The
most
ridiculous
gym
ever.
Poor
customer
service
and
has
no
respect
towards
their
customers.
They
create
their
own
policies
and
rules
and
says
they
cannot
share
the
details
of
the
policy
as
it
is
a
private
gym.
The
most
unethical
team
I
have
ever
seen.
I
have
paid
my
membership
and
I
lost
my
card.
Instead
of
issuing
a
new
card
(which
is
paper
based)
they
want
to
charge
2500
for
that.
Not
even
a
bank
Visa
card
is
that
expensive.
I
only
suggested
them
to
be
reasonable
and
share
the
policy
as
I
did
not
see
anything
as
such
printed
on
the
card.
Then
when
I
asked
to
share
the
policy
that
says,
they
deny
saying
it’s
a
private
gym.
I
don’t
understand.
If
it’s
a
policy
then
they
should
share
it
with
the
customers.
I
have
the
payment
record
taken
from
their
books.
But
they
don’t
have
the
paper
I
signed
when
I
made
the
payment.
If
they
maintain
records
and
charge
2500
for
just
a
piece
of
paper
(not
even
a
digital
card,
when
we
go
to
the
gym
we
have
to
write
all
the
details
again
and
again)
they
should
be
transparent
about
policies.
Anyhow
I
think
this
is
how
they
scam
our
money.
They
take
the
money
for
the
yearly
subscription
and
then
make
the
customers
feel
so
low
by
I’ll
treating
them
and
we
drop
out.
They
don’t
care
as
they
have
the
money
and
we
cannot
do
much
because
they
are
big
corporates.
This
is
thieving
in
daylight!!!!
