Food is always tasty here and they do let you know when ordering if they are out of an ingredient and what they can substitute it with. Staff is polite and they will go through your order to make sure they got it right. Their bread is to die for. If dining in, jeep in mind that it is kind of cramped and does not have a bug capacity. They try to keep it clean but will clean the table right away if your wish is to sit somewhere that has not been cleaned yet. Also, every time I have been here, there is always boxes and chairs around so it is difficult to move around the place. Overall it's a nice location.

The bakery staff can be rude for no reason. One asked if we wanted out bagels sliced/toasted and I said yes. He rolled his eyes as if I was supposed to already have the details indicated prior. If so, I apologize. I didn’t see the options for any of that on the Kiosk systems. He acted like I offended him.

Tried the new ham & Gouda sub. meat portion is too small. I won’t mind paying more for a better version. The green papaya tea is refreshing, not too sweet. BTW I am taking a short break from local causal eats review

Good food but getting pricey with smaller portions. $15/person. Restaurant was clean, employees were very nice.

I had mac & cheese and ordered avocado on the side. I paid extra for the avocado - attaching pictures of how it looks :/ Couldn't eat it, had to throw it away.

My sandwich and French Onion soup were good; however I thought the sandwich was little pricey over $7 for a half of a sandwich.

This is my 3rd time frequenting this location. Every time I had an unpleasant experience. This last time simply no Wi-Fi. Last time I order my food it didn't come up or someone else took my food. The server was very rude to me, and I demanded a refund and walked out without food. This review is only for this particular Panara bread location. I am a student, and apart of the sip club and haven't ran into sub-par customers service except at this location. Last month I got a ghost charge from this location and I didn't eat there. There are some questionable things happening in my opinion at this location. The food is standard Panara and good. They have rearrange the furniture so it is less dark. Just work on the people. Good service is more than just food, but customer service as well.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Drove through the drive thru and waited more than 10 minutes for someone to answer the intercom and take my order in which I did not. I decided to drive up and the young lady who greeted me did not apologize for the wait but instead gave me an attitude and almost questioned why I didn't decide to wait longer. Panera please do a better job at training your employees on customer service. Especially the employee greeting/ taking order at the drive thru. Again, whish I could give this place 0 stars.

There is always something wrong with my order, but because it is minor I usually don't say anything. Also, I'm not exaggerating when I say there is something wrong with my order EVERY time. I got a drink with my meal today and I tried both the Dr. Pepper and Pepsi because they didn't taste right. You know, when there's not enough syrup or whatever. So I decided I would say something this time because it was, what, 3 dollars for this drink. So someone walks over to the machine and tries to pop. He sighed and said, "I mean. It tastes fine." I said, "Okay, but it really doesn't." He didn't reply so I said, "okay, great, well, thanks," and left. Not the biggest deal if it was just this one thing, but it is a big deal when it is every time. Also, I don't think it's unreasonable to get a refund for a drink I didn't end up getting..

I have ordered this sandwich a lot over the years. I was very disappointed to find they made the sandwich with the ends of the bread loaf. Once you get it home you know you’re going to eat it rather than return it. I guess quality control is going down hill. The problem is that this is supposed to be the highest quality. It’s not! Too bad. Time to find another sandwich place.

Every experience I have at this Panera location is top! They make sure to make my food perfectly and always are so sweet. Love the sip club membership. I normally get a bagel & cream cheese or lunch I get the you pick 2 even seasonal items. Great service & atmosphere!!

Had the Spicy Chicken Take. $13 sandwich…was awful. Chicken was very dry and rubbery. Not spicy at all. Pickle chips were pathetic. Had maybe six of them and they were the size of a dime. Never again.
