Online order for delivery. Requested a later delivery time. Only received my order an hour after the requested delivery time. Burgers squashed and cold, chips were not properly cooked, some were raw in the middle. Received a message the driver was Here to deliver. He only arrived 15min after i was told he had arrived and the food was squashed and cold. He didn't even apologize or explain what happened to delay him.

I was served by Nandipha and her service was excellent. I loved her patience and smile while serving.

We planned to have lunch at debonairs from work but Nandiphas smile sofned us to buy steers and we all did, great customer service.

They directed me to drive forward and reverse. Told me to come inside then told me to stop. They took time to delivery the takeaways through the drive through, they gave me the incorrect way i purchased my order? Drive through narrow.

I recently moved to Beyer's Park Boksburg and the choices of take out are many in the immediate vicinity but my favourite is always Steers. This outlet did not disappoint and the food was excellent. Service was also fantastic. The lady who served me was friendly and efficient. Definitely going to be back soon!

We just ordered from Steers in Northrand Road. The worst food EVER!! The patty was RAW!!! The chips was very old, and hard. Food was cold. They are becoming the worst Steers I've ever ordered from. Really guys!! Stop renovating the place every few months, and start consentrating on the quality of your food - it's up to s%*:%t!!!!

Always very friendly and helpfull, super fast most the time. Chips are not always cooked, just ask for crispy chips and ull be sorted.

This is the best tasting Steers of all the Steers I've ever been to and the staff are incredibly friendly.

I walked in with no one at the front. The entrance was blocked by what I assume was mall security. They would not even budge to let me pass. At the table, I ordered a cold Black label, just to receive a warm one in a bucket of ice. The Medium done sirloin steak came with Cheddar on it. I ordered a pepper steak, no cheese. When the steak came back, it was over well done and dry. Ill never eat there again, EVER!

The staff member who took the Drive Thru orders is excellent. Great client service. Awesome experience.

Wanted a cream soda milkshake. Its on their system. Paid for it only to be told they no longer stock it!! Please remove it from your system then!

Utterly disappointed in food quality. Chips has been made in a year ago's oil. Food arrived an hour later and cold. Just disappointing... not our 1st disappointment here. No wonder we've been getting food elsewhere.
