The best glasses retailer in Bologna, not so much for the (spatial) selection but for the staff. I had brought some glasses in for repairs, which were out of warranty and with a lot of damage: they helped me, always kept me informed and in the end I got a new pair! Amazing staff! 💟

purtroppo sono obbligata a dare una stella ma non se ne meritano neanche una. lunedì sono entrata in questa ottica con l’intenzione di comprare un occhiale , la commessa ha iniziato subito a squadrare male me e la mia famiglia, e ogni volta che toccavamo una montatura iniziava a dire qualcosa : avete bisogno di una mano? perfavore mettete apposto gli occhiali da quella parte che devo disinfettare, le promozioni al momento sono bla bla bla. una persona che non ti lascia neanche respirare e ti sta attaccata pronunciando tremila frasi al secondo ti invoglia a comprare.

Ho comprato degli occhiali qui, il giorno dopo mi sono accorta che aveva un graffio (non era molto evidente ma si notava solo indossandoli). Mi sono interfacciata con Giulio che è stato molto disponibile e gentile. Sono state cambiate le lenti sempre da lui. Una persona molto gentile e professionale. Consiglio questo negozio.

When I tried to file a complaint to get them refunded, Anne from the costumer service did not respond to my message. Instead, she left the chat.
