Great service, I highly recommend ordering a chocolate cream cold brew! ❤️

Always love Starbucks but today was my first time running into a rude employee Mariha was awful attitude was terrible she needs a nap and some therapy they need to let her work in the back and get the ice off the truck

They have a drive through also which tends to have a line usually. Cafe was clean and staff was very pleasant to interact with. They have a few comfortable chairs inside and quite a few tables with power outlets if you are by the wall. There is seating outside also. They place the orders with mobile orders marked out with name letters.

I recently visited this store and needless to say that it was not the best experience I had at this store. I noticed that one of the employees were doing the bathroom right as a copious amount of customers came into the store. I did not see alot of support with only one person on bar, one person ringing, and one person in drive thru. Also, as for my drink, the drink did not taste as I was expecting it to. I asked for no sweetener when there was already sweetener in it.

The barista made sure she had the right order which was great. Highly recommend this place. Staff was polite and helpful. Ordered a tall white iced mocha with sweet cream and caramel drizzle which was a bit expensive but I highly recommend it, it tastes amazing.

The employees here are usually very sweet! Sometimes, it is a little slow getting your order in at the dt, but it is a busy store so that's expected :) The reason I am giving a low rating on food is that I often get partially filled coffees/refreshers when I go (whether busy or slow). Just something for other customers to be weary of when heading to this starbucks

Your standard food and coffee from Starbucks, but this crew seemed to work really well together. Nice welcome in coming in, and they had my coffee travler neatly put together and ready when I came back! Nice inside and outside seating area.

This location is always super busy. It is my preferred location in Bolingbrook to go to. I had a chance to watch the team in action, as I walked in and ordered and had to wait for my drink. This was on 8/20/23 at 1015am. I tip my hat to the team, as I watched them work together. I watched several team members finish their tasks and move over to help others who were behind. Awesome to see. And the Manager on duty was great at delegating and jumping in when needed!

Beyond awesome, not only did I find another prize of a new cup, but also the barista who took my order was very helpful delineating the most caffeinated drink which of course I had to have with peppermint and crowned by whipped cream and curls of chocolate. Then she even let me snap some photos so I can post it on social media!

I never eat from Starbucks but the drinks are bomb. Very seldomly is a drink not made to my liking and the staff is always super sweet.

Chelsea took my order today. She was very friendly and super helpful. The whole team at this store is always amazing!

Wife had an Uber Eats pickup here. Guy working was really rude. Didn't even acknowledge she was even there. When she asked for an Uber pickup by the customers name, he acted like he was doing her a favor. He handed the drink to her without any packaging (no sticker on the drink, no Starbucks bag like they normally do). She asked him for at least a sticker to cover the drink for the customer and he was apparently really put out by her request. We don't normally have this kind of terrible service here, but did today.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location. Each employee is so kind and creates such a loving and enjoyable atmosphere. Morgan was the person who took my order and she was so on top of things! I got my order within seconds!

3 of 5 drinks are made properly. After waiting 20 minutes in drive up. Its not worth the complaint. Only came here bc mine was remodeling. Wont go back to this location as its not worth the rush they put into my drinks.

Tall Mocha, Veggie Focaccia sandwich, and they added 1.00 tip at Drive through. $13.95 Was trying to see if they had forgotten the "veggies", well, I should have known! There were two baked cherry tomatoes, with a slap of basil leaf. Basically a bread sandwich. Need I say more. 😨
