The gym is open from 6 am to 11 pm [even later]. So you can adjust your gym time to suit your individual activity schedule. All members are very family, protecting each other. Very good, the trainers are all friendly too! For the price, it's really cheap and really worth going there!! I suggest trying adding pilates because there isn't any pilates around there, hehe.
