St.Lukes Guest House is the BEST HOUSE! For a quiet, clean recovery, this is the place! The staff is so outgoing! I arrived (alone) after hours and Joanna had already checked me in! Officer Hank is the best! Hes always happy to help and has great conversations to offer all hours of the night.Chase is so interesting and definitely one of a kind! Joanna the manager helped me so much and she's so generous. Bob is outgoing as well. He's such a hard worker and always busy.Olivia helped with my TV, but was also so very busy. The bedding is AMAZING! The hospital fold is so helpful for people who have had surgery! Its so clean and comfortable. The entire place here is well kept, clean, and beautiful 💞 . I would never want my recovery anywhere else. St. Luke's campus and St.Lukes Guest House is 5 star, OUTSTANDING!!! Thank You all for the help and support 💖

What an absolutely fantastic resource. The first week we found out Bry had cancer, I spent over a thousand dollars traveling 500+ miles to Boise after he was life-flown in. When a social worker connected us with the Guest House, everything changed. No more rushing through Boise to get from hotel to hospital, no hundreds of dollars in hotel fees, and just so much relief knowing we had somewhere to stay. The Guest House is a fairly easy walk from St. Luke's. About 2 blocks. I walked home at midnight and felt pretty safe. The room was extremely comfortable but definitely bring your own pillow. My friend (who slept on the surprisingly comfortable window bed) was tossing and turning on the provided hospital pillows, and they were surprisingly loud, squeeking with every turn. We ran to Walmart the next day and slept perfectly fine the next night once we had regular pillows. The hospital cannot wash patient clothes, so the provided FREE washer and dryers were such a godsend. I brought my own detergent and the machines were great. It was amazing being able to bring back fresh, clean laundry to the patient. Staff were kind and the security guard is the best. He let me in at midnight (the earliest I could get there, leaving my job 500 miles away) and he was so polite and friendly. I am so grateful something like the Guest House exists!

Great for the price - makes it easy for folks recuperating. I should’ve read reviews first! THINGS TO BRING: *Soap/shampoo *paper plates, utensils, cups - (the kitchen has cookware and lots of space, but no table settings We’ll leave ours behind for the next folks. Walgreens is nearby…So tomorrow, I will shop.

I'm really a picky person. If I don't like something I surely post it. This place is so quiet and so beautiful I wouldn't want to spend the next 10 days anywhere else. The customer service from Riley and Joanne is five star! My flight was so late and I am lucky I didn't have to stay at a Motel 6 Joanne took care of me. I appreciate all of the St Luke's team. This place is just so spotless!!

👍👍 I went in for a belly button hernia. I have never had a surgery in my life so easy to say I was a tad bit nervous. This staff is beyond comforting. They listened to me, answered any questions and treated me like I was their only patient. They are kind and have a wonderful sense of humor and made it...

😠 In March 2022, I had an accident with a Circular Saw in which I was transported to St. Als Boise because it is the only "Trauma Center" in the area. The emergency room staff were great, my surgeon was great, but the problem lies with the OR. I had an open fracture because I nearly cut my fingers off...

😠 This place is the literally the worst hospital imaginable. I have had many interactions at this hospital from my wife being pregnant, to general surgery, to the NICU for my children. I can say without a doubt I am nervous for my welfare and also the welfare of my loved ones when they are in there. M...

😠 Was in for a few days and my personal property that I came in with was damaged. My shoelace was ripped by someone who works there. They will try to force you to draw blood claiming it is highly encouraged even if you refuse once. I was basically forced into getting a blood draw and taking medication...
