This place claims to be healthy but they load their shakes up with cookies, cereal, chocolate,ect., which clearly is not healthy. I’m also pretty sure this place uses Herbal Life which is a pyramid scheme supplement company that is linked to many scandals including digestive issues and not having any third party testing. Don’t go here is you actually want something healthy. The reason their products taste so good is because they have a lot of sugar or fake sugar in them. Again, not healthy. You may as well go drink a milkshake I’m sure it would taste better.

Service was great, but I expected more healthy options. Instead there are a lot of syrups and sweet things, shakes like "cookies and cream" and such. They have oatmeal and waffles for food options. When I walked in the girl asked me if I'd heard of Herbalife before, which I thought was weird. I walked to the bento place across the road for an actual healthy meal.

My protein shake was not the best tasting , super expensive oatmeal. Ultimately I can just make a smoothie and oatmeal at home. I paid 30.00 for a bowl of oats and 2 protein shakes.

Comfy cafe with protein-rich shakes I actually want to drink. They sometimes have doggos, and that's always a win in my book. Nice sitting areas with wifi.

I was just passing through and wanted something healthy. The tea was so good and was exactly what I wanted. And the Berry bowl was delicious. But my favorite part was the service. The girl that helped us was so helpful and cheerful. Very welcoming and did a great job preparing our order. If I had my own employees, I’d want someone like her. She was friendly and kept herself busy. She deserves to be recognized! Great experience. (she was younger and blonde)

I did some homework at Nourish for about two hours and had a great time. My shake tasted amazing and the service was great.

My first visit was today. I have to say that the acai bowl was amazing. The fresh fruit toppings made it perfect. The owner was there and she was great and was knowledgeable on there menu items and the health aspects of there service that they provide to make all of us a healthier community.

Such a perfect place and a great small business! I love the way it looks and how unique this place is compared to other açaí bowl places. I love the protein powder they put in it and they can always do customs if you want to try something specific or different. It’s a great place to go.
