Chef Andrea Merlini prepared a superlative dinner in an equally prestigious setting, Palazzo Bolognetti.

The prestigious Circolo Bononia, of ancient tradition, is located in a historic building in the heart of the city of Bologna. A sumptuous staircase leads to the main floor, where the Club is located. In it there is a succession of finely decorated rooms, with coffered ceilings, period furnishings, in a context that is as sober as it is elegant.
