18 stories. Nice big rooms. Good breakfast. Free parking. Easy drive from airport, no toll. Bus 14 takes you to the city centre, pay on bus with credit card 2€. Supermarket round the corner. Good pizza and gelato on walking distance.

TLDR: good option for business travels, otherwise not so much. Pros: - Decent location. Good supermarket nearby, convenience store, bus stop and a train station stop. - Friendly staff. - Possibly very good if staying here for business reasons. - Standard rooms have a bathtub. Cons: - A bit overpriced, given that you have to ride a bus for about 20 minutes from the city centre to get there and walk another 5-7. - Having stayed there for 4 days, we have had to wait 2.5 days to get our leaky toilet fixed and another day to get the safe fixed (it was missing one single AA battery to work and we had to wait 3 days only for the safe itself to be switched to a different one). We have had to highlight these problems to the staff at the reception every time we left our room for the day, until they were FINALLY resolved on the day we had to leave. - Rooms look decent from photos, but after looking closely you can notice some scratches here and there, some stains on the carpet floor, some damages in the bathroom and bathtub, and the furniture has some noticeable damages as well. Rooms basically need a simple renovation to be good and match the photos exactly. - For some reason, the window in our room was not fully closed and we had to try to jam it shut ourselves (highlighted this to staff to no avail). - Air-conditioning could be more powerful. - The mini-fridge is barely cooling anything.

We stay a large room with two bedroom. Beds are comfy and bathroom is fresh and having rainforest shower. (And usual shower as well) I love their deep bathtub. AC works well. Today is end of October but 25degree outside.... Water in fridge is free. It's thankful. Just one thing at room, most of USB charger don't work. Breakfast is 6eur if book in advance until check in, but all of guests need to book. I and daughter have breakfast but not my hubby and son. At restaurant need to pay 10eur each. I live hotel breakfast but this time I choose to eat at cafe instead. Located 4km from city center. Beside moterway än takes 15min from airport. Taxi costs 20-23eur. Next to hotel there is a big supermarket and in front of hotel there is a cozy pizzeria. Receptionist speak good English and helpful.

Very good service! Awesome breakfast and happy staff. Only thing i want to be fixed is the dirty outside of the building. There is a lot of dirt on all of the windows and the outside part of the building. Furthermore, the logo on the outside is almost falling down. On the other side, inside of the hotel is super cozy and pretty, not much to pick on here. I got good sleep which means that the beds were good! I would come again👍

This is a nice inn with decent food. It offers many amenities to make your stay comfortable. If you are looking for friendly service, you will be disappointed. We have yet to meet anyone working in Italian customer service who smiles and seems connected to human contact.

Had a great experience staying at the hotel ! The staff were super friendly at the reception and at breakfast. The room was big and was clean but the bathtub was a bit dirty in the corners. There is a FREE PARKING at the hotel so you don’t have to pay for parking and spend hours to find a parking. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel. Breakfast is 3/5 but it still good 👍🏽

It's an ok hotel, the staff is nice, the rooms are renovated and have nice bathrooms. Free Wi-Fi and a lot of Italian TV channels. Very satisfied with the cleaning of my room. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.

Hotel is totally awesome staff over here especially at the reception are great. They have gym as well. Bathroom is very big and usefull and rooms are really clean. Have parking

We were fortunate enough to get the penthouse suite. We checked in very late, 3 am, and the gentleman at the reception desk really was a breath of fresh air after waiting forever for a taxi at the airport. Highly recommend, service was fantastic, bed was great and we had 2 bathrooms with amazing bathtubs.

We stayed very well here on our 4 days trip. Good located for car access, big parking with no fee. We had a room for 4, 2 adults and 2 big children. The room setup was very good for us as it had a separate dormitory with a king sized bed, while the children had to big single beds in the main room. We had a room at the 13th floor with view to the city, exceptional! The rooms were very big, enough room for everything, warm inside. The breakfast was ok, not wow but fairly good. The staff was very ok. To be improved - the cleaning in the rooms should include also the under-beds, as under the kids bed there were chocolate boxes and a shampoo container / the breakfast may enlarge its product offer, especially the vegetables part. Also, a little detail to work on, the scrambled eggs were finished when we arrived, we were told that they would refill it immediately but the refill came 20 min later, when we left

Comfortable business hotel with large rooms and free parking. 10 to 15 minutes drive from the centre.

The hotel is good but rather functional (probably mainly used for business trips). Most significant is probably the location right next to the highway, which is pretty great. You can park your car for free and take the bus (a five minutes walk) into the city center (20-30 minutes/1,50 € one way).

The hotel itself is great, rooms are fantastically large and brand new. Great shower and beds and a great service to wrap it all up. The only downside I guess is that the hotel is quite remote from the center of the city, which can be a bonus depends on what you are looking for.

Stayed here with my family for one night only, traveling from Mirabilandia to Pisa. Services, hotel in general, food - breakfast, parking, large room, etc. were just perfect. I travel for business twice per month and had never been so happy about the hotel in general.

The location is not central but has a good bus connection to the city center. Many and free parking spaces. The hotel itself looks aged from the outside, but suprises with a pretty entrance. The rooms make also a very good impression at first, but with a second look there’s many minor damages or imperfections, which unfortunately diminishes the impression. This translates to the rest of the hotel. Overall the whole hotel needs a makeover. For the price though we had a satisfying experience.

4th-5th September 2023 - We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean. Check in and Check out were easy processes. I know this is random but the hallways and elevators seemed to be neglected compared to the rest of the hotel, therefore as an overall review I feel this was a concern. The reason for less stars for location is based on our personal itinerary. There hotel was a distance from the city centre and was not near many options of dining despite the hotels own restaurant of course. In saying that the staff were extremely helpful with nearby options which were of success to us. I was grateful of the free parking available at the hotel and paying for the optional breakfast was worth it also.

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Carpet in room looked as if it was at least 20 years old. Scuffed walls, dirty lifts, smell of smoke although it was a non-smoking room. Positives were the staff who were professional and friendly. Breakfast was OK, especially for Italian standards and parking was included in the room price

Rooms were modern, clean and well provisioned. Bathroom was spacious and well kept as well. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Good ish location although not easy to get at when you don't know the area. Windows in Rooms cannot be opened. Food in hotel below standard... Not consistant. Some is better than others.

Great breakfast, clean rooms with great amenities, I got checked in way earlier than my arriving time but honestly what made this hotel beautiful was the customer service!!! Especially Anik was impeccable, super attentive and had attention to detail....

First of all, I’m checking in around 10pm, couldn’t find any parking so I decide to leave the car in front of the entrance so that I can do the check in and understand where to park. The receptionist (Mariangela if I’m not mistaken) says that they have congresses going on and that I have to wait after 11pm to find a parking. Okay, never heard that before in a 4s but there is always a first. I get the key of my room, 3rd floor number 36, I get there and they assigned me an room for handicap. I go down and ask if this was mentioned at the reservation and she said that wasn’t sure, but definitely wasn’t mentioned at check in (which anyway you should say). I get another room, number 100 on the 10th floor. I get in, and the shower was horrible! First of all it was full of limestone and the painting of top of the shower head was falling apart (please check the picture). Disgusted I decided to check out immediately, but the refund was not possible since she was not allowed and the other receptionist (Eros I believe) did not want to take the responsibility. Got to say also that one floor of their underground parking was closed and the only available floor was half closed with danger sign.

The stay is normal just like your home the difference is the kind of set of furniture in the room apart from that they don't give or stock full 1lt bottle water, I mean NO enough drinking water, they just drop two small bottles of water which cannot even be enough for a child to drink within one hour 😉

Very professional staff. The room was very clean and modern, large enough even for an extra bed with a king size bed. The location is located issue the city center and access to services is a bit harder to reach.

Great location if you have a car because you could go roadtrip outside Bologna very easy. Also there is bus stop if you would like to enter the city center (in Bologna there is ztl). The room was exactly what we booked. Very clean, spacious and with a fantastic view to the city (16th floor). The breakfast was amazing with local products and also a variety croissants. The staff is very kind and ready to help you whatever you need.

I wanna specially thank Francesca from the front desk who were the most kind and thoughtful and helped me solve a particular issue I had. The staff is great and the communication with them even better. Grazie mile Francesca!

Great hotel, but noice from construction from other buildings Aug 2022 👍

Room carpet is very stained. Has a really great bathtub and I was planning to have a relaxing bath but it was not properly cleaned. The bathroom door had stains above the puller, once more time giving the idea of a sloppy cleaning.

Good hotel for double nights. Quite far from main centre but with good bus connection (take n°14 to Piazza Malpighia and then walk about 5 minutes to reach Piazza Maggiore and Piazza del Neptuno). Breakfast not included (6 euro extra).

The hotel location is just good in case of we need to take the motorway, because is far from Bologna. The service is average, for the location, price and 4* hotel I was expecting something better

The hotel is covenient, the rooms are spacious. The elevator system though os a disaster. Need to wait 15 min to catch the elevator.

We stayed in a top floor room with an amazing view. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good
