Everyone was very helpful and caring. I brought my 14 year old small dog worried I was going to lose her. The vet did what was needed to diagnose her. We started a medication plan for her heart and a week and a half later she is almost back to the happy little dog she was.

Every experienced visit to AAH has been incredibly pleasant. The staff are kind, caring, and professional.. all the 'family feels'! Have never felt rushed about or out.. each individual takes thought and time. Dr. Norman is a world of knowledge! She's gentle and takes her time with details and educational things. I remember our first visit.. my mind was blown when she came in and introduced herself and then sat on the floor with our dog! We ♡ AAH!

I am so happy to have found this place. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful! We had a complimentary visit after a small surgery for our dog, and I was so grateful. So glad to find a nice spot after moving cross country. 10/10 would recommend!

This has been our Veterinarian Office for years. Just had our 7 mos old kitten spayed today. Procedure done nice and early and kitty is doing well. They are getting a new space on the property ready for the near future. We will continue to use Ada Animal Hospital for our future Veterinarian needs.

I love Ada Animal Hospital! The techs are so friendly and I know I can trust the Dr. to remember my pet and help me with my questions and concerns. She was the one that figured out my golden retrievers skin issues when a different doctor hadn't been able to figure that out for 2 years. I refuse to take him anywhere else. It's helpful that their prices are very reasonable as well.

We had our first visit a couple days ago and everybody was really nice and the vet took the time to sit and talk with you and listen to all your questions and concerns and made sure that we feel very comfortable with the visit and leaving. She was very kind to my dog And I highly recommend this place for your animal

I am always worried about if my pet is getting the best care. At the same time, I have to take into consideration how much it is going to cost. This animal hospital has done an amazing job at both. I feel like the vets really listen and care about your pet. They also offer affordable programs so that we can get the best care. Our little dog got sheet grass stuck up in his foot. It began to really bother him. We took him in and they got it removed safely. It had worked its way through the top of his foot. We had no idea what was wrong. I was so happy they got it removed and made sure we had antibiotics for him also. I would recommend them. Our dog has separation anxiety and they have always been so good about letting us be there with him. It's just a good place with good people that care about animals.

They have very fair practices when charging for service and they have always taken my concerns seriously. I proactively urge my friends and family with pets to switch to this vet. We love Ada Animal Hospital! The staff and Dr are very knowledgeable and friendly and don’t try and upcharge for a bunch of tests you don’t need. They helped bring our shelter puppy back to life and now she’s a healthy happy one year old!

I have an eleven year old Siberian Husky who may have had a cherry eye infection. We have a pet plan with Banfield but they did not have an opening until a week later. I didn't want to risk his health by waiting a week. I called Ada Animal Hospital and they were able to take him the following day. The staff are super friendly and they checked out our Husky and discovered that he did not have cherry eye but an infection due to a scratch. They provided antibiotics and drops. So thankful that Ada Animal Hospital was able to take us and take so good care of us.

We feel so lucky!!! Our dog swallowed a rubber ball causing a complete intestinal blockage it turns out... that's not the lucky part. Ada Animal Hospital on Victory* Rd. here in Boise got him in right away for us! Same day!! Fast forward about 24 hrs and Frank-the-Tank Lewis is currently resting and on the road to recovery!! My family and I have been so impressed with Dr. Norman. We have been to many vets throughout Boise and Meridian, but have not found a vet as compassionate as her. She is always calm, gentle, respectful and knowledgeable about our dogs. One of our dogs is more aggressive and she handles him so gracefully. Taking a pet to the vet can be so stressful, but Dr. Norman makes it a positive experience for everyone.

I rescued a cat that had been abandoned. The first vet I took him two told me he had FIV and stomatitis and that he really didn't have much of a future. I was devastated. After talking to friends and researching I was referred to Ada Animal Hospital. They were able to remove all of his teeth from the stomatitis. From my research, I knew that this procedure could go very wrong. But thanks to Ada animal hospital and their dental xray it turned out perfectly. My cat is now fully integrated into our home with other cats and dogs. I sincerely appreciate their skills, compassion, coaching, and problem solving!

Everyone at Ada Animal Hospital is friendly and very helpful. I have a beagle named Penny, a chihuahua named L'il Bit and a cat named Piper and have been very satisfied with how they cared for each one of my fur babies.

My husband and I really are happy in finding Ada Animal Hospital. Dr. Norman and the rest of the staff are always so nice and attentive to us. We have a 15 month old Cane Corso and get nervous bringing him to the vet sometimes. Let me tell you, this is the place you will feel comfortable bringing a large breed puppy to. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, with not only the breed, but welcoming a puppy in a new environment. Very easy to schedule with and always in a good mood.
