We have never had such bad luck with a post office as we have at Bolivia USPS. I have to go into the post office weekly to get my own packages because they simply refuse to deliver my packages to my house if they don’t fit in their vehicle on their first round. I have talked to the employees several times asking how I can make it easier for them to deliver packages and was actually told once that “they are too swamped to deal with the volume of packages going out”. We are paying for shipping to our home, the package should be delivered to our home. Nothing has improved despite many conversations about the issue.

Would give negative stars if it were possible. We can't get packages delivered much like everyone else. The lady behind the desk was not interested in figuring out why. She would not check into my problem with a change of address either. She also felt the need to insult me and say they couldn't get caught up because "50,000 Northerners moving in" I was born below the Mason Dixon line so she should have used another insult. Not sure who we need to complain to but something should be done about this place. Absolutely incompetent.

This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. The people working there are extremely lazy and will purposefully refuse packages to be sent out for delivery if they are too big or too heavy. I have had this happen on multiple occasions. Most recently a Christmas present that was being delivered late. Because of this, the present is being sent BACK to the Amazon warehouse and I'm suppose to be getting a refund. I don't want the refund! I want the product!

I have been on Workmans comp-getting disability checks-supposed to get paid every Tuesday- my address is valid and I do get mail. Although-I just found out that my checks have been returned back to sender…I have bills to pay and I need food-yes I do have a new carrier on route according to the lady I spoke to at the front desk-however that is not an excuse to be diligent in they’re duties. Totally unacceptable-not only that- but a couple days this week including today- the mail truck comes down our road-and doesn’t stop at any mail box, just tunes around and leaves. This is the second time this has happened this week-I called the 1-800 number-they will be receiving complaints with my name on file.

I recently moved to a community and I placed my mailbox on the right side of the street and close to my driveway. I was told by the Post master, Rebecca they would not deliver mail to my mailbox and I had to move it 100 feet down my yard for them to safely put my mail in my mailbox, because the road turns into a one way street and is in close proximity to the community gate, and it is a safety issue. If i move my mailbox it will sit in the middle of my yard, looking awful. and is really a safety issue with people in the community hitting it. There are numerous streets in our neighborhood that are one way with plenty of mailboxes, and the carrier has to stop in these one way streets every day and put mail in these boxes. Her reasoning was that those mailboxes were "Grandfathered in" and mine is different because it is new. I lost my temper and may have said a few cuss words, but I couldn't get her to understand. We followed all the rules on the USPS website for placement, it is spot on perfect and the rules say nothing about a one way street. So this is "Rebecca's Rules" not the USPS rules. This Post Office is a joke, the new Supervisor, Rebecca is horrible. I should have known this would not be good, whenever I mentioned the Post office in the community, people would laugh and say that place is a joke. I told them no, I will not move my mailbox, she has since refused to deliver my mail, forcing me to go to the Supply post office and rent a mailbox. She can't show me any documentation as to why my mailbox has to be at the end of my property, she has no certification showing me she is a safety expert. She got her feelings hurt when i challenged her authority. This is so wrong, I am going to continue to file complaints against her until I get someone to hear me. Oh, and my mailbox will remain in the location I put it. Just for principle.

I think the USPS is neglecting this location. This area is growing and needs to upgrade the building and location. The few staff that are working there are obviously not being supported by the somewhere else managers. The equipment is not given the funding needed for reliability and service. Call ahead using the local number to find out if the postage printer is working.

As long as it's our regular driver, the service is amazing!!! She knows what she is doing! Now if it's not her they can't seem to get my packages to me...they wait for her...today it was out for delivery. The mail came she didn't come up the driveway and the package would not fit in my mailbox. At almost 2 pm I got a notice saying it was ready for pickup at the post office. Stopped what I was doing g went straight there to the carrier walking inside and can see...but they closed at 11 am. Why would you say it's ready if I cannot get it...you are wasting people's time, effort and money doing that

They don’t do anything my package can’t even get here because the mail lady don’t wanna do her job and is to lazy to get out her car and drop it off

My mailbox is half a mile from my house, I had a package dropped off at the bank of mailboxes at the end of my road and it was left on the ground behind my mailbox in the tropical storm we just had.... I found it the next morning completely soaked. Why would this not have been an instance where a slip to pick up your package is left? This is blatant ignorance, whoever is delivering your Sunday parcels should consider alternative career choices.

They have the most outstanding mail carriers I have ever seen. The people that work the counter are super helpful and very courteous.

Never deliver mail always having to go to office to receive any package. Multiple problems with this post office they are terrible
