I wanted to like this place but unfortunately I can't allow myself to return here for a few reasons. I called on a Friday an hour prior to closing and was advised that they are still taking walk-ins if I can come quickly. I live 5 minutes away, so I did. When I came I explained that I had a wedding to go to the following day and provided an example of how I'd like my nails done. Two of ladies that were there were very nice and started working on my nails. Fast forward, I noticed the nail on my ring finger was lifting. I assumed she'd glue it back but instead she just kept working around it. Later, she asked me to go wash my hands and I informed her of my concern and she acted surprised and was going to glue it back until she realized my real nail was completely ripped from my nail bed. The other woman informed me of what happened and she offered to glue it back down and that I could come back later to have it removed.... I wasn't satisfied with that but I felt like it was truly my only option. So, after that she started to continue working on my nails but it was all in fast motion. The crystals on my nails were placed sloppy in a zig-zag line?? and she didn't work my my cuticles or anything of that mater. I wasn't offered a discount for my nail being ripped off due to the harsh nail filing she was doing. In fact, I believe they up-charged me because who charges $105.00 for a basic French tip set with 1 finger w/ crystals on both hands?? Like I said, I wanted to like this place but my experience ruined it for me. I will stick with my home based nail tech.

Loved this place! It was my first time here and I was able to get a same day appointment for gel removal and no chip gel manicure. I was seen right at my appointment time and the younger guy that helped prep me and remove the gel was so gentle and fast! I’m always worried about the removal damaging my nails but he did a fantastic job with no harsh scraping or grinding of the surface of my nails. Then I was sat with Mimi who was also super gentle and very thorough with my cuticles and shaping. Her paint job was perfect along with the shaping matching from hand to hand. The surface of paint on each nail is smooth and uniform with no defects at all. At no point did I feel rushed, but for just the gel removal and manicure I was in and out in 45min which was perfect! Everyone was warm and friendly - I’m not a big talker but the silence was never awkward haha. My goal for gel manicures is to keep them for 2+ weeks (I workout or swim 4/5 days a week) and so far these feel like they’ll hold up well!

The first time I went in there and got my nails done I was happy with them two weeks later I went back and I was not happy with my nails. So I decided to give them another chance and my nails were terrible. The mail tech seemed to have an attitude and my nail job was horrible. I tried to explain to her that she needed to use more product because she was acting like she was scared to use any product at all. So I will not be going back

I love going here ! I usually make an appointment. I get so many compliments on my nails!!

I'm hoping to warn others as my experience was not a pleasant one. I made an appointment and was turned away. I arrived for my appointment early and they checked me in. After waiting for 15 minutes- and finally after talking amongst themselves, I was approached- also this is not my first time there so they knew who I was and knew of my appointment because they ask as soon as you walk in. I was told my nail tech had to leave for an emergency and I said I was completely okay with another nail tech and that I understood. Then they declined and said they're actually very busy and cannot accommodate me. At this point I am the only other person in the salon and the other client is done and getting ready to pay. I then ask why I was not called as I made the commute far out for this appointment and why was this never communicated. He asks me to come back in 2 hours so maybe they can see about it. Then for the rescheduled appointment I called in advance to notify them that I would be a few minutes late and the lady on the phone said they cannot accommodate my 1pm appointment because they have another at 1:30pm and I need to come now. Which makes no sense because they have never finished my no chip in 30 minutes so why that is an issue made no sense. She then proceeds to say why I can't just come at 1. She could have flatly just denied service yet proceeded to argue with me. I was hoping this time would be different but there customer service and little charges that add up are ridiculous. I had a brought my girl's for a manicure date and they charge for things without discussing with you and act surprised when you ask for a break down of the services provided. The nails were chipped, rough and we were charged for the "thickness" and "how round" of the white used on the French tip. Absolutely ridiculous! Why was this not made aware before hand when we asked until it came time to pay and it was absolutely ridiculous! Way too much for a basic french manicure than other salons. And the worst part, they were so rough they ripped my sister's cuticles and left her fingers bloody and swollen. She had to come home and bandage her fingers from all of the little cuts she was left with. No one even offered her a bandaid or any care whatsoever. I will not be coming back here, only to be disrespected each time and over charged. Find another salon like I did, that will actually respect you and take care of you!

First time customer, had to have an existing set of dip nails removed, did not have a good experience at a previous salon. This time the technician listened to what I wanted, got the shape absolutely perfect, and the color selection while not very large - included some very nice shades. I plan on returning.

Very good pedicure! He gave a great foot and leg massage! I have been there 3 times and each time I was able to get right in without an appt. But it's best to call first just in case!

I got a fill here and Lucy did a great job! It was fast and very neat! I got a cute design and she nailed it!
