My favourite tempel because near my boarding house. There is food corner and you can enjoy it. Tou wil found tasty traditonal javanese food. Good view and i suggest you yo go here in the evening so you can enjoy the sunset. But if you go here in the morning you also get the sunrise. Usually there are "Jemparingan" or archery in the evening. You can join it with local peoples and you wil get warm welcome. Many good spot that you will get. So instagramable.

The Banyunibo Temple (Javanese: ꦕꦤ꧀ꦝꦶꦧꦚꦸꦤꦶꦧ, Candhi Banyunibo) is a small Buddhist temple with a stupa on its top, located in Cepit, Bokoharjo, Prambanan District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The complex has a small yard and is rarely visited, yet well maintained. On my last visit long before the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, I didn't see food shops and other facilities.

Stunning. It’s an incredible experience to visit this epic temple. Both the Hindu and Buddhist temples are well worth visiting. I would thoroughly recommend getting a escooter to get yourself around. The experience can be more enjoyable with a guided tour. Our guy was extremely informative and friendly. A must see when in Indonesia.

Candi Banyuniba located among the rice field lansecape. You will fall in love with the scenery. Especially, when you visit this temple a few hours before the sunset. I took this picture lastbweek, on about 8 am. You can see the sun's shine from behind Candi Banyuniba.

In a adoration to Mahayana Buddhist deities, Hariti and Kuvera, the temple stands alone in the meadow. It might be a place for local ancient farmers to ask a good fertile land and a healthy financial security. Such as an local spiritual insurance office.

This is a lovely place to visit or when you are having more than one day visit, perfectly recommended for those who want to stay for days. Banyunibo has a wider place around, beautiful spot to enjoy your coffee, a small outdoor room to enjoy such a beautiful moment (i.e. : purpose your lover), and spot to enjoy sunset.
