While
there
is
a
lot
of
“Good
to
Excellent”
facets
to
rate
this
hotel,
I
chose
“OK”
due
to
the
amount
of
floor
dust
and
dust
bunnies
under
the
beds
in
our
rooms
and
its
categorization
as
a
luxury
hotel.
Normally,
I’d
consider
the
dust
an
isolated
incident,
but
with
lots
of
dust
under
our
beds
in
both
our
Double
Deluxe
and
Twin
Deluxe
rooms
that
makes
it
different
in
my
opinion.
I
wish
we
had
earlier
recognized
the
room
was
what
eventually
caused
severe
allergies
for
my
wife
and
I
but
just
never
thought
it
would
be
our
room
in
a
luxury
hotel.
I
filled
out
a
guest
card
with
our
contact
indicating
our
disappointment
in
the
rooms
from
that
perspective,
I
told
the
desk
clerk
and
she
said
she
would
pass
our
concerns
to
the
hotel
manager.
It
would
have
been
nice
had
the
manager
looked
to
confirm
the
problem
we
identified
and
contacted
us
recognizing
that
was
unacceptable
for
a
luxury
type
hotel.
The
location
for
exploring
is
great,
the
staff
was
helpful,
the
breakfast
was
good.
