Managed to get the battery replaced and the laptop serviced, all within about 1hr 30mins. Highly recommended.

I gave my laptop with issues with no power issues. The submission process was easier to get on with and the team stayed in touch throughout the repair process. Went yesterday to replace the dead battery and the keyboard of my DELL laptop..This laptop is my one and only personal laptop, and I had so much urgent work to do, so I asked if I can get these fixed within the day itself and they said yes..The staff is professional at its best and experts at what they do..They even went out to bring a new battery for my laptop as that battery model was out of stock..but before that, they were professional enough to ask for our approval for every single change, which can rarely be experienced in other laptop repair service centers. I waited there for about 3 hrs cuz I wanted it the same day itself; during that time I saw many customers coming in and how they treat other customers was also great..I have previously visited this place to upgrade RAM and therefore I already had a good impression of them, yesterday visit just solidified it more. Will go there for all my future laptop repair needs. Highly highly recommended.

Contacted this shop to buy a laptop battery and the experience was awful. First they told that they have the item in the stock and gave me a price and shipping fee. Then when I'm trying to place the order they raised the price saying that the item has sold out and they have to get it from another seller. Again they raised the price saying 3 day *special hand carry* which was not mentioned when asking for details. Also they complained about getting so many whatsapp inquiries everyday. If the customer inquiries are annoying to someone why would they do business in the first place?
