My
customer
experience
was
overall
very
good.
Once
I
was
able
to
sit
down
with
the
specialist,Maria,
she
was
very
helpful
and
offered
her
honest
opinion
when
I
was
undecided
on
which
frames
to
get.She
was
super
friendly
and
very
professional
…
I
gave
it
a
four
out
of
five
star
rating
because
the
one
thing
that
I
found
very
frustrating
was
that
the
entire
experience
took
four
hours!
There
were
so
many
people
waiting
to
be
waited
on,
whether
it
was
to
simply
pick
up
their
glasses
or
to
pick
them
out…
there
were
several
people
there
waiting
just
to
have
the
fitting
adjusted
and
had
been
waiting
for
over
an
hour.
It
was
very
chaotic.
People
were
just
standing
around-there
wasn’t
enough
seating.
People
were
waiting
at
the
desk
to
be
waited
on
and
at
one
point
I
counted
13
people
standing
in
line
some
with
with
their
prescriptions
in
hand,waiting
to
meet
with
someone.
There
was
one
person
on
the
right
of
the
desk
that
was
taking
people
and
new
prescriptions
and
doing
the
fittings
and
trying
different
styles
and
there
were
about
five
people
on
the
other
side
that
were
assisting
people
that
were
picking
up
they’re
already
finished
glasses
and
fitting
them
.

person
spent
on
the
average
of
thirty
minutes
to
forty
five
minutes
with
whoever
they
were
with…
personally
that’s
great
that
they
spent
that
much
time
with
their
customers
and
not
one
time
did
I
ever
hear
any
of
the
associates
get
frustrated
or
even
seem
overwhelmed
they
all
had
happy
positive
enthusiastic
personalities!
you
get
that
many
people
in
a
room
and
everybody’s
getting
frustrated
and
people
have
been
waiting
for
a
very
long
time
and
even
having
to
come
back
several
times
throughout
the
day
and
still
having
to
wait,
it
was
becoming
very
chaotic.
I
have
experienced
this
on
other
occasions
at
other
eye
marts
so
I
am
sure
it
is
not
just
this
particular
business.
I
think
there
needs
to
be
appointments
made
and
set
for
these
particular
things
I
understand
there’s
a
staff
shortage
all
over
but
it
does
not
help
anybody
if
people
just
start
walking
out
and
taking
their
business
elsewhere.
I
know
this
is
a
long
post
but
I
wanted
it
definitely
to
be
known
that
though
my
experience
took
forever
and
I
was
even
late
for
an
appointment
elsewhere,
the
staff
were
fabulous!
