I think something changed here, because there are tons of bad comments about the restaurant in the past. Nevertheless we tried it due to a nice comment about it from 2 month ago. It was a lovely surprise! Staff is kind and helpful, they spoke English. We both ate hamburgers, one Maxxxi and one Special both with fries. Good quality of meet and tasty burgers. They have two draught beer, I loved the brown beer 😊 The place has a nice atmosphere, I can recommend it!

Food decently ok. Avoid order chicken, it was testless and resembled like eating plastic. Staff was probably the worst part of the experience. They let us waiting for a dessert (more tank 15 minutes), despite the fact that there were only 7 people sitting down. Careless even about our complaining.Literally they didn't care at all about it. We requested to have the coffee, just because was included in the "daily meal deal" as we didn't want to wait lo get the dessert anymore.... Expensive for what you get. Avoid it if you don't want to be disappointed!

Was there for dinner with a big group of people. Food was fine for what it is. Service was friendly but a bit slow which was odd seeing as the eatery was far from full.

Avoid this place at all costs: it was clearly the worst part of our weekend in Bolonia. The food was nothing special, typical american fast food. Main problem about this restaurant is it's clearly overcrowded and understaffed, wich means service was blunt and awfully slow. We waited nearly half an hour for someone to take our dessert order, but some of our partners had to wait more than 1 hour between starter and their main course. Our waitress was clearly angry about the situation, as she was cursing and bitching when her ordering machine didnt work properly. I don't blame her: I wouldn't want to work here, specially after meeting the "manager". This man appeared after we complained, offered no compensation or apology, and was specially rude when we wanted to split the bill. He even cursed with a F*** to one of my friends. Stay away if you don't want to get average, expensive food and rude staff cursing at you and their lives.

I would consider it way too expensive for the served portions. The T-Steak is admittedly incredibly cooked, but the chicken fillet was extremely dry and certainly overpriced.

Expensive, dirty cutlery had to ask to change soiled knife and fork.The beer about the best part of the meal.entrybnow only with Green Pass which in my personal opinion is a good thing. Cutlery spoiled it for me

Pleasant & spacious feel for a ribs & steak dine in with excellent French fries 🇫🇷🍟 as classic side dish. I had a sumptuous chicken cotoletta spalshed in lemon juice and Tabasco I hadn't had in years, while friends feasted on rich poke' salads with vorous meats. It is a glorious standard of what is considered a fast & simple staple. I absolutely loved it, as a prelude to a jazzy concert 👩‍🎤🎙🎶 in the closeby EuropAuditorium.
