculous since they have to stay behind because the drive-through is still open.

This Chick-Fil-A is normally efficient and the wait isn’t too long whenever there are hosts outside taking orders. One of the hosts is exceptional—Jassandra. She always welcomes us with super friendly smiles, takes orders with accuracy and politeness, making us feel like valued customers. This store is very lucky to have her.

If I’m going to eat fast food, then this is my go-to place! Tastes great. Quick. Probably not the healthiest, but not bad for fast food.

I went through the drive through today. I misplaced my wallet and am new to Google pay. And it wasn't working! I was so embarrassed. Aaden came to my rescue and paid for it! I haven't experienced kindest like that in a long time! While coming up to the tent I did find some cash and was able to pay him back. But that doesn't take away from the kindness he showed me! Thank you!

Thank you for everything today. I don't usually write reviews, but I have to acknowledge their exceptional service and kindness this morning. When I first arrived, a cashier ran out to open the door as I managed through with my baby and toddler. Food was fresh and delicious. One of the more mortifying things that can happen in a restaurant happened today (my toddler began to vomit). They were so professional and kind while I tried to wrap my head around what was happening. And as I tried to get my kiddo cleaned up. The truth is, you just don't experience the high level of excellence and kindness they offer at any other fast food restaurant. Their staff took something incredibly stressful for me and made it no big deal. Their values stand out. Which is why we will continue to give them our family's business. Thank you.

Pretty good food for fast food but they don't seem to read the sauces right. Asked for BBQ and got Buffalo sauce and this has happened a couple of times.

It was a pleasure coming into your establishment this evening. Windows were being cleaned, floors swept, tables cleaned and shelves being stocked. What's the difference, you ask? Everyone had a smile on their face! EVERYONE! Nice to see folks, especially the younger crowd, enjoying their job and working efficiently. I just want to take a moment to appreciate ate these people. When this pandemic first started nobody had any idea what it was going to bring. How restaurants we’re going to manage to stay open but also stay safe. Everybody was battling that idea on whether to order Uber eats, or just go get the food themselves. I have been very impressed with Chick-fil-A because of this whole epidemic when it first started and hit Idaho these people were on top of it. They had car hoppers outside lined up ready to go. I’ve gone there about 30 times in the last six months, and they are just on top of their game. They are fast, efficient, and brave any weather possible. They’re always super friendly and super nice and very attentive. The store is very incredible and has impressed me so much I will not stop going there. Every day that I go there, the most impressive thing about them, is they always have about 50 cars. Every day. Can you believe that? But every day when I show up and there’s 50 cars, they move through them so quickly and so efficiently I’m just shocked. I tried to submit this review to the store directly but it wouldn’t allow me to. They kept saying I had an error. It’s been about a couple months now after I’ve already wanted to write the review And I’m still pretty impressed. Like— this is the best thing you could’ve hoped for because it shows how a fast food chain can handle something like covid. Highly impressed.

It’s Chick-fil-A! Milkshakes are delicious. Chicken sandwich is all I’ve had and it’s super good! The signature sauce is good too. Fries have NO SALT, but are good anyway! Sauce gives them life. Customer service is good. Honestly felt like the girl was annoyed, because we didn’t know what was on the menu and since it was only drive thru we asked to get to the menu which was wide open in front of us. In the end, her “it’s my pleasure” sounded very forced. That’s why I gave it a 4. Be patient!!!

This company has the best response to the covid-19 quarantine. It is amazing to watch the well-oiled machine crank out as many orders as they have. Driving up in the drive-thru looks daunting, but you get through so quickly it is simply amazing. it looks like they have taken their entire staff that usually works on the inside and they have used utilized it for outside service. Well taking multiple orders through person to person contact or through the app they have numbered slots where you go to in the meals ready for you within minutes! True it is good food served fast, but they take it to a whole new level.

Love me some spicy chicken! Is it actually overpriced when it's the greatest chicken in the world? I would give my life for this chicken.

The food was soggy, not very good. Too expensive for the quality. Bland. I read some of the other reviews, not saying what you didn't like about something is not helpful to the business that you are reviewing.

My go-to place for chicken biscuits or chicken sandwiches, icecream shakes that taste like homemade, and waffle fries with Polynesian sauce. The flavor has been the same since I started eating at his franchise in 1999.

What can a Gangsta say, it's Chick-fil-A. Consistent good service and great fast food! I used to love this place but I just had one of the worst experiences at a restaurant in my life, EXTREMELY bad service! On top of the poor service , when we got home the order was wrong, there was no way we were going to go back though, ever.

I love going to Chick fil a but the Franklin location is terrible, the lady Mallory told me I could not pay for extra yogurt in the parfait and that I have to take it with fruit even if I don't want fruit simply for the way it looks with fruit, additionally I was charged the price that I always pay for the larger white container but got the smaller red container and I was only given one bag of granola when I asked for extra. This is not the first bad experience at this location but it will be the last.

Update: Service continues to deteriorate along with food quality. See photos. Original Review: My experiences at this location have historically been positive. My experience in the drive through today was absolutely horrendous. Chick-fil-A is known for trying to "Rube Goldberg" their drive-throughs but never has it been more pronounced than today at the Franklin store. I understand that it is all an attempt to speed up the process, but there is a critical point where the complexity of the drive-through process becomes too much and the process and experience begins to deteriorate. Today the drive-through process was in excess of 30 minutes from start to end. They lost my order between the 6 people trying to take orders and the point where I was supposed to pay. Cars in two lanes were being directed through at an unequal rate (i.e. cars that were far behind me in the beginning were getting through and getting their food quicker than us in the other line). I was asked to park out front after they "lost" my order despite having been charged, where I reordered and waited again for my food to be brought outside. Also, you have to stop with the names! One time is cute, twice is acceptable, but five times is not okay. I'm not here to make friends. It is not more personal. It is annoying. Please stop.

Order wrong. Ordered a deluxe and was given a piece of chicken with 2 slices of pickles. It looked liked the sandwich was smashed down. Girl taking order was more interested in talking to other employees and taking my order to make sure it was right. Very disappointed in this location. I visit Chick-fil-A's when I travel and they are usually very good. Next time in the area probably won't visit this one will drive across town.
