Stopped in after shopping at Oakbrook Center for an early dinner. We dined outside and the patio was very spacious with TVs—perfect for the sports bar theme. Our server was attentive and helpful. We shared appetizers and had drinks, all of which were delicious. The Chicken Nachos were fabulous. It was the first time we had been there so I can’t speak to the indoor dining experience but al fresco dining was great. Clean bathrooms are a bonus! We’ll be back 🫶🏼

Spicy jambalaya was excellent. I had the spinach dip, which was good but the portion size was questionable. As I saw the nachos go by, we did wish that we had gotten a more hearty appetizer. It's worth noting that myself and my company were quite hungry lol. I took the opportunity to get an old favorite of mine the truffle fries and they did not disappoint. My drink was great as well. After struggling with the many delicious alcoholic beverage options, I settled on a sangria. The food was great! There was a wait so I do recommend utilizing the online wait-list when possible, especially on weekend evenings. Good atmosphere for an upper scaled sports bar. Our server was great, he was knowledgeable about the menu and even moved us to a booth once we were seated at a table. My food was incorrect when it came out (w/ pasta instead of rice), but it was quickly rectified as my new dish was sent into the kitchen on the fly.

When you are thinking of where to eat, this is where you go. I mean how can you go wrong? This place has good tunes, good crowd, staff was excellent, and the place looked beautiful. We must have gotten in just before the Sunday dinner rush. Walked right in, no wait. Servers were more than accommodating for my little one. Which is saying a lot in these times of staff shortage and unhappy employees. I am grateful for my experience from the hostess, to the waiter, the bartender, and the kitchen. Outstanding!

The food is awesome. Ordered sweet potato fries, dynamite shrimp and wings and surprisingly all of them were tasty. Usually I wouldn't get my hopes up with the main course, but the lime chicken was cooked so well that it reminded me of a kebab cooked back in India. Overall I had a really good experience. Definitely a go-to restaurant if you want to chill on a weekend , especially during the happy hours on Friday.

Had a great lunch today. The food was very good. The atmosphere is nice. They have a great patio. The server was attentive. Get the onion ring tower. It was very crispy and a huge portion. I didn’t like the Parmesan fries. Those were lack luster. Overall a great place to have a quick bite

This place is definitely giving date night, upscale, sports bar theme. I had the Kurobuta Pork burger on a gluten-free bun. The server allowed me to sample the blueberry ketchup before ordering it. We celebrated birthdays and had a good time.

OMG!!!!!! The food is AMAZING. The first time I had this was on the west coast so glad I found them in Lombard. I ordered the Firecracker Shrimp with crispy rice cakes and the Garlic pasta with Lobster, Shrimp and Mushrooms. 5 out of 5. I ordered over the phone and the associate (sorry I didn't get her name) was to tier she was very patient with me during the lunch rush. Please try them out you will not be disappointed.

We stopped in during happy hour for dinner and drinks. It was from 4-6pm. We ordered the chicken wraps, pizza, chicken nachos, and sliders. The pizza was greasy and there wasn't much cheese on it. The nachos were pretty good and plentiful. The sliders were plain and overcooked and served with fries and one pickle and no other condiment. The chicken wrap was pretty good, the lettuce was fresh but not enough to share between the four of us. The drinks were great. The restaurant was dark and loud. The service was pleasant but slow. You couldn't find the waiter for refills on drinks. The bathrooms were dirty. When we left and paid it became a nightmare. The handheld credit playing machine was confusing as we couldn't split the bill between the four of us. The waiter tried to help but messed it up and complained about the system but said they are required to use it. It took 10 minutes for him to try and figure it out and three of us paid $20 and one of us paid $6. We paid instead of it being fixed and took care of each other on the side. I probably won't go back because the food wasn't that great. The drinks were good and stopping in at happy hour might be your thing. I'll pass...

I've been here couple of times and I really liked this place. They have plenty of beers to choose from in their menu. I tried their tacos (carne asada). The food presentation was awesome. It was more of an "americanish" style tacos. in general. The Traditional Wings was amazing too. I would definitely come back.

We visit the yard house for the 1st time every time we tried to go there was a waiting for 30-40 minutes. So we finally get to go with no wait on Christmas eve. Food was good children friendly. Drinks was good. I had the orange chicken. It was kind of spicy but still good.

I went for a cousin's birthday and didn't know what to expect. The restaurant has a nice exterior and interior with a huge bar inside. Most of our group's food tasted great with beautiful presentations. Our waitress offered the best service possible. She made sure she checked on us just enough to give us space and kept a friendly attitude the whole night. This place also offers cocktails and many many different beer.

My girlfriend and I went to the Yard House for the first time for happy hour and it was ok. We ordered Pinot grigio, poké nachos which was kinda weird, this one was the ONLY one I didn't care for with the raw fish on top and I usually LOVE sushi. Cheese curds was good, wings was probably the best and calamari was just ok. I've had better appetizers so my experience was good. But nothing to write home about. But if you're in the area, definitely give it a try since appetizers were half price if you make it by 6pm.

I’ve been a fan of Yard House for years and have been to multiple locations in multiple cities. The Lombard location did not disappoint! It just so happened that my party of 2 arrived for happy hour! I was so hungry that I forgot to take pics of the appetizers, but we started with the Cheese Curds, Wings and Chicken Lettuce Wraps. For my entree, I had the Vampire Tacos with rice and beans. My only complaint is that the carnitas could have been more flavorful. Service was a bit slow, but we didn’t fault our server because it seemed that overall the staff were stretched very thin (especially the bartender). I wanted to return for happy hour again while I was in the area, but unfortunately couldn’t find the time.

Nice quick seating, it’s a nice restaurant. our server wasn’t that attentive and we had the some man who looked to maybe be the manager help us out with a refill, then a woman who also looked to be some kind of manager, im not sure. Got us a to go box. i liked the restaurant and the food, would come again. prices are good for the food.

Very nice establishment, staff was friendly, it was clean and spacious, large selection of drinks. The drinks were delicious. The chicken tortilla soup was amazing. Food was great. The burgers were a little on the small side, but the shrimp bowl had alot of shrimp. Taste was great. Prices were so so. A little high for some stuff but the place was worth checking out. We would definitely go back again.

Great food, great service! Our server Alicia was knowledgeable and attentive! We ordered spinach dip, Korean bbq wings (super crunchy and full of flavor) and the jambalaya with linguine(spicy but good). For drinks we started with the black cherry & watermelon hard spritzer loaded with tequila. They were refreshing but I’m not a fan of the syrup they used, kinda tasted like medicine. We also ordered the house margaritas, those were delicious! We will definitely be back!

Had a really enjoyable time at Yard House in Downers Grove with my wife and daughter. I had the Cobb salad and my wife and daughter had zucchini and noodle bowls. We shared an order of truffle fries, which were not the best I’ve had, but we’re solid. Grilled Chicken on Cobb salad was very good. Five stars for the way we were treated by bar staff (we ate at the bar). They made a mistake on one of our entrees, took full ownership and apologized. They comped us for the dish due to our wait, without us asking. We’d have been fine without their concern for our satisfaction, but it was greatly appreciated and will ensure us coming back sooner than later. Great customer service.

Good, predictable fare. Service was superior, timing for delivery to table was very good. Regrettably several main menu choices were not available, and the beer list was decimated. Would I go again? Yes. Would I go out of my way? No.

Our first time here and the experience was awesome. IMMEDIATELY seated which is major brownie points in my book. Our server Anastasia was amazing, wonderful personality and frequent table visits to ensure our experience was good. Good timing on food delivery, just as advertised, and the flavoring was excellent. When we first walked in the noise level was a little overwhelming "FOR ME" however I'm in the pub environment. 😎

I felt the Cesar and kale salad with the raisins and nuts was awesome. I honestly could have just put some chicken on it and called it my meal. The burger was cooked as I requested but taste-wise was meh. The fries were stiff and bland. When I say stiff I mean not dry, not crisp, not overcooked but stiff and bland. Price is on point. Wish I could have had a drink; massive draft beer selection.

Alicia was our server and we had a large group. She was patient, friendly and was quick with our orders. Food/drinks were top notch! Price was reasonable. Loved the smoked ol fashion! Can't say enough good things about our first visit! Definitely coming back with the family!

Food was excellent! Only one item was messed up but they remade it and in the meantime gave her a complimentary soup. Service was good. I would recommend this place.

Best chicken and waffles!!!!! My son like to go there for the large pretzel which is cool to see on the table and tear apart to eat. The atmosphere is loud and happening! TVs all around, beer pipes from the distillery to the bar. Fantastic location with good amount of parking spaces but when it busy it’s hard to park close. Well priced menu with tons of options. I’ve been back like 6 times and it’s amazing every time which is hard to say about most places. Server was very attentive and I was able to pay on a machine at the table which I like because when I want to go I go. Having to wait for a server and ask for the check is so old school. Highly recommend the place!!!!!

Stopped in on a weekend before it got too busy. Plenty of free parking. Nice size bar with a roomy interior. They carry a nice beer selection. Food was very good. I had a stacked turkey club & upgraded my side to the truffle fries. Delicious! Brookie dessert didn't disappoint.

First impressions, it was great. Staff was nice and knowledgeable. Best part? They were personable! My waitress was named Emma and she was fun, had a sense of humor, and made great recommendations. I plan on going back and I won't be surprised if my 4star turns into a 5star after my second visit. Check it out y'all!

Nice place, great food, lots of variety in the menu, everything tasted good/well prepared. No flatware or napkins-had to ask twice; server brought large glass beverage for small child though we ordered from kid's menu and you can SEE its a small child- had to ask for kid's cup. All plates not brought out at same time. One dish was wrong/not ours; corrected but shouldn't have happened. They did offer a free dessert for the trouble. It was awesome. Excuse was that it was busy. If you can't handle a basic dinner rush, maybe the restaurant business isn't for you. The place was busy, but it wasn't real packed. Our wait to sit down was only 15 minutes. Overall good but service needs some work.

The Happy Hour deals are the best! My favorite dish is the chicken lettuce wrap.

Great spot for lunch/dinner. I had the turkey sandwich and nachos as the appetizer and both were great. Turkey sandwich was fresh and the avocado was a nice touch. Sweet potato fries were good as well but no dipping sauce was given with it other than ketchup. The menu has lots of options but this made it a little more difficult to order.

Love this place, tried for the first time last night, the food was delicious, i ordered the Jambalaya and it was perfecto! Our waitress was sweet. Place is very clean. And my partner ordered the smoked strawberry margarita was very very delicious. And she got the vampire taco I believe it was called. Was not over priced

My visit to this Yard House was spontaneous, and it's the only one I've been to or ever even seen. I only went for beverages, but I ended up coming away with good vibes, renewed energy, and a brighter opinion of my fellow humans. The location is in a very nice area, and the restaurant and its grounds are highly attractive and attentively maintained. I was greeted warmly by four happy-to-be-there employees, including the manager, Sonia. I noticed that all the customers were courteously acknowledged upon entering and leaving, with the customers this particular afternoon seeming quite content - smiles and expressions of thanks were many. Also, I observed that the clientele was diverse but treated equally, and it speaks well of a business when diverse segments of the community feel welcomed there and want to frequent the entity. The energy here was very good, and it was freely shared with the customers. Sonia's positivity and stellar disposition are surely assets in keeping morale buoyed and buoyant, and those qualities are priceless in a leader. This location made a very good impression, and I'd eagerly return for a bigger sit-down repast. Sonia and her team alone were worth the visit because of the warm fuzzies society needs big doses of, and which they were so adept at imparting. By the way, the coffee was really good (despite java not being their magnum opus) and was surely made better by the mirth and kindness these good folks gladly propagated. Yes, that was the best coffee.

So I’ve been several times and you must have the firecracker shrimp (not pictured) It’s the best I’ve ever tasted! I also had the sweet potato fries ( not pictured) also PERFECT! I like them better than the regular fries. Pictured here is the cheese steak, also really good! Everything is always perfect with the service!

My experience is always great. Brought my mom here for the first time on June 3 and she had no complaints. Our waitress, Stefanie was awesome. We loved her energy, personality, etc. She constantly checked on us, which really impressed my mom. The food and drinks were awesome too. Definitely will be back.
