We ordered two drinks and within 30 seconds we got them. Very fast service and amazing customer service. Everything looks very presentable and a very clean store.

Poor experience, couldn't order what I wanted. Betty was very nice and friendly, but not customer driven.

Only have half an hour to take my lunch break. the original place I planned on going was closed, so I showed up here and waited in the check out for 10 minutes just to be told that they are out of food. baristas were definitely more interested in talking to each other than helping out. Very hangry but also wasn't given great service. While this may seem harsh, I've been a starbucks barista before. I have higher expectations than this.

Rude customer service and they messed up on my drink. Was disappointed because typically the service and quality are excellent.

Got called away before I got into the store. Mocha Frappe day.

The woman with the silver hair at the register was a complete treasure and has nothing to do with the negative review, it was the two younger girls working that ruined the environment. The dark haired one just had an attitude, BOTH of them however in handing out customers food set the sandwiches/bagged hot food items RIGHT in spilled coffee when handing them off... takes 2 seconds to wipe up that mess.. and they were not busy. Instead of cleaning a small mess they stood there to talk, and still set customers food in the wet mess...

Good coffee, friendly service and not much wait. It is a very popular place and often there are no seats available. In the summer this is less of an issue with the outside opening up.

Good Starbucks, Google told me this one has a drive thru which it doesn't. Not a big deal, mobile ordered and my drink was ready super fast. Store was a little dirty, some visible trash, but it seemed like there were plenty of people working and service was efficient. I would return.

Okay so this place particularly has magic in it.. EVERY TIME I was given the greatest gift. Always got more than what I paid for , and the people making everything happen on the other side of the counter are the real magic makers. I am so grateful to experience the love and passion they put into their work, to make it such a great experience. I would go to this one location every time if I were to live here.

Decent location. Must be a smaller quieter location. I clarified my order twice and she still didn’t get it right. But took my drink to go. Not the end of the world, but unfortunate. Wasn’t the cleanest either.

Mouthy and rude employees, long wait times, and screwed up drinks. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to the store. If a zero star was an option I would leave it.

It's Starbucks I don't know what to say I've never had any problems I usually come to these when I'm stressed and I'll just use the wifi and watch YouTube and play games on my tablet I'm just trying to figure out why all of them are at like 7:30 now I'm not made but I'm used to them staying open until like 8 or 8:30 I'm not mad I just want an explanation

I’ve ordered online 2x now both with easy instructions just extra whip and caramel and lately they only give me less of it? i even ordered a ribbon crunch that had no whip on the bottom and runny whip on the top. i love the employees, their the absolute sweetest but i’m just tired of having to ask them for extra stuff when it’s clearly on the order instructions.

I have order from this Starbucks 2 times now through Uber Eats and both times my order was messed up. I will probably be ordering from a different one in the future.this drink was supposed to have a dome lid and coolwhip. My last one was supposed to have peppermint and didn't. I also didn't get a straw with either.
