DO NOT go to this clinic - go to St Luke's Travel clinic instead, where you can get everything you need. I made an appointment at Passport because it was in downtown Boise and more convenient, and the only thing I got was antibiotics. I needed yellow fever vaccine, anti-malaria pills, motion sickness pills and altitude sickness pills. They had NONE of those! They said to come back when they were stocked. I called today to check on the yellow fever vaccine and was told that they do not carry it!!! So now I will have to go to St Luke's and pay for another visit which insurance doesn't cover. Don't waste you time here. Updated 9/10/21) They replied to me that they are having supply chain problems (like everyone else) and I get that. But they told me on the phone that the clinic in Boise does not carry Yellow fever vaccine (not that they didn't have it at that time) when the web site says they do.

This is one of the most outstanding experiences I've had with a healthcare provider. Alicia explained everything in plain language, took time to go above and beyond with answers to the oodles of questions I had, was patient while I was hemming and hawing about vaccination decisions, and provide a FUN atmosphere for all of this! I highly recommend that anyone traveling or needing routine vaccines visit Alicia. You'll learn a lot, get what you need, and have some laughs to boot!

Great place with awesome, helpful, and kind staff. The only thing keeping thos place from 5 star is the location, while the office is clean and the building is great, it's only great if you can find it! The building was so hard to find that I called a corporate office to route me to the Boise location. Once I did this it was all good from there but in one of the emails verifying the appointment date perhaps have a more detailed map of the square building and what doors to enter to best help everyone. Overall good experience!

I travel worldwide for work, this required some boosters to previous immunizations and some fresh immunizations that I haven't yet had. Alicia was very warm and made the experience as pain free as can be when a person is receiving 6 shots in an afternoon. She was very knowledgable and did a great job of explaining what immunizations I need, which ones I was up-to-date with, and recommended tips and ideas to make my international travels safer. I would highly recommend scheduling with Alicia for your immunizations if you're traveling outside of the U.S. for any reason.

Alicia with Passport Health (Iron Eagle location) is AWESOME!! She is very efficient and knowledgeable. She is also very caring and passionate about her job. I hate shots just like everyone else and she made the injections as painless as possible. I highly recommend Alicia and Passport Health!!!

I had a great experience! They fit me in despite my last minute scheduling request. Alicia was very friendly, knowledgeable and prepared. I liked how travel oriented the consultation was and that she had more general trip preparation advice.

Alicia was awesome during our visit today! Very knowledgeable and made sure we both understood certain risks and precautions to take for the things you don't need vaccines for. Thanks for getting us vaccinated and ready for our trip, Alicia!

Paul was well prepared about my Travels and helped me learn a lot about the medications I was going to take! Would go back again, and highly recommend as St. Luke's Travel Clinic is super hard to get a hold off. This place is quick and fast!

I really appreciated the guy I worked with he was friendly and informative. The one thing I would say is it's expensive and to plan ahead. But don't let the cost deter you. The vaccines are important and can save you a lot in medical costs.

My wife and I visited this clinic before our trip to Bali. It was our first time visiting and we were very susceptible to the marketing tactics used by the salesman at passport health. You should visit Saint lukes passport health clinic in meridian. Saint lukes clinic was helpful and inexpensive and they accept blue cross insurance. Passport health does not take insurance and they will try and sell you pills upon pills that you DO NOT NEED! The passport health clinic told us we needed rabies vaccines as well as Japanese encephalitis even though that was not part of the cdcs guidelines based on where we were traveling inside bali. They told us stories of people in horrible situations to scare us into thinking these were necessary. Both of those vaccines cost $500+. They told us that they were the only place in town to carry these vaccines and didn't want us to leave without getting them. Thankfully we wanted a second opinion and visited saint lukes clinic where the incredibly informed staff took the time to look over our itinerary to make sure we only got what we needed. We received vaccines for yellow fever and covid and had a very safe and fun trip. Honestly the way that passport health treated us felt sketchy bordering on illegal. Please look for an alternative!
