The staff here are super friendly and helpful, but the quality of the glasses is beyond poor. With a $19 set of frames, I paid $90 after insurance for blue light filter reading glasses. To their credit, I received my glasses within two hours of paying for them, but their expedited service shows in the quality of the product. The lenses have beveled edges for some reason, there's a chunk missing from the top of one of them, looking through them is like looking through a pair of fishbowls, and the glare is unbelievable. I can't see past the reflection of my own eyeballs. For $90, I don't care how expeditious the service is, these glasses are unusably bad, and I intend on returning them and taking my business elsewhere. I have absolutely nothing against the people who work here and everything against the product they put forth.

Dr Erik Thompson and his staff of Eye Pros of Boise are amazing! This is the first place I have had an eye exam resulting in the correct prescription. When I tried on my new prescription glasses, I could see clearly and my eyes were relaxed instantly. Kayla and the team at Eyemart Express are awesome! Kayla made sure the new frames I picked out fit correctly and helped me choose the best prescription lenses for my new frames and replacement lenses for my prescription sunglasses. Both establishments share the same building and provide a professional, efficient, friendly and seamless experience!

Everyone from Dr.Bloom to all the staff, they were fun and funny. And for my visit with everyone on the glasses side, they helped me with picking the pair of glasses that looked best for me! All I can say everyone I know that needs glasses I will recommend! Eye-mart Express and your entire team are excellent! I love you all, I hand more fun getting my glasses then I ever had anywhere!!!🥳

Russ was so nice and very helpful on picking out my glasses and making sure I had every questioned answered! So happy with my experience!!!!! But apparently his boss, Alicia? She is not very friendly she was glaring at us the whole time while Russ was helping my niece and I not to mention the way she was treating her employer in front of us! You are lucky to have such an amazing employee like him! You should be ashamed of your self being so unprofessional like that! If it wasn’t for Russ this place would get a one star!

Brad was awesome! So many frames to choose. 2 pair out the door in an hour!!! Where else can you find this one stop shop? My new RX sunglasses with polarized lenses are Chic and crystal clear. I couldn’t be more happy from the service the product and the PRICE!!

This place does a brisk business and does it well. I have always found the best prices and best service here. They have helped me through some tough vision problems, always patient and thorough. I think their high volume is why the good pricing. They certainly have blown Lenscrafters totally out of the water. Be careful, Google maps has them mislocated by several blocks. Check by calling for directions first. Update: Still the best optical store in Boise. Prices, accuracy and helpfulness still are superior.

They are very welcoming and I like that you can get your glasses the same day. After getting my eyes checked and getting my glasses i took my daughter and she loved it and also had my dad go and get his first pair. I definitely recommend them.

This place was excellent and very quick to get two pairs of specialty glasses done in just 2 hours. The employees are amazing! And helped us get the best price possible (saving us over $800 that we would have had to spend on just one pair at the previous place we were going. The place we had been going to prior said there would be at least a 6 month wait and for her she cannot go without having her glasses. We will be switching our other kids to Eyemart express immediately as we’ve been waiting in a simple replacement pair for my son for over 6 months. Now it’s time for his yearly checkup. Eyemart Express has been my go to place to buy my glasses for years. From past experiences, I've learned to plan to spend one to two hours there. The employees are always willing to help and provide their opinion if the glasses look good or not on me. I would recommend Eyemart Express.

I have to say I am extremely happy with going to Eyemart for the first time! I have been going to another eye place for many years (it starts with a P) and glad I changed. Maria was so awesome helping me find new frames for both my regular and sunglasses. I picked out a number of frames, tried them all on and Maria gave me her honest opinion what looked good, along what would fit my thick prescription the best. Due to my prescription and the options I chose, my glasses were going to take two to three weeks, which is normal for my glasses, however, my regular glasses came in seven days!!! Yeah! I received a text, went and picked them up, they look fantastic, I love them, can't wait to get my sunglasses next. I definitely would recommend Eyemart to anyone and my whole family will now be going here. Thank you Maria!

The employees were super friendly, the store was very busy but they handled the rush in a very efficient way. The glasses there are all great quality at honestly the best price I’ve seen in town! Highly recommend this place! They do walk-ins for glasses if you come with an up-to-date prescription so it’s a really easy and simple process. My glasses were ready within 20 minutes!

Excellent service… I went paddle boarding and lost my glasses to the bottom of the lake. I was able to get an exam that was way overdue abs glasses the same day… the people were friendly, kind, and understanding. My glasses were done in 17 minutes. I would recommend to anyone… thank you so much for everything you did for me yesterday!!!

Just left with new HD glasses and sunglasses. Mike (Retail Lead) was SUPER helpful recommending frames based on my tastes and giving pros and cons of the lens options. Plus they billed my Medicare plan. Great team and service here!

Dr Bloom, who first diagnosed me was absolutely terrific! He explained and assisted me in diagnosing a slight issue. The caring staff who helped get my prescription filled get my glasses complete and it made sure they fit properly we're absolutely the best. We went in to purchase frames for our son and had the best service. Alicia was very knowledgeable, helpful and had a fun attitude. She was so good with our son. They had a great selection of frames. I would highly recommend and will be going back.

I really enjoyed my visit Dr Thompson was great doing my eye exam and Gabbie was so helpful helping me pick up my glasses. It’s fast service 1 hour in getting my new glasses . Would highly recommend to come here for exam and glasses.

I ended up having to get new glasses and so I worked with Mike he was very helpful ful and he was great about listening to me and what I wanted I ended up getting 3 total pair one pair of sunglasses and 2 regular pair they were all done 1 hour later they are all perfect. Justin was super nice and helpful. He was very patient while my son tried to choose two frames, and tried hard to satisfy our needs. We have been to Eyemart a few times before but he was by far the best representative!

My customer experience was overall very good. Once I was able to sit down with the specialist,Maria, she was very helpful and offered her honest opinion when I was undecided on which frames to get.She was super friendly and very professional … I gave it a four out of five star rating because the one thing that I found very frustrating was that the entire experience took four hours! There were so many people waiting to be waited on, whether it was to simply pick up their glasses or to pick them out… there were several people there waiting just to have the fitting adjusted and had been waiting for over an hour. It was very chaotic. People were just standing around-there wasn’t enough seating. People were waiting at the desk to be waited on and at one point I counted 13 people standing in line some with with their prescriptions in hand,waiting to meet with someone. There was one person on the right of the desk that was taking people and new prescriptions and doing the fittings and trying different styles and there were about five people on the other side that were assisting people that were picking up they’re already finished glasses and fitting them . each person spent on the average of thirty minutes to forty five minutes with whoever they were with… personally that’s great that they spent that much time with their customers and not one time did I ever hear any of the associates get frustrated or even seem overwhelmed they all had happy positive enthusiastic personalities! you get that many people in a room and everybody’s getting frustrated and people have been waiting for a very long time and even having to come back several times throughout the day and still having to wait, it was becoming very chaotic. I have experienced this on other occasions at other eye marts so I am sure it is not just this particular business. I think there needs to be appointments made and set for these particular things I understand there’s a staff shortage all over but it does not help anybody if people just start walking out and taking their business elsewhere. I know this is a long post but I wanted it definitely to be known that though my experience took forever and I was even late for an appointment elsewhere, the staff were fabulous!

This was my first experience at Eyemart Express and Maria was extra helpful in helping me decipher my new insurance benefits and helping me to select the lenses I wanted to go with the frames I decided on (so many frames to choose from)! The best thing and main reading I went there was for SAME DAY SERVICE. I picked up both pairs of glasses after only a little more than a hour. A great custom fitting ensured they’d be comfortable. Overall I’d give them a 10+ rating.

I have been going to Eyemartbfor years. I decided, about 3 years ago, to try America's Worst in Boise for an irresistible sale they were having, on Franklin Rd.. We live and learn, what A HORRIBLE choice and experience!! I went back to Eyemart Express yesterday and I am so glad to back. The people were amazing and the prices were amazing and I have an amazing pair of glasses and I still have money in the bank! This is the all in one eye care place I've gone to for years. I get my glasses and my contacts here and my eye exams. When I didn't have insurance they took care of me and when I did they took care of me still. Reasonable pricing and the timely and professional manner in which they made me my eye wear was phenomenal I highly recommend them for any of their Treasure Valley locations.

Service was great. Mike was awesome with my teenage granddaughter. It ended up costing more than I thought. The 2 pair for 39.95 was only certain frames and did not cover the lenses for them .

Store in Boise is amazing!! Finally bought the perfect pair of Progressive lenses. Super friendly, efficient and it only took 2 days. I think this is definitely a place I would love to work at. Lots of smiles 🎄
