The team was already waiting for me at the entrance I was warmly welcomed. the space is very neat and the staff super professional great it's just that you can only give 5 stars to the google review I would add another 5. So 10 + in total for this practice. My metal cord that I put in the Netherlands was loose, they solved the problem in 3 minutes and looked for alternatives, thank you and see you soon and a special pat to the back for Fabio, Barbara Lene and Roberta always good to be there CANT WAIT FOR THE NEXT ORTO APPOINTMENT!!!! What a wonderful experience this was. Very Modern, Clean, Relaxing -this is truly one of a kind facility! I was traveling and had a minor dental emergency which brought me here. I have never seen spa services, where I take care of my teeth. Only here can you get a massage, pedicure and manicure all at once!!! What a novel idea!!!! If you are in the vicinity this is the place to visit!!!

Sono contentissimo del servizio ricevuto da Microdent. Sono organizzatissimi a 360°, in primis dal punto di vista medico ma anche per quanto riguarda l'aspetto organizzativo (hotel e taxi se serve) e umano. Ci siamo conosciuti a inizio Dicembre per la prima visita, io ero disperato perché altri mi avevano proposto altre soluzioni (immaginate voi) per la mia paradontite. Qui ho trovato quello che volevo fare per curare il mio problema. Ovviamente ringrazio tutti anche chi non ho ancora conosciuto in quanto i buoni risultati si ottengono unendo le forze. Giacomo

Today it was about dental hygiene. Paolo without fear of contradiction, number 1. Nobody likes going to the dentist and even hygiene is a hassle. Not with Paolo: he has a very delicate hand. A rare courtesy. A wonderful result. Microdent is a clinic that costs almost double that of any other dentist/chain. But every time I go there, it's clear to me why. Like them, no one.

I'll start by saying that I was very happy with my choice. In my case I needed to do a routine check-up and hygiene. I found the studio with a simple internet search. The reasons that led me to choose them, in addition to the numerous positive reviews and the quality that shines through on the website, are the technology that the studio uses and the staff specialized in different fields. In the case of hygiene, it is carried out with the use of the microscope and this allows operators to be more precise and consequently to significantly limit the patient's pain and to carry out meticulous dental cleaning. Before doing the hygiene, I was visited by Dr Stori, a very nice and knowledgeable person who answered all my questions and resolved all my doubts, reassuring me. In general the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, from the moment of the call to make the appointment they were kind and always available, both by telephone and by email or whatsapp. The hygienist took care of me impeccably, I never felt sick, it practically didn't even feel like he was doing anything and at the end of the cleaning the result was amazing. The clinic is modern and very clean with a bright and welcoming waiting room. The property is easy to reach both by public transport and by car as it has free private parking. I will definitely return and I recommend it to everyone, even to those who perhaps have to travel a little further to get there (as in my case), because in my opinion it is worth it. Uno studio all'avanguardia a Bologna. Son tutti gentili e molto disponibili. Sono riuscita a migliorare il mio sorriso con l'apparecchio Invisalign e ora sto per iniziare un percorso di faccette! Super consigliato!

Ho conosciuto lo studio effettuando una ricerca su Google per un imprevisto urgente e sono rimasto piacevolmente accolto e trattato con cortesia ed una professionalità che mi ha piacevolmente colpito, hanno interpretato immediatamente il problema ma anche le mie esigenze economiche proponendomi soluzioni che mi permettessero di fregiarmi di un sorriso. Mi sento di consigliare lo studio e rinnovare quanto mi sia sentito a mio agio proponendomi senza nessuna pressione soluzioni in linea con le mie aspettative.

I was touring Italy and chipped my tooth. My Italian wasn't very good at the time so I was searching for an emergency dental repair with a dentist that could accomodate my tight schedule and lack of Italian. Though it cost me a bit more due to the sudden and urgent visit (but not an unreasonable amount) and my lack of applicable insurance, Dottore Simone Stori was a real lifesaver and got me fixed up quick. The office was clean and well kept, and all the staff I encountered were all warm, helpful and incredibly professional and competent. I even learned a few things, since the setup in the office allowed me to watch the whole procedure on a camera fed display! Neat! I am an American and my prior experiences may bias my view, but in my experience it was well worth every eurocent and I'd gladly make Microdent Dental SPA my primaty dentist if they were closer to home. (Can't say I'm not still considering it... annual trips to Bologna could be nice :))

Sono arrivata da Simone dopo avere consultato diversi Studi Dentistici senza ottenere risposte concrete. Il mio problema sembrava irrisolvibile. Già dal primo appuntamento il mio piano di cura era chiaro e mi è stato esposto in maniera esaustiva, compreso il preventivo di spesa. Lo consiglio per la professionalità, la strumentazione all'avanguardia (tac e panoramica in sede, impronte in 3D ecc..) e per la gentilezza di tutti gli operatori. Ho ritrovato il mio sorriso da ragazza..

Grande attenzione per il paziente, personale e medici che ti mettono a tuo agio, struttura e macchinari all'avanguardia. Ho avuto la mia prima visita, durante la quale ho ricevuto tutte le informazioni ed i chiarimenti del caso sulla mia situazione, fortunatamente risolvibile con un percorso ben strutturato e chiaro. Diciamo che l'approccio è decisamente orientato alla risoluzione del problema per il benessere del paziente. Ho vissuto all'estero quindi non so valutare bene molto sui costi in Italia, ma mi sono sembrati in linea con le mie esperienze precedenti. Decisamente da raccomandare.

what to say!! simply perfect, it is an ultra-modern studio that has an innovative and one-of-a-kind approach! the staff perfectly reflects the vision of its medical director entirely based on "making patients feel at ease". I conclude by saying that, if it hadn't been for them, I would have undergone an invasive and very expensive operation by now! thanks to them I understood that most dentists care much more about the health of their bank account than that of the patient!! PS I definitively solved my very serious problem with the use of Laser without any type of invasive surgery and above all they saved my teeth...ZERO IMPLANTS!
