Location is fine. Area is specious and comfortable. We can say it is a family restaurant. It serves many types of dishes such as South Indian and Chinese etc. Sitting arrangements are nice. Staffs are cooperative and well behaved. Service is fine & fast. Foods are tasty and delicious. Items quantity and quality both are fine. Prices are high. Here is one demerit related with toilets which is just infont of dining table. It should be either covered or tables direction is to be changed.

They maintain the hygiene of this place. They need to work on their food ordering system. Apart from that every thing is good.

Food was stale and it lead to jaundice and blood infection the next day after eating the food, also led to hospitalization for 3 days. Improve these things on your part as just a food of 200 rupees lead to a hospitalization bill of more than 10k. Extremely disappointed.

This sweet shop is ok everything is available here but one thing I am not very happy with is the behaviour of staff staff at this place are quite rude or they didn't want to hear your requirement they just busy in their own gossip

Currently I m there 4 last 20 minutes , no one is willing to take order . You have 2 call anyone of them 4 order thereafter wait for water . Actually I m regular visitor of GINGER where these type problem doesn't occur even in festival season it's ok type but here in normal season it'very hectic. My experience is extremely bad. I didn't advice any to go there.

Kozy sweets has always been my go-to restaurant for Indian snacks like samosa, pav bhaji and South Indian dishes. Their dosas are delicious and a must try. They sweets are great too. My favourites are rasgulla, chenna payes, gulag jamun, kaju barfi, and milkcake. Other items you should try are pizzas, chaats and paneer chilli. The ambience of the restaurant is also great and it has newly opened a restaurant on the first floor which too is worth visiting. Anyone visiting Bokaro should try Kozy Sweets at least once.

I had ordered a plain dhosa. It was very salty and the chatni was spicy. I would had to wait for approx 20 minutes to fulfillment of my order I.e. a plain dhosa.

Kozy is the best restrurent for FOOD TEST reson the taste of food is not very spicy . sweets are testy and restrurent is very hygine .i had atr cheez dosa and it was mind blowing. The reson of my 4 star is the counter girls and boys sometime ignore you i dont know why.
