My husband just went in for an eye infection and the nurse (he didn't happen to get the name) was extremely rude. The first thing she said when she saw him was "eww gross." What kind of professionalism is that?

I had a wound that needed desperate attention before flying back home and the staff at St. Luke’s Clinic was superb. Kelly (NP) and Amanda (nurse), thank you for making my unavoidably painful situation so smooth. Your light-hearted and professional company made my experience so much better than it could’ve been. Highly recommend!

I could have done without the LGBTQ+ flags flying in the patient care area. I prefer my medical care facility to be focused my patient health rather than promoting a particular social agenda. To management, stay focused on your mission of providing excellent health care. Having said that, the nurses and PA were great. Justin showed caring and empathy to my mom and did a great job addressing her medical need.

I visited your urgent care last night and got excellent care. The medical assistant was so through going over medications . When I saw the PA she went through all of my labs , did an exam and ordered another test.,After all of the results , she explained how an over the counter medication was causing issues: She took a lot of time to figure out what was wrong and relieved my mind. Thank you for amazing care..

I brought my toddler into Urgent Care last Sunday and although it was a very busy time it was still a good experience. We were triaged right away, the registration staff gave us a realistic wait time, and everyone was so friendly with my sick kiddo. The NP we saw - Kelly H - was great. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood what to expect with RSV and what to watch out for in case things got worse. Thanks for the reassuring and compassionate care!

I was feeling miserable yesterday, as I assume most people who go to Urgent care do. It was such a great experience to deal with the Staff at St Luke. Everyone was super respectful and kind. It was a busy night. But I was treated with kindness and respect. I was explained everything that was going to be done.

I was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival at the Urgent Care location o Park Center. The front desk staff, nurse, and doctor were all very pleasant, caring, and professional.

I was seen quickly. The nurse was kind and took my vitals while conversing about issue. The doctor was super kind and knowledgeable. He was clear on what to watch for for follow-up as well. Great experience. Great staff.

Kudos to Nurse's Kristen & Bethany for taking good care of me. Getting infusions done have traditionally been very painful & unsuccessful...until Kristen & Bethany worked their magic. In addition, they genuinely made me feel cared for & not just another number. Kristen checked on me frequently & provided a cute bell (with a smiley face) for me to ring if I needed anything between her rounds. I hope I don't need to go back any time soon, but if I do I hope it's when nurse's Kristen & Bethany are working.

I had to bring in my sick 3 year old on an holiday weekend. Everyone from check-in to leaving was amazing!! They made him really comfortable and we’re quick, efficient and very helpful.

It was busy during the day, but I came back around 5 PM and the wait time for the Urgent Care was very minimal. They have a great and efficient process dialed in and it couldn’t have been easier. Even better, everyone was kind, positive, and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend.

I came in an hour before close and I was still seen much faster than anywhere else I've ever gone to. Everyone was so amazing and sweet! They got me in & out with the information and medication needed to treat the issue! Appreciation for Justin & the two woman assisting during the visit!

I had a great experience at St Luke's urgent Care tonight. my asthma has been really bothering me since all of the smoke has started settling in in the valley and they were able to see me incredibly fast. they helped me out and they clearly explained everything that I needed to do and things that I could do in the future should my symptoms get worse. I cannot remember the nurse's name though she was wonderful and Dr Ruth was incredibly nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this urgent care.

These people are worthless. Refused to see my daughter cause it wasn’t her primary care provider. I offered to pay cash even and they left us waiting In the lobby for over an hour while seeing everyone else. My daughter has insurance but since it wasn’t her primary care provider they wanted a referral. This is supposed to be a walk in urgent care clinic but will refuse to look at a 5 year old because they couldn’t confirm an inflated insurance bill. Makes me sick people who care more about money then a child’s health. Never coming there again and will be vigilant in steering people away from here.

Got in pretty quick for a busy Sunday and was met by a friendly crew. Was seen promptly by the PA and she provided good care for me.

Best experience at an urgent care I’ve ever had. The gentleman at the front desk helped me out with my insurance and I couldn’t have been more thankful! We didn’t have to wait long until they brought my son and I back. All of the staff was amazingly kind and so sweet!! Thank you to everyone!! We really appreciate you!

Navi was excellent in getting me just what I needed to take care of my upper respiratory infection. She covered all the bases. The wait time was very short in the waiting room and I received my nebulizer treatment, Covid test, got a CXR, and had my scripts sent to my pharmacy all in about an hour. Very efficient and kind team here from check in to check out.

The entire staff was very nice and I felt well cared for and in good hands. Kelly Hammerbeck -FNP was fantastic and I was impressed with her level of care/diagnosis/thoroughness but also her genuine care and sincere worry/empathy that she showed me. I’m a typically healthy and fit 34 year old guy and not in urgent care often, if ever, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t thank her for her efforts and kindness. Nothing but nice things to say about her and the team.

We were seen quickly. The nurses and provider were friendly and efficient. The provider did an assessment and ordered labs. He gave clear and helpful feedback with further instruction for us to follow.

Every person I spoke with was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was clean and orderly. I came in very sick and it’s now about 6-7 hours later and I’m feeling a great improvement. I’m from out of state and was a bit nervous to go to a place I wasn’t familiar with but Wow…This place was amazing! 😃

Kelly Hammerbeck was truly amazing! I was so sick, and I can honestly tell you she is amazing, she reassured me I was going to be ok and she was going to take good care of me! It wasn't just a quick in and out, I was treated like a priority, and with respect, it actually felt like she cared about my well being! I went out of my way to go to this clinic because there isn't a urgent care in my area, and I'm glad I did! I would go back again! Thank you so much! I was really sick and although I'm not better yet, I am showing improvement!

The staff were all great. Checking in was a breeze and even though I didn’t feel good the gentle behind the counter had an upbeat attitude. Got to the back quickly and after taking vitals the NP came in quickly. He listened to my concerns and explained to me what his main concern was and why. The nurses that came in after him for testing were very informative and prompt. We went over a course of action and I was even able to get medicine from their clinic before having to go home. I had a great experience at this clinic!

The front desk staff, Angie and Phillip were fantastic, Nurse Kathy was wonderful and Dr. Holt was excellent! They took care of my concern and I left feeling much better about my symptoms. Thank you!

Kelly H, NP was very thorough and addressed my back concern quickly. I'm very appreciative she ordered the x-rays and had them read STAT. She also referred me to an orthopedic and called in meds for my pain. Very personable as well.

This Center has always been top notch care for me. I've been here numerous times, when I can't get into my Family Dr. There's never been a long wait. Everyone is always friendly. I would definitely recommend!

The best urgent care experience I have ever had. Thank you St. Lukes! I got a bad stomach bug while in town, desperate to get better before my flight home the medical team was amazing and helped me on my road to healing. After there care I was able to make it on my flight home. I highly recommend them.

As an uninsured young woman, I am extremely grateful for the kindness of the nurse that helped me here. When the issue I came into the office for couldn’t be settled here, Kristin took time out of her busy day to call and see if there was any other offices in the Boise area that could help me without me having to go to the emergency room. I am so happy that I walked in here today, and experienced this kindness. If there was 10 stars, I would give it. Thank you Kristin! Update: still had to come to the emergency room. But Kristin was still wonderful!

Our 3yo split his chin and we debated going in to an urgent care. Typically it takes forever to do anything at an urgent care, but not here! They have 5 star reviews for a reason! After arriving, check in was easy, we waited no more than 5 minutes to be seen. The nurse was excellent with our young son, and explained to him what they were going to do to help his chin. Within 2 minutes of the nurse leaving the Dr came in. He listened to the care we hoped to receive for our son and had the tools and skills to help him quickly and efficiently. We're very very happy with our results and with our visit here. We will always come here when the need arises.

I’ve only been here twice but both Experiences were amazing. This staff is wonderful. This is the first relief I have had for my cough in over a week. I will always be back when I need a doctor

I was so impressed the care I received at this St. Luke’s urgent care facility. All the staff were very thorough and kind, the best combination for someone having to go to an urgent care. The wait was short (about10 minutes) and I felt like I got very good attention to my problem.

Everyone was fantastic. Julia was my PA and was wonderful. She was very thorough and listened to my concerns. The nurses that did different things for me were also great. What a pleasant experience even though I was sick. Thank you to all of you.

Wow! First time in and it was amazing. The second we walked in the door the service, kindness and care we received was excellent!

I've never been to Urgent care before but it was very easy and everyone was great!

I'm not one for writing a lot of reviews but this wasn't a great experience. Not the best for elderly unless it's very minor. Appeared understaffed and rushed even early on a weekday. PA couldn't diagnose so we ended up getting referred to the regular ER where they retested and got a completely different result, so somebody screwed up.

Very long waits. I was here on a weekday morning and waited about 40 minutes in the lobby but what was worse was the >35 minute wait in a gown in the exam room.

Pretty amazing most of the time, including minor surgeries and repairs. Good hearts and great efforts! P
