I've been looking for an integrative approach to medicine for a while, and so I tried this place out! Smoothest lab draw I've ever had, I hardly felt it! I am excited to get back on track to health naturally! The staff are super nice and compassionate, and I felt like I was given attention and my concerns were heard instead of being a number rushed through my appointment! Love the clinic, it is really clean and the IV room is very relaxing! I'd recommend anyone to come here if they want to take charge of their health!

I had a great experience at this clinic. The IV's I've had have been so smooth and energizing. Beau is an expert. He is very detailed and walked me through my results and the best path forward for me. He pelleted me almost 2 months ago and I feel like a new person. Great staff and comfortable environment. This is the only place I will be coming for IV therapy and blood draws from now on. I only wish I'd found them sooner. I have a lot of health issues and my body gets very depleted and dehydrated. This can make it difficult to place the IV, but the phlebotomist was skilled and very communicative. He also checked my blood pressure multiple times to ensure I was okay. The IV fluids and glutathione seemed to be of good quality because I left feeling much perkier! The environment is very relaxing and feels more like a spa than a clinic. There are very comfortable chairs, plants, privacy curtains, and a big screen TV that played relaxing music. They had an extra chair available so my husband was able to sit with me and keep me company. If I have to get IVs and blood draws, I'd rather relax and enjoy myself instead of sitting under fluorescent lights in a doctor's office or hospital. Their prices are very competitive and the staff are all very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family!

I went in shortly after they first opened the doors. The staff was extremely professional and easy to work with. They understood my needs and tailored a treatment that was specifically for me. I was starting to feel like I was coming down with something (Not Covid) and they gave me a boost through IV. I felt much better after leaving and continued to get better as a result of their treatment. Office space: Clean, newly remodeled. Parking was a little strange, so head over a little earlier than your appointment the first time so you know the parking situation. I am very interested in one of the maintenance plan to help me and my energy levels. Thank you to everyone on staff that was patient with me and all my questions the first time getting an IV treatment.

Just got back from another wonder spa-like experience at VITALL. They are the only place to get a preservative-free I.V. and I am so grateful my Dr searched to find them so I can get a jump on my healing. This place is Amazing! The team at Vitall Med really took care of me on my visit. I recently had COVID and just couldn't kick the aftermath feeling. I received a Vitamin C bag through an IV and felt normal after for the first time in a while. The staff was knowledgeable about their product and treated me like family. I almost fell asleep in the luxury lounge chairs they have while watching the big screen all while receiving my IV. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome owner and IV hydration station. Beau got me into the office quick and started the IV easily on his first try. Beau used a smaller needle and I barely noticed anything when he started it. I am in the middle of a big mountain bike trip and this IV rehydration gave me extra energy to get in more miles. I also liked how clean and comfortable the facility was. I watched some YouTube videos on the giant TV and before I knew it Beau had the fluids and vitamins finished! I will be going back in a couple weeks to get my hormones and testosterone tested. Vitall was the only IV treatment facility in Boise I called who would accept covid-positive patients & they got me in the same day I called. They had a separate private room for this treatment and very warm and caring staff members. They answered all my questions as a first-timer and checked on me often, bringing me water and tissues and answering more questions as they came up for me. So professionally capable and really incredible as caretakers and facilitators of health. The IV treatment wasn’t nerve-wracking or painful at all — they used a numbing agent before putting the tiny IV needle in — and only took about 45 minutes. I will be returning. Thank you for providing this wonderful & personable service!!

To start the clinic itself is immaculate, I had seen this property prior to Vitall moving in and they've done a lot of work to make the space their own. Beau Lee who administered my IV was personable and easy to talk to. He talked me through my test results and made them easy to understand and you could tell he truly cared. I would highly recommend giving Vitall a shot if you are looking for IV treatment or hormone therapy and testing.

I saw Andrea today for my first appointment and she was outstanding. It had been over three years since having my lips done and I can't remember the last time I had them filled without a dental block. The entire procedure was virtually painless and she used only a topical numbing cream. I left her office a little swollen as expected but I am looking forward to seeing the final results in a few days!
