    The food was excellent. I had a "Holy Trinity" and all 3 meat cuts were masterfully done. The baked potatoes were also great. Also, I have to mention that the guy working there (who took my order, cooked it and served it) was very servicial and funny.

    Very lovely place. It's a bit small but the food is worth it. I had the beef ribs and they were delicious. The staff was very helpful for this English speaker as my Italian is not that good.

    Tasty burgers and very good quality meat. Good and friendly service. Personally I would have liked to have more choice of burger (we only saw 2 types) and fries. Anyway, I'm sure the rest of the menu is just as good. We'll be back to continue appreciating their variety.

    I make wood fired barbecue at home all the time and this place was great. Really cool to see this new concept in the great country of Italy. I got the “holy trinity” meat combo of brisket, pulled pork, and ribs and they were all delicious. I would highly recommend trying this barbecue!

    Pretty small place, but located close to the city centre. Friendly staff but, in my opinion, a bit too much expensive. Btw, nice to try at least once.

    Wow! Amazing barbecue in the center of Bologna. Their craft beers are great and the staff is friendly. The barbecue burger is one of the best I’ve had in Bologna. The ribs are also amazing, the meat falls right off the bone! As an American with a high standard of barbecue these Italians get it right!!

    We arrived just as they opened, so we were the only people there, the staff were very friendly and spoke good English. I had Rids ( the reason we surched them out).my partner had pulled pork, both dishes were excellent, and if I'd found them 2 days earlier, I'd of eaten there every day of my visit.

    Very high-quality meat, prepared with care. The service was really nice, explaining all the different options and how they prepare everything. The place is not too big but you can eat there.

    Incredible spread of slow cooked meats. Nice quiet area to indulge in some naughty BBQ favourites. Well seasoned and prepared food and friendly owner. We had holy trinity and sides of roast potatoes and vegetables. Good music and prices are very fair. Bravo. See you soon!!

    Cute place, nice people. BBQ is ok, but probably good to anyone that doesn't live in an area that is known for it's bbq. The pulled pork was probably my least favorite, the ribs were pretty good. It was just "ok" to us though.

    Incredible pork ribs, full of flavour and the meat just falls off the bone. Worth a visit just for those alone although the wings, potatoes and slow roasted tomatoes were all good too. There are a few tables outside on the street (under cover), inside is essentially a service counter.

    Absolutely delicious food, craft beer and wines. Friendly staff who explained what everything was. Had beef ribs, pulled pork sandwich, potatoes and cherry tomatoes, all slow cooked and utterly amazing!

    I went alone, my gut was empty, and I felt like I was to order everything on the menu or way too many things that I should eat. Settled for Angus Ribs 🤤🤤 said enough 😋. Was so happy with my choice, that even massive rain when I was leaving, couldn't spoil my mood. Well done 👏 Btw ended up being completely wet🙃🤟

    I am a huge bbq fan having lived a period of time in St. Louis, Missouri, and I have always struggled to find good bbq in Italy… Until now! Posto iper consigliato. Very good.

    I had a great time at the restaurant! The food was very good, you could taste that the ingredients were very fresh. The beers were also great. I highly recommend this place when you are in Bologna!
